sir, I am customer o[censored]ninor mobile network, in past 2 months they deducted rs5, rs25+, rs20+ respectively from my main balance. when i call to customer care, they answers that i activate services and they charge for them, but i donot activated any services. but they again activate unwanted services without my permission and deducted my balance. i complain again to customer care but again they provide me same reason due to journey i have to cover, ineglected this. but again on 14 jan 2015, they do the same when i call to customer care, Amit named executive receive my call he again tell me service activated by me, but i donot activate any services, just i sleeping at night and put my mobile on the table, when early in morning i wake up they activate service which name i never heared and deducted their charges from my main balance. when i said to amit to note my complain he rejected to note this. when i said them to forward my call to senior manager, he forward call to deepak named person. when i talking with him i donot think he is a senior manager and he refused to refund my balance and note a complaint.when i said him to deactivate my all services and activate my dnd services, he said i will do this but he not do so. i have to do manually later. sir, i requested to note my complaint against them and do a necessary action so they unable to cheat another customer in future

    I have uninor prepaid number [protected]( simcard no.[protected]) the name of Kamal j. Gajiwala. I have used connection regularly but suddenly uninor company deactivate my connection on 29th December, 2014 in evening. I talk in to uninor customer care help line no121. & they told me go to store.Then after i went to store and ask to uninor store executive about my connection.The executive told me connection don't show in company record or your uninor cell cancelled by DoB.. The executive asking his upper level boss but they are not give me perfect answer. Then after i leave my connection and i purchase new connection from uninor store.

    i want to request u please check my connection detail and why they cancel my said connection service. Please i want to only know why they cancel my service..

          Hello My Mobile No [protected] I call any number 90% network failed error massage shown in my screen. If My call connect just 1 or 2 min later my call automatic disconnect .And Uninor send me massage refund 1 minute uninor to uninor . Its charge main balence and refund uninor to uninor. I requed please solve problem for network issues. Other wise i close our sim. Thanks & Regards Arvind Tandon

              I am using UNINOR mobile service. My mobile no. is [protected]. Before few days VALUE ADDED SERVICES (1. Chat service and 2. Astrology service) has been activated in my mobile, without any registration from me. The charges of 30 Rs./month has been cut for each services. Also this services has been autorenewed on 29th dec, 2014 and 4th jan, 2015 respectively. So, total of Rs. 70 has been cut from my account. I have also complained to UNONOR customer care executive, but I have not got satisfactory answer, even they have not noted my complaint regarding the same. I would like to get my balance back, as this is the company fault. So, Please sir do the needful in and protect the rights of customers against the CHEATER telecom company (UNINOR) and my alternate number is [protected]. Expecting favourable response from your side. I have charged Rs. 97/- on 24-Dec-14 and Rs. 120/- for talk time of Rs. 145/- Balance shown is Rs. 141.16 as checked on 30-Dec-2014. The balance should be Rs.97+Rs.145=Rs.242/- No help available on helpline I have written a number of mails but there is no reply

                    i m uninor customer from last 3 years and my no is [protected]at last week i lost my phone.I took new sim in last week from last week i m trying to get start my no but nobody is respoinding call center person says our server is down. and they said talk with our senior and they put the call on hold for half hour its a very irritating i lost my mony and time also. if your server is down then it is your problem not our problem. we are not getting any support from executive

                      My mobile number is [protected], recently shifted to your net work. Last two months you should have observed my usage of number for other than talking purpose.
                      Today I recharged with Rs.100/- for full talk time, Rs.33/-for spl tariff and Rs.19/- for other purpose.
                      After recharge my balance shown was Rs.115.52 and after 6/7 hours the balance being shown is just Rs.20/- or so.
                      It is really a painful experience to see the way your net work is functioning. So much direct loot?
                      I request your net work services to be fair and less torturous than this. How can you deduct as per your wish? Are you playing with peoples money like this? I never wanted any of your other services.
                      Will you correct yourself and re-credit my account (boost my balance)immediately please?
                      I don’t know if I have to thank you people and your net work for this stupid actions.

                        *UNINOR COMPLAINT* Good Morning Sir/ Medum. On 22nd of December i recieved a message RECHARGE WITH 68 and Get 68 FULL TALK TIME AND ALSO GET 10.000 ANY LOCALSECONDS FOR 28 DAYS. In the same day i have Activated with Rs.68 to avail the offer. I recieved only 10000 Local seconds but i did not recieve Rs.68 Full talk time still. As they promised via sms for full talK time but They did not full fill and I did not credIted 68 rupees still. When i am callig customer care they are Giving false information. If today i don't recieve My Amount Rs.68 back as you promised in sms of full talktime offer, Tomorrow I am going To lodge a complaint iN CONSUMER COURT. My UNINOR NUMBER is [protected]. Customer care offficial Mr.Yadagiri at uninor AP circle explained that when unsolicited messages forced on customers and out of anguish many customers press some key to turn off the message but in UNINOR, each key if pressed will activate option of "*222*7*46# and Rs.46/- gets deducted as many times as there lasts balance. So such balance can not be restored. It is just one way. Once looted, no recovery at all, as per YADAGIRI sir. This is really a bad thing on the part of net work to loot customers.                           I think Uninor is the only company behaving like the buffalo, when rain drops fall on it. No botheration for looting public/ consumers in a shameless way. Why running a company, they can loot the nation like any UPA Minister and enjoy than looting small small amouts from consumers in this way.
                          Hope better sense prevails even on buffaloes!!!

But I never use my uninor sim to talk and even after to check the time but the uninor telecom company has deducted my 38 Rs since last 4 August 2014 to today. I have complained to its customer care executive but they refused to return my balance. then what can I do sir you are only my hope .Please inform the company to not to deduct my balance in future and return my deducted balance.                                 Dear Sir I have taken a new SIM from Rajgir, BIHAR on 29th Nov 2014 and passport copy, local address and local reference's id proof and a photo have been submitted along with signed application. The SIM has not been activated yet. I have visited Uninor's Customer Care office Rajgir three times regarding this, they said i have to fill two forms Annexure 1 and Annexure 2 for this and they dont have it with them. I request them a soft copy, cause i can take the print out and fill it up, they neglected my request. Please activate my SIM as early as possible.                                   sir, I am using Rs. 43 tariff of whats up and facebook free. yesterday on 02-Dec-2014, around 7 o'clock, I was charged Rs. 40.60 for 14664 KB of DATA usage for only using Whatsup app . I haven't used any other browser or application nor uploaded any picture or video on whatsup . I was only chatting .Then also they deducted may Balance. Secondly, Again few minutes later I Only to check again opened Whatsup again Rs.13.40 paise was deducted for data 1325 KB. I don't know what service are you provided . I have also talk to customer care for this matter they hardly trying to believe and not even trying to write complaint regarding this. Please request you to refund my wrongly charged amount to Number. I will be thankful to you

                                  Customer care simply given a resolution that charge was correct . Becaused that I hae use multiple session in my phone, i.e I have use FACEBOOK and WHATSUP both application . and facebook was running in back ground for long time . That is why they have charged me.

                                  I am feed up saying that Rs.43 give free FACEBOOK and WHATSUP.
