I went to Uninor Customer care at Gokulpeth Nagpur & they hae informed me that due to no recharging of no. your services has been stopped/closed by the co. permanently & now you can not use this no. Sirejee this no is important as this has been given to my near & dear. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I could not recharge my aforesaid no. Now I want to recharge my no & in future I will take care of to recharge the no. well in time.     Hi, I'm unable to send sms to any number and my monthly package is going waste since 1.5 yrs. I even tried to call Customer Care, but no result. Unable to connect with Customer Care. Simply I'm not happy with your network. I have made mistake by choosing Uninor network. I thought Uninor works properly for me, but nothing happened. If you can help me, so please do needful.       I Manoj lute, connected with the Uninor since last 4 years with mobile No. [protected].. I am using this number for my business purpose and this number is circulated to all my clients for business interaction.. But it is surprising & pathetic experience I am facing last few days… I don’t know how my number is disconnected and while I called to CC and visited to Outlet they are just giving the silly reason for number disconnection .. No one is providing the resolution to me.. I also called up to Nodal officer however I didn’t get the response from their as well.. Now question is that if you cannot serve the proper service to the customer then why should you running this company… I kept my PATIENCE and politely taken a follow-up from last 15 days however no one is ready to help me I want my number to be activated ASAP as it is impacting on my business and if I will not get the resolution then will go with the legal and log the complaint against you in consumer court… HOPE THAT THE MESSAGE IS LOUD AND CLEAR !!!

            hi sir, I bought an Uninor Prepaid connection on 21 Feb 2014 Saturday. I was promised that the connection is going to activated by 24 Feb 2014. I dont see any response from Uninor, the render guy states that he already submitted the documents. this complaint is regards to mobile# [protected] i request you to do needful.               Respected Sir, Hope you are doing well !!! Regarding :-"Disconnected my call and second time i face this kind of the problem" My self Venu and my uninor number is [protected] and I am very afraid by uninorservices. -Again I am feel very shame to informthat there is no progress in uninor services On dated[protected] i having internet problem for the help i dial your IVR number 198 but while to talk with your executive I realize that they are my boss and not serious on my problem instead of helping me the disconnected my call. Please listen my call recordings and they handling me as a customer or poor you can not judge again. I have talk with Kausik & Lakhan which give me wrong information and talk rudely with me and disconnected my call from this i can judge uninor recruitment system and training system.                 I am a user o[censored]ninor and I am using Uninor Internet since 7-8 months. It has a very bad quality of Internet service and recently there is being a problem since 2 days there is no Internet coverage in the area of Khadki Bazar, Pune. All the uninor users are facing the same problem. Please have a look over this or else i will have to change the service provider.

                    Hi, I took a new SIM (number:[protected]) in the name of Muhammed shafeekh from Uninor. It is not activated yet even though address verification over two days back. Plz activate it soon or get back to me with the technical difficulties to activate. Once I inserted the SIM and dialled a number, it got connected to the customer care and then they verified my address two days back.they said it will activate within 24 hours.but not yet.request you to resolve the issue soon.

                      After I get an offer SMS (Mobile no: [protected]) from the cellular company concerned (Uninor). Accordingly I recharged an amount of Rs. 200/- the following day. I was scheduled to get talk time of Rs. 220/- as I recharged within the offer period. I was credited with an amount of Rs. 178/- but the rest Rs. 42/- has not been paid to me yet. Though I have registered a complaint through Customer Care Service but it has not been resolved yet. Therefore, I request to take the appropriate steps to redress my grievance.

                        My mobile number is [protected] On 24th January 2015, Uninor company suddenly deducted balance worth Rs.337 from my account. The reason given to me was that "It was charged due to internet use". But At that time my GPRS plan was already activated. After finding their mistake, they noted my complaint giving me the complaint no.[protected]. After 4 days, They have given me solution that as per the system check, their is no extra charges. Then, I have complained again with above reason and the complaint no. given to me is:-[protected]. I was calling them every 2 days, and they always extend their time period telling me that complaint will be solved in two days. Finally, they are telling me that there is no extra charges applied to you and hence complaint is solved. So from 15 days they are completely disturbing me by giving me some non sence and irresponsible reason. Please provide me valid solution.

                          I recharged a amount of 18 rupees on 28 January 2015 and received a message which reads out as follows Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 519XXX3972 for a purchase worth Rs18 on POS 00010406 at Telewings_Comm_CCAVENU IN txn#[protected]. But I haven't been crideted with the recharge or received any benefits from Uninor. I recharged from online Uninor website. Today is 08 February 2015 and after so many days and my complaints to costumer care, my problem is not yet solved and they are talking about the recharge which I done on 28 December 2014. I called 198 many times and I am narrating a conversation here When I called 198 a lady asked me what she can do. So I explained that online recharge didn't happen successfully. she kept me line only to tell me that I have not recharged at all as if I lied. When I asked her again she said contact agent with whom I recharged ( But i told her in being itself I used uninor.in online ) As if she doesn't want to talk she said repeatedly 'Thanks for calling Uninor' When I asked her to connect to supervisor, I was told no such option exits When told her that I will complaint to consumer court she said go ahead. The behaviour o[censored]ninor's costumer care is reckless and full of arrogance, it seems that they are not taking my complaints seriously

                                  My cell no [protected]. I allready recharged with rs.99 and offered from you that 30000 secs U2U dated on 9th or 10th Jan. But still I have not receive U2U seconds. Many times I complaint to your center, but every time from your side resolve the complaints within 48 hrs. Still complaints not resolve. When I ask to them to talk with senior person every time junior had refuse to talk with seniors. Company has offers to customers and not to given offers after recharge.

                                      My cell no. is [protected]. I have sent request to Uninor for activation of Do not disturb facility on 09/01/15. This process must be completed within 07 days from the date of request for activation. It has been more than 10 days from the date of request and still it is not activated. I have also called numerous times to customer care for the same, but there has been no response from their side. I have hugely disappointed with the service o[censored]NINOR and feel cheated. Hence, its my humble request to please resolve this issue and relieve the burden from me. Your efforts will be appreciated. Thank you.

                                        my Uninor num is [protected].with out any intinmation from copmany too many offers are activationg on my number leading too much cutting of talktime. I dont want any offer or disturbing company phone calls from uninor. Kindly remove each offer from my number. also do not activete any offer without my confirmation.
