Dear sir,
I have recharged my mobile number [protected] with bank of baroda debit card having account number [protected].
Sir, my Bob account is deducted twice with 151.20rs and 151.20rs on 07.09.2016 at 07:14:06pm and 07:09:41pm .But telenor company msg appeared that they haven't received any payment.
But my account debited twice with 302.40 rs.

Kindly help me in this matter.

    Respected sir/madam
    My mobile no.-[protected], using telenor services from last 4yrs.
    On 2nd september, i got a message which stated as :-

    Priya grahak, aap ke dwara diye gaye document vartaman dot ke niyam anusaar nahi hai, jis vajah se aapki sewaen bandh ki jaa rahi hai.

    On 3rd september fail sim card registration has failed. Means i have no telenor network.
    Now from last 5 days, i am unable to use mobile, it really panic not to me only but it also effected my business.

    Even i did not get a call from your side what to do, also did not give me a day to submit the document, it just stop within 1 day.

    I have also contacted your telenor office where they said you can not get this number. Because your sim registration has failed.

    Till i am running from one telenor store to other store but they don not have to reactive my sim. But i did not get any answer which can help me to get my sim.

    I would like to ask telenor authority, is this way to hold the customer, is this good way to provide your committed services to customer.
    This shows your irresponsibility and negligence toward the costumer.

    Hence please maintain the reputation of company and committed services to good customer who is the part of telenor family.

    Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible

      My number is [protected]. Since last three years my outgoing sms are blocked. Every time i call customer care they give me same reason that my sms are blocked by trai because i have sent promotional sms. I have never sent any promotional sms. Now i want to port to idea but i can't send even porting sms please provide a solution for this uninor customer care service is worst they did'nt resolved my problem even in 3 years

      Thankyou consumer complaints.in I got call from telenor but as usual worst services of telenor they told me to email the same complaint on [protected]@telenor.in. I mailed everything in detail to them but since last 5 days there is no response from them. Every time I ask status of my complaint they give a new reference number telling we are working on your issue which is canned reply.
      my email reference number are 837458, 837749, 837144, 837208, 837937, 838012, 838479
      They are just fooling me and I really dont know where sould I go. I also tried contacting TRAI for the same they clearly mentioned that SMS are not blocked by them and I should contact service providor

        I want my account statement
        And i want my amt back

        For every 3months i am getting recharge with single amount rs599/-

          In my village there is no facility of telenor networks.
          My village is the single village who is facing problem.in my village, not even a single network come.
          We have been facing this problem from so many years.
          But i am surprised that this problem only creating in my village. My next and previous village not suffering from this problem.
          So sir i request to u.
          Please install a tower. For the use o[censored]s and other villagers.

            Dear telinor
            I got a message from telinor on my mobile number [protected] regarding 2 gb internet at 98 ₹ on[protected] and[protected]. So i recharged with 98 ₹ on[protected]. After that only 1 gb data has provided to me on my mobile number, when i talked to coustomer care on 121, they confirmed me that it will be activated aftrer 48 hours and you will receive the rest 1 gb data on your number. But till now i have not received my rest remaining 1gb data. Now when i am trying to raise my complain on 121 they are not registering my complain and saying that their is no such plans on your number. Another person on 121 is saying that since you have rechargeed through freecharge mobile recharge site we are unable to provide the rest balance data. I am deeply unsatisfied with this type of missguiding. Here i am attaching the snapshot of the messages sent by telinor on my number on respective dates as stated above, due to which i recharged with 98₹ on[protected] for your reference. Pl provide my rest 1gb data.

              I suffered a deduction of Rs.466.20 while doing prepaid telenor number recharge followed by failed transaction. Recharge not done.Money is still not reverted to my saving account I used for the same.

                I have been trying and calling customer care, technical depatment regarding my internet problem.in my sim internet is not working since 11th of august. Everytime they gives me some reasons like we are trying, system is upgrading, your problem will be solved but no results. I talked to tech. Department too they tried to help but still no internet. I am calling again and again but my problem is not resolved. So, now i have decide to fire a consumer complain againt your poor respone and services. And after everything customer care gave me an excuse as i quote " sir please try to use internet after 11 pm, we are sorry our services are poor between 6pm to 11 pm due to heavy rush.

                Hi Kaushal, we would like to inform you that as per system checked there is no issue found as all the basic services of your number are active. Furthermore there is no GPRS DATA available in your account, request you to please to recharge your number with DATA pack.

                Please contact us in case of further queries.
                There is no network including internet network since last one month. Complaint for the same was registered at customer care of Telenor. The time line was 02 Sep 2016 at 1100 hour. The timeline expired. Request No [protected] .
                I have asked for the manager escalation, but the supervisor named rama krishna has not transfered.
                i want this call to be audited and this to be solved,

                v.kutti is the supervisor who has not solved the case.
                they all from the hyderabad,
                they said that it will take 14 working days to solve the case related to i nternet..

                      My name ilesh kansara my mobile number [protected] I had recharge on 23/8/2016 16.55 on Telenor website 128 balance deduct in my account but bit credit in my number I also escalate issue on my net banking provider its saying that its credit on Telenor merchant but still I not received any balance from Telenor side so please check this issue as soon as possible.

                        I have recharged of rupees 551/- on 26th august at 2pm for your 3 months scheme in which i should get 39000k sec. Telenor to other talktime and 120000k sec. For telenor to telenor talktime for each month till the scheme continues for 3 months. So on that day i have got my t2o balance for 39000k sec. But only within after 2 days that bal. Is not showing on my account. I have called on your customer care and they have checked my a\c data on your database and agreed and ensured about my concern on the same. But even after my complaint is genuine and customer care executive has agreed upon it, they have just registered my complaint and told that it will get resolved within 1st of september instead of providing the my benefit for t2o immediately. I have recharged on 26th aug. And my benefit will get credited on my a\c till 1st of september why there is such a big loophole in your resolution process. By the time you will resolve my complain that will take 3-4 to get resolve, my concern is that what should i do in the mean time when i need to do some urgent calls. Each day i have to recharge of min. Rupees 100/- though i have recharged for 551/- which is not a small amount.
                        Who would be responsible for my mean time recharge of rupees 100/- per day by the time my actual recharge scheme benefits to my a\c.
                        Should i leave close my a\c from telenor and switch on to some other better company like vodafone or airtel or idea who provides immediate assistance for the customer complaint? Or should i tweet about your loophole on twitter and expose your company???

                        What is the use of this Consumer Complaints portal when even though I raised a complaint still my complaint is not getting addressed immidiately instead I am just getting the only the notification "Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.". I still have to do recharge of 100 to 200/- daily though I have recharged of rupees 551/- for the 3 months scheme of telenor.

                        I urged people coming on these portal there is no use of complaining on this portal no immidiate action is taken on your query. Just drop off the telenor sim and switch on to other network provider company more and more better than telenor.

                            My sim card has damaged while making it micro. I have visited to my nearest telenor store for swapping the card. They charged me 150 rupees and told me . new sim card will be activate in 24 hours. This is fourth day my sim card not activated.

                            I visite every day to store they are giving me any silli reason like it will take time. You no need to come, the our boys is not filling well he did not carry your document. Today they gives new reason your adhar card is not clear submit new documents.
                            Actually they lost my document and they are just making me fool.
                            Store keeper don't have manners how to talk with customer.

                              Sir/ mam my name is Kokane Aruna Sopan my telenor mobile number is [protected] I had recharge on this number 2 time on date 24/8/2016 1st recharge 30 ru ad 2nd rechage 70 ru that after our company cut ru 12 ru for tatkal balance and other cutting for 4 calls outgoing by mi and then 19 ru for 25 Paisa all cutting r valid but sir your company also cut my 9 ru for internet plan and 12 ru again for tatkal balance which are not applied bymi this is illegal I call on toll-free num but your customer care executive not given to mi satisfied answer so pls give solution in my complaint otherwise I take legal action

                                      I went to canada as a visitor. I am staying in canada. During my visit i noticed that sim with mobile no.[protected] was deactivated. As a result of deactivation, i could not get messages from the banks and i was not able to perform bank transactions, even one time password for sending moneys to other accounts. Sms pack of rs.13/- was successful. But no messages are going in which with bank transactions.

                                        My #Uninor / #Telenor #sim #card #stopped #working #suddenly. Contacted customer service outlet for that, they are saying sim card is physically damaged and I need to get new sim card from them by paying off 150 rupees. But the fact is sim card do not have any physical damage. How can they charge 150 rupees for that & even the sim isn't physically damaged at all.
