I have network issue in my hometown,, but i called to customer care but they not working proply and i'm faceing the problam... I cant call to anyother...
I can't unble to call therfore.. And do ur performance better and plz done ur job proply.. And resolved the customer's problam, i hope u resolved my problam,,,, take the my request and give me feedback..

I have recharged on 17 sep 2016 from telenor mobile app but still have not received balance. I have already complaint in telenor care but no response. Also facing miss behaviour from their customer care executive.
My sim has been not activated since "2" days, my mobile number is [protected] please activate it immediately.

    I had bought vanity no [protected]for rs 5000 on 21 september 2016. It was activated by televerification. But suddenly on 26sep my phone no is not working. After contacting the customer service care they say this no doesn't exist. When i phoned from other mobile computer say this no don't exist. Perhaps it work for 4 day in good ways. What i do i don't know. Customer care was unable to help. So please careful for buying premium no. Of telenor.

      I got 3 calls concavities just in 4 hours asking that are you dealing in commodity market ? "this is the first question when I pickup the phone"

        Hi, I have recharged wrong number i.e., [protected] instead of [protected] through Freecharge order# FCVW[protected] for an amount of $110.00 through my debit card. Is it possible to reverse the transaction and add to my number. Or else is it possible to get the money back to my account.

            I have taken mnp and purchase 4g sim from the store and made payment for frc, after my number has been converted to the telenor till now the store employee haven't done my first rc, when I asked him to recharge he gave me a lame excuse that they don't have any balance in their demo account, after several times I called him and now his number is switchoff.

                I want to complaints against telenor company because a amount of 56 ruppee company charge on me and a service activated on my mobile number and i did not do anything for this activation when i called customer care his behaviour is very rude n he cut my call 3 times with out any suggestion . And the activation pack is not good for me and it is full wastage of my money i want my money back because i did not do anything for this activation...

                    Hello all,
                    my name is jitendra meshram. I am now living in bramhapuri, dist chandrapur. I had bought the uninor sim from nagpur numbered [protected]. I mostly use it for internet packs. But when i shifted to bramhapuri, there in merely some network coverage available outside buildings. Inside the buildings, no network found. I tried to complain it to customer care, but as like the network, the c.c. also had the same condition. Means not connecting, or connected and cut, etc. Hence i decided to complain it on this forum so the company should take notice of it & do some helpful action to restart my sim service.

                      I am using telenor sim card since last 2 years and above. it suddenly stopped working and showing "Service Disable".I do have active schemes on this card such as rs.119 for free seconds as well as do have some balance also..I lost everything.                       I have made recharge of Rs. 10/- vide Paytm Telenor Order: #[protected] and Wallet Order ID: [protected] on 13/09/2016, but yet no recharge is done, not a single SMS received from the Telenor, an amount is already debited but no such balance is credited.
                      My Sim services is stopped please start it everyone has this number

                        This grievance is against Uninor company for illegal advertising and wasting time of millions of people, daily.

                        If any call is made to a person holding Uninor connection, the caller gets to hear a recorded Uninor ADVERTISEMENT for 15 Seconds, thereafter the call connecting tones/beeps come on which may last anywhere between 5 to 10 seconds. The advertisement mostly is about talk time available on Uninor.
                        So every call to Uninor customer takes anywhere between 20 To 30 Seconds.

                        Out of this, first..15 Seconds are illegal advertisement.

                        My grievance is as follows
                        1. Can a telecom company use the time of callers (who may or may not be Uninor customers) to broadcast advertisement.
                        2. Daily millions of minutes of callers time is getting lost as they are forced to hear this advertisement. Is this legal and ethical?
                        3. Many times people call a number again and again. Everytime, the same ad is played for... Seconds only to be told at the end of advertisements that the uninor number is out of coverage.
                        4. Any emergency call, like one made to doctor, first 15 minutes are wasted in advertisement, which is risky.

                        I strongly urge you to stop this unethical practise followed by Uninor.

                          I had talked with Sohail Diwan (A telenor customer executive), He had talked very rudely and he refusing to transfer their call to superwiser and he had ended call by himself by saying that "You are doing timepass, by calling to telenor."

                          The worst support .

                          They are also not giving a deducted balance back.

                          It is the one kind of mental harassment. They are deducting 15 rs every month and also not giving any good support . Also the customer care executive had very worst support.

                                  Please send me the details that where my account balance worth 119 rs is gone.

                                      Hi yadhu bhushan, request you to please visit your nearest Telenor store for further guidance.
                                      The service provider was called my mobile number on 06/09/2016 12.32 pm. we did n't answered any option but they deducted Rs 30/-. i was informed to the service provider authority. but they did n't respond properly. i want my balance back.
                                      My new telenor sim was not yet activated.
                                      My no. is [protected]. I had purchased 1 day before but still my sim was not activated...please activate my sim as soon as possible...its very urgent.
