Sim deactivation no 9118190000

I had bought vanity no [protected]for rs 5000 on 21 september 2016. It was activated by televerification. But suddenly on 26sep my phone no is not working. After contacting the customer service care they say this no doesn't exist. When i phoned from other mobile computer say this no don't exist. Perhaps it work for 4 day in good ways. What i do i don't know. Customer care was unable to help. So please careful for buying premium no. Of telenor.br...

Balance deducted without my permission

Employee cheating in telenor store

I have taken mnp and purchase 4g sim from the store and made payment for frc, after my number has been converted to the telenor till now the store employee haven't done my first rc, when I asked him to recharge he gave me a lame excuse that they don't have any balance in their demo account, after several times I called him and now his number is switchoff....

Wrong charges

This grievance is against Uninor company for illegal advertising and wasting time of millions of people, daily.

If any call is made to a person holding Uninor connection, the caller gets to hear a recorded Uninor ADVERTISEMENT for 15 Seconds, thereafter the call connecting tones/beeps come on which may last anywhere between 5 to 10 seconds. The advertisement mostly is about talk time available on Uninor.

I had talked with Sohail Diwan (A telenor customer executive), He had talked very rudely and he refusing to transfer their call to superwiser and he had ended call by himself by saying that "You are doing timepass, by calling to telenor."

The worst support .

They are also not giving a deducted balance back.

It is the one kind of mental harassment. They are deducting 15 rs every month and also...

Regarding call rates

Sir, I have a Uninor Number [protected] when I recharged it of 95 rs. It gives 20, 000 call to other or 60, 000 uninor to uninor free but it always says that your account balance is not sufficient to call uninor to uninor.
So kindly accept my complaint and try to resolve it by today. so it is huble request you to do the needful. for the abovce mentioned number....

Sir, my Bob account is deducted twice with 151.20rs and 151.20rs on 07.09.2016 at 07:14:06pm and 07:09:41pm .But telenor company msg appeared that they haven't received any payment.
But my account debited twice with 302.40 rs.
