sir,
I am customer o[censored]ninor mobile network, in past 2 months they deducted rs5, rs25+, rs20+ respectively from my main balance. when i call to customer care, they answers that i activate services and they charge for them, but i donot activated any services. but they again activate unwanted services without my permission and deducted my balance. i complain again to customer care but again they provide me same reason due to journey i have to cover, ineglected this. but again on 14 jan 2015, they do the same when i call to customer care, Amit named executive receive my call he again tell me service activated by me, but i donot activate any services, just i sleeping at night and put my mobile on the table, when early in morning i wake up they activate service which name i never heared and deducted their charges from my main balance. when i said to amit to note my complain he rejected to note this. when i said them to forward my call to senior manager, he forward call to deepak named person. when i talking with him i donot think he is a senior manager and he refused to refund my balance and note a complaint.when i said him to deactivate my all services and activate my dnd services, he said i will do this but he not do so. i have to do manually later.
sir, i requested to note my complaint against them and do a necessary action so they unable to cheat another customer in future
