I m siddharth mane from sangli, maharastra. I am having uninor sim card. A problem had occured with my sim. My sim card doesn't work in mobile but the no. Of that sim is in existence.

So, i want that my no. Should be deactivated as soon as possible.

    Dear sir, ur company provided mobile no. [protected] on my name, with attaching my documents(aadhar card & photo) with duplicate sign of mine, so please send me details means verification by whom and what is the date when the no. is activated, and also send the details of incoming & outgoing calls (from the date when the no. is activated) as soon as possible on my mail id or contact me on my mobile no.I[censored] not act fast than I go to police dept. or civil court.

      I had called on 198 three times in two days to get all type of call details of my number. Every time telenor representing told me that without paying 50 rs. They could not provide me call details. Hence finally I have paid the charges. But on surprise I got only charged call (outgoing call) details. I gone to store, they told me they could not provide details hence again I called on helpline no. Again their representative told me that I would get all required call details at uninor store only.
      I have mailed on their mail id aetleast 5-7 times. But now they are telling that they cannot provide the details.

      I don't know how to screw this type of person if they are charging us for some details and denying after having money in Thier pocket.

      Pls help me ...So the next time they can not do the same fraud with others.

        Hello sir, this is chakrapani. My no:[protected], service provider is uninor/telenor. I was unable to send the message to any number or any other network also from last 2 years. I told to customer care people so many times, and nobody is properly responding about it. Today mr. Rajkumar & mr. Sudeep reddy of telenor customer care told me that my number got blocked by trai for sending messages due to marketing messages, but i had a offer of 83 messages daily and even i am forwarding messages to well known customers and friends only, so please help me for resolving it. i submitted the complaint on[protected] and still nobody respond about my complaint its very bad bad bad service.

          My Telenor no is [protected].I recharged 128 rupees to my another Telenor no [protected] through Telenor app.But, unfortunately wrong no [protected] typed. Recharge success, Amount also deducted. please help me to get back this amount.                 I have been hearing a promotional pre call announcement on my number [protected] from last 10 days, in spite of my numbers are dnd activated.
                Regarding this issue i have tried to complain on 198, but they rudely behaves me and deny to register a complain. According to your customer service representative, 'some complains are not registered'. I want to know what do your company's mean by 198. When your representatives deny to register complain.

                I want solution about what is the meaning of 198 complain number, ...

                Company start automatic VAS service and deduct my money though I activate my DND service.

                When I call to customer service, replied we do not take any complain.

                This event become frequent

                  I made online recharge for telenor.in site of 78 Rs and i received sms "Recharged Failed"

                  198 customer care saying there is no such scheme.

                  complain email person replied you types wrong number [if number is wrong how wil i get sms from company]

                  appellate-authority.[protected]@telenor.in saying we have not received any such payment [[protected]@telenor.in have sent us success details and said number is wrong]

                  THERE COULD BE WORST RESPONSE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYONE.

                  all different person giving different reason for same query

                  This has happen second time with me. They took our money and than they are just not concern

                    Date of incident : 21/12/12.
                    I checked the best offer for my mobile number by dialling *121#, it is mentioned that i will be getting 100 telenor to other minutes and 1 GB data for 28 days and after recharge, I got another message saying talktime is valid only for 2 days .

                    I need the validity back for 28 days as mentioned in the message.

                      Today morning when I check my balance I was shocked to see my balance
                      deducted with Rs.100/-. I talk to customer care and the boy told me
                      that I make a ISD call from my number today @9AM and talked for 13
                      seconds which costs 100 rupee.
                      I told him several times that I did not even touch my mobile today
                      then how the call forward from my number. He also cant able to tell me
                      the fulI ISD number which I make call only provide me the no-
                      00269100.
                      This is for the first time ever that I have been faced such a problem.
                      Without making a call my balance got deducted.
                      I request several times to check and confirm whether the call place with
                      my mobile or someone else hacked my number and use it, or this is due
                      to some system problem, but they didn't reply.

                      I THINK THEY ARE USING THIS WAY TO MAKE PROFIT MONEY FOR THE COMPANY

                          This company is fraud for customer, I Recharge today my number [protected] in Rate cutter pack Rs-22/- But not work this pack
                          This company Accept Rs-22 rate cutter pack & not work this pack
                          so please refund my Amount.This company rate cutter policy is very bad from other company.

                          Mera rate cutter plan pahala 1.2 paise/2 sec tha, maina is plan k samapt hona ka pahala hi 25 paise/ minute ka plan dala tha jo usi din sa activate ho gya, lekin Aaj jb maina Rs-22/ ka plan dala to yah kam nahi kr raha.aur customer care ma bat karna pr bola ja raha hai ki aapka number pr 25paisa/minute ka plan hai or jab tak plan ki awadhi samapt nahi hoti tab tak ya plan activate nahi hoga, yani company fraud ka kam hi karti hai jb usa 22 ka pack nahi kam karna tha to wah recharge nahi hona chahiya jaisa ki bsnl ma hai.

                            Dear Team,

                            I have using your Telenor sim from last 4 -5 year, I have not face any till date, but suddenly today my number ([protected]) outgoing and incoming call is closed without any intimation.

                            When I talk with your customer executive, he told me your number is closed by someone. Yesterday I have got call from [protected] and he give me threat he will close my number.

                            Now he do the same and my outgoing and incoming call closed. I need clarification from your side how any one do this. I had send mail several time but I not get any call or not satisfactory answer. Service provided by you is very ridiculous.

When i was trying to call, this number was not in use for few days now this number is allocated to somebody.                                     — Sim card stop working ("service disable")(sim expired )


                                    I am using telenor sim card since last 8 years and above. it suddenly stopped working because of some mistake by shopman who had cut my sim in micro card. But he had bymistake overcut then reqdment. So it shows sim. Expired and showing "Service Disable".I do have active schemes on this card such as rs.119 for free seconds as well as do have some balance also..I lost everything. Activate this card as soon as possible. My all relatives and friends my business cooperetives everyone. have this number & they all are trying to contact me. But i am disable to contact them. I want my sim card get activated and my schemes back.
                                    Make it done please !!

                                      I am using a number from past 4 years. The last call i've received is on 25th november which is exactly 15 dayz back. As the number showing "Emergency calls only" i thought it to be a network issue. On enquiring i come to know that it was deactivated and activated for other person. This is not at all fair and i could show the proof for cal i received at the last. When i contacted customer care they said that the number is not in use for past 90 days. How come this possible as i myself had a call on 25th of November?

                                      Now they say that as the number is already activated for some other person it is not possible to get the same back. Certain accounts of mine are provided with the same. The customer service is simply saying that you can go to nearest store and get a new one. But this won't solve my problem right?

                                        My name srikanth customer of telenor prepaid service with number [protected] from hyderabad, i got a call from two numbers [protected] ndtv and[protected] cricbuzz few weeks back as they asked for activation of daily updates through sms service without my conformation or activation they have detected my recharge money, i tried to complaints for telenor they have rejected it saying you have activated their services without showing me any proof or information, so please lodge a complaint against both the telenor, cricbuzz and ndtv and punish them through court of law for misusing the service they have providing.
