My son has lost his mobile phone in a movie theater while watching a movie at IP Mall Sigra, Varanasi on 25th Dec. 2016 on the first show of that day.

I made online recharge for telenor.in site of 78 Rs and i received sms "Recharged Failed"

198 customer care saying there is no such scheme.

I checked the best offer for my mobile number by dialling *121#, it is mentioned that i will be getting 100 telenor to other minutes and 1 GB data for 28 days and after recharge, I got another message saying talktime is valid only for 2 days .

I need the validity back for 28 days as mentioned in the message.

I have using your Telenor sim from last 4 -5 year, I have not face any till date, but suddenly today my number ([protected]) outgoing and incoming call is closed without any intimation.

When I talk with your customer executive, he told me your number is closed by someone. Yesterday I have got call from [protected] and he give me threat he will close my number.

I was getting wrong type chat messages from facebook freind who has mentioned his no as [protected] which was provided in facebook account of that person. When i was trying to call, this number was not in use for few days now this number is allocated to somebody. I bought a telenor sim about 3 years ago, it stopped working and the signal have gone away I went to telenor office to collect duplicate of my sim, they checked my id details, but the id on which my sim is working didn't match to mine. They said the sim will be given only when the same person and same id will be available.
