I GOT MESSAGE FROM UG-50001: Rs=30 Balance+ 2 GB Internet FREE!! Aaj Rs88 me paye Unlimited Loc uninor Call + Rs 2 GB Internet FREE, 84hr me Val28 din. Dia*222*7*88#. I did same as per message. I got only one days data plan. several time I contacted to customer care they did not resolve my problem till now.Even they suggest me to go nearest uninor store in your city but Bhuj city didn't have this facility.I informe to customer care but they did not help me. Now I requested to you do smething for me

                    Deduction without my concern I have received message from uninor that some moive talkie service renewed and that time i found that something activate in my account without my concern / confirmation. while trying to contact with custemer care...every time executive (all executive WITHIN 2 HRS. mention below list) try to force me that service activate from my side... where i am not received or confirm for same... at last every executive told me that he transfer the call to senior and have to hold call till senior conect. i was waiting for 15 min. average to every executive transfer at senior ... but senior not answer / received it ... i am listening the tape that told me 15min. continuesly that customer call is important for uninor... but they dont received customer call LIST OF EXECUTIVES WITHIN 2HRS. 1)Mr. DHAVAN 2)Mr, SUMERSINH 3)Mr. SAURABH 4)Mr. SUSANT 5)Mr. MOHD. ALI Every executive try to convence forcefully that services activate in my account was activate from my side. Every executive told me that its not possible to refund amount which is illagaly deduct from my account. While ask them that give Head of dep. contact no. or email address for further complain...they dont have any idea what to say, so everyone common answer was ... there is no number for complain above them and they dont have even email address for online complain. INSHORT ... COMPANY HAVE RIGHT TO DEDUCT ANY AMOUNT FROM ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY CONCERN...ISN'T THAT?

                          Dear Sir/Madam I was using a prepaid sim card o[censored]ninor [protected] bareilly zone uttar pradesh west. which is registered on my documents. But TSE Mr. Kapil Sharma ([protected]) and ASM Mr. Shivam Saxena([protected]) swapped my number illegally without information and documents on 19/09/2014 and when I asked to these person they are threatening me they can do anything and saying they will change documents of my number. I am using this number from last 2years.                               I have recharged 219 rs as per i got sms from company on 9/9/2014 like get 90000 u to other sec instead of 45000 & 2.40 Lakh insted of 1.2 Lakh i called many times to care they answer me u have to wait 48 hour i wait after they said u wait 72 hour still not get balance after on 14/9/2014 called three times ur executive transfer call to senior person i wait 25 minute still not recieve my call after three times call i call ur executive told that we have not sent any message like this for that day .before that all calls ur executive tell me dont worry u have rechage on same day as per get sms on that day. Plese solve my problem Thank you

                                  I am receiving abusive calls from a person at Kolkota using a Uninor No.[protected]...The same person apparently is a call centre executive who is working for Ask me...Please take necessary actions against the person using the No. as it is very disturbing and disgusting, especially to a lawyer like myself, who is among clients most part of the day...Please ensure expeditious and efficasious actions to avert any legal consequences. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with TRAI & i went to service center also but i didn't receive any proper reply from them. Actually I did not do any kind of marketing . Every i will send messages to my friends and relatives only. Without my knowledge they blocked. can u tell me How to un block? or how to register inTrai?
