I bought a telenor sim about 4 years ago, i lost it about 8 to 9 days ago. I went to telenor office to collect duplicate of my sim, they checked my id details, but the id on which my sim is working didn't match to mine. They said the sim will be given only when the same person and same id will be available.
When i bought my sim i gave my id to the retailer, but he exchanged my id with someone's. I didn't know anything about this because there wasn't any sim card verification process 4 years ago.
I was using this sim card from last 4 years. In this mess, my responsibility was to give my id to the retailer but he did something wrong due to which i m getting suffered.
This is not a customer's fault that the id was exchanged.
I said to the telenor executive that i am providing all the details about my call details, my recharges, but they are not agreeing to give me the duplicate sim card.
I was using this sim card since four years, and this is my permanent number.

Please help me regarding all this.

    Recharge failed of Rs 168 of my telenor number [protected] of dated 27 September 2016 but my balance was deducted from my bank account. I will sue on the provider. So please verify the transaction of the above mentioned date and make it clear. My bank is saying that money has been transferred to telenor but telenor has not theft my money. Hoping for best response.

        I have recharged dt.9-10-16 rs. 49 for 4800/5200 sceme online
        My rs. 49 cut from bank - benefit didn't received.
        Many time i complained cust. care but all the time they gave me
        Various reason and more customer care also takes charge rs.0.50/- for 3 minits (i paid abt. rs20/- for it)
        Today it takes about 10 days but benefit not received.

        Now next way to go grahak suraksah

          I have recharged my cell number [protected] on 17/10/2016 we have charged my bank for 60 rs bank may deducted money (Bank of maharashtra) and telenor webside says "oooppss cant find ways..." as same as i have recharge as on 13/10/2016 for mobile no. [protected] for 39 rs this massage has faced up against

          I have called customer care for give me any other solution so they have take me on hold for more than 20mints...

          Means they are harassing the indian public

          I need and refund my money urgently...

            Dear sir,
            Yesterday night your *121# and mobile app were so poor that it took more than one hour to do recharge of Rs. 98/- successfully and for that confirmation I received one email too from Telenor by giving the transaction ID and all but in the morning just now I noticed that my previously left out seconds were not added with current recharge and showing the balance of fresh recharge only which is not my fault and it's cheating or wrong practice by you.
            If you were having some problem with your system or server then how do i concern and why should I bear that even wasting more than one hour just to recharge before time lapse.
            I need urgent reply or else I will port my number, otherwise too not satisfied with your network coverage.

              I am trying to recharge Telenor no. for last 3 hours.
              But your web page www.telenor.in is not being opened.
              There is no issue in connectivity, but web page is not being displayed.
              Error message - "503 Service Unavailable".
              It should not happen for such a long time.

                Sir i haven't made any call or text for a month or two because i was in roaming that's why sim was switched off. but when i went to my regional place. everyone tried calling me and it says incoming on this number is not aloowed. when i reinserted my union sim then the error popped up saying sim card registration failed. please reactivate it asap. I was your loyal customer and I am ready to pay reactivation charges.

                I have recharged my mobile number [protected] with ICICI debit card .
                Sir, my account is deducted twice with 358 rs on 10.12.2016 at 11:42:06pm .But telenor company msg appeared that Transaction in progress .
                & still Recharge pending .

                  I am living currently in a college hostel which is in Dasna (IMSEC Ghaziabad) and here network is like after every minute it is unavailable.
                  Showing all times no service available in the network.
                  Hence me and my friends face a great problem in phone communication as no network is available.
                  I do hereby request you to take some steps regarding this issues. Might be fixed by setting up of network towers in order to maximise the range .

                    I am using telenor sim but it's internet is very slow, speed is 0kpbs.
                    When i called to customer care they told switch off your cell and you will get internet speed.
                    I switched off my cell 2, 3 times but it's not working, i am facing same problem from last 1 month,
                    I am facing network problem also, if someone calls me they are not reachable to me.
                    Prices are affordable but i am not getting appropriate service regarding network

                            I am telenor user for last 6 years, my no is [protected] as i received a sms for offfer of day which is copy pasted as it is

                            Rs20=rs25tt! Sirf aapko rs20 recharge me rs25 talktime lifetime vaidyata ke sath aur muft tariff 25p/min loc call 7din
                            When i recharge my mobileno [protected] by rs 20 we did not get the amout told by telenor i just got only rs 15.39, which is just like fake saling. Plz make insure my proper benifits unless i will bound to take legal action through consumer forum.

                              Cricgame service activated on my number [protected] during a promotional call on 6/10/2016 from uninor with out my confirmation & deduct amount from main balance. After that i am trying to call customer care so many times but call not connected to customer care. Then today also try customer care & call connected to customer care & after request they deactivate this service but not refund my deducted amount. Please help me refund this amount

                                With reference to above complain number, my problem is that sms outgoing is blocked due to some problem since two years on my number. I am unable to send any sms from this number so i can't port this number also. I register complain to customer care executive, the executive had closed my complain providing reason that " outgoing sms facility has been barred due to sending a spam/ promotional sms. But it's not blocked today it's years old. The outgoing facilities should be activated soon. My problem is not resolved yet. While asking them to provide time frame for resolution they are not giving proper answer and says that they can't say how much time it will take. Request you to justify my problem.

                                  My name is hemal shah i had a telenor number from last so many days when i give a call to some one the call gets jumped and the money gets deducted from my account. When i complaint about this in customer care the company executive says to ask the person whom i call that y he disconnected the call and they started blaming me. I want to take action against this, so wat should i do and even today in morning when called a std number again the call got jumped and money was deducted from my account.

                                    Net work complain made to company vide request no[protected], as we are not getting the network at present location Sai Mannat Ground Floor, Opp Swami Hansmuni Maharaj Dgree College, Jai Baba Dham Road, lhasnagar-421 005.                                       Dear telenor team sir, as i have done online recharge of rs. 247/- on this mobile no [protected] from telenor site on 16.09.2016 from my sbi bank a/c. At the time of transaction rs. 247/- is deducted from my bank a/c but still i do not received any refund amount or balance. So please do the needful process. And plz check properly and pls solve our issue by day today

                                        I have recharge two time 168 but no balance cerdit and amount deducted my account.but 1 time Recharge amount credit my account .2 time Recharge amount not received.
