Respected sir/madam
My mobile no.-[protected], using telenor services from last 4yrs.
On 2nd september, i got a message which stated as :-
Priya grahak, aap ke dwara diye gaye document vartaman dot ke niyam anusaar nahi hai, jis vajah se aapki sewaen bandh ki jaa rahi hai.
On 3rd september fail sim card registration has failed. Means i have no telenor network.
Now from last 5 days, i am unable to use mobile, it really panic not to me only but it also effected my business.
Even i did not get a call from your side what to do, also did not give me a day to submit the document, it just stop within 1 day.
I have also contacted your telenor office where they said you can not get this number. Because your sim registration has failed.
Till i am running from one telenor store to other store but they don not have to reactive my sim. But i did not get any answer which can help me to get my sim.
I would like to ask telenor authority, is this way to hold the customer, is this good way to provide your committed services to customer.
This shows your irresponsibility and negligence toward the costumer.
Hence please maintain the reputation of company and committed services to good customer who is the part of telenor family.
Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible
For this i will be thankful to you.
