Respected sir/madam
My mobile no.-[protected], using telenor services from last 4yrs.
On 2nd september, i got a message which stated as :-

Priya grahak, aap ke dwara diye gaye document vartaman dot ke niyam anusaar nahi hai, jis vajah se aapki sewaen bandh ki jaa rahi hai.

On 3rd september fail sim card registration has failed. Means i have no telenor network.
Now from last 5 days, i am unable...

Every time i call customer care they give me same reason that my sms are blocked by trai because i have sent promotional sms. I have never sent any promotional sms. Now i want to port to idea but i can't send even porting sms please provide a solution for this uninor customer care service is worst they did'nt resolved my problem even in 3 years...

In my village there is no facility of telenor networks.
My village is the single village who is facing problem.in my village, not even a single network come.
We have been facing this problem from so many years.

Balance not credit

Non activation my visit at canada

I went to canada as a visitor. I am staying in canada. During my visit i noticed that sim with mobile no.[protected] was deactivated. As a result of deactivation, i could not get messages from the banks and i was not able to perform bank transactions, even one time password for sending moneys to other accounts. Sms pack of rs.13/- was successful. But no messages are going in which with bank transactions....

Contacted customer service outlet for that, they are saying sim card is physically damaged and I need to get new sim card from them by paying off 150 rupees. But the fact is sim card do not have any physical damage. How can they charge 150 rupees for that & even the sim isn't physically damaged at all....
