    I am suffering from unwanted calls from your company ( Near about 30 calls in 24 hrs.). For this problem I have many times complain to uninor customer care since 1.5 months but all employee of your company says that this problem will be short out in 7 days but till now this problem is continue.         DEAR SIR, MYSELF ASHUTOSH BURMAN MOBILE NUMBER [protected] OWN THIS NUMBER 1 MONTH AGO, AND FED UP FROM THIS SERVICE. THEY CONTINOUSLY DEDUCED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 100 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY SAID THAT SOME SERVICES WERE STARTS FROM THERE SIDE AND THEY ARE VERY GUILT FOR THAT, AND THEY CONVINCED ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT THEY REFUND MONEY WITHIN 3-4 HOURS. BUT NEITHER THAT TIME COME IN MY LIFE BUT THEY CONTINUE ILLEGAL DEDUDICING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, NOW THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE MISBEHAVE ME. I AM FEDUP FROM THEIR SERVICE.           my no is [protected].I already activate DND services, but company activate GUPshup pack without my permission.i complain several time such type of facility are not needed but they not hear to me.tody, 17/11/2014 I get activation message of Gupshup pack. I want to ask why such facility should be offer to me when I deny.why I call to customer to disactivate such facility when I not want that services.I am very disappointment to this activity of company.I want a action should be taken by forum authority.

          my number [protected]. it have activated mobile GUPshup pack without my permission... when i need to deactivate this pack they have given a number to deactivate 1552233... but it was not responding to it... i dnt want any such type of services from it.. so please make sure to deactivate this service from my number.. by the way here the customer care number also not responding properly.

              I have purchase new uninor sim card ( [protected] ) before 6 days. & it was not activated till this date, i m trying to contact ua customer care but they also not assist me in reight way, kindly request you to please activate my sim card ( [protected] )

[protected].. on 30.10.2014 i got a massage that on recharging by rs 97 u will get 2GB net data nd 250 local/st min extra benefit.. i recharge on same day at 8 pm nd get 2G data bt till now i hav not got etra benefit of 250 min.. i hv contvted customer care many times bt they hv not resolve my problem till now.. s i requested u to solve my query..                   My uninor number is [protected]. Today the pop up msg was shown that vas activated 2 rs deducted ... And yesterday same problems was occurred and i have lost other 5 rs... Now what the hell is this is yaar without any call or msg how can they active anything without my permission... I want my 7 rs back as soon as possible...

I had Called 198 & 121 (Toll Free Number) For Complain Regarding This issue Many Times but Customer Care Ecxucative Transfer my Call To Next Level Office but No One Responding My Call. 4 times I had waited 1 hour finally phone automatic disconnected.                         Hi, My mobile no is [protected]. Sim was bought a week back. When dialled 123 for activation operator asked all details and said they matched and Sim activated and services will be available in next 2 hours. But When I was trying to call someone it says sim is not activated. I was trying to call 123 and 121 and 198 but call could not go through. All I get is a message that Sim is not activated.

                              dear sir, i am babban yadav in rp[censored]nder central government. i have bought a sim card in company o[censored]ninor . i have clear all the documents 27 - 8 -14 . but the sim has not started till now. i have been going to the company office for two month . i talked to the customercare but he does not response . there is a uninor office in barauni . mr. prabhat, rajesh, etc. are the workers in that uninor office . they have told me that i am a citizen o[censored].p so i can not buy or use a uninor sim in bihar . now you tell me from your company rule that i am a citizen of india or not . in rpf rule 1987 i bound all over india posting so, why i can`t take sim in all over india . is this rule is running on only uninor or other company . who is responsible for my harassment ????? please take quick action. and reply please within ten days other wise this matter will be reffer to information ministry in new delhi

                                  I received a message from uninor on[protected]:08 AM) by a number UE-653947 whose content is mentioned below: "BEST INTERNET OFFERS!! AAJ STV47 = 500MB + 500MB 28day, STV39 = Unlimited WA FB + FREE 400MB 28day .Dail *222*7*MRP# .CURRENT PACK BENEFIT CARRY FORWARD *363*4#" After receiving this message from uninor I recharged my mobile number [protected] from a STV recharge of 47 on[protected]:39 PM). After recharge I received a message from uninor which is mentioned below: "You have recharged with Rs 47.00.: 500.00MB Data Bal, valid till 00:01 11/11/2014. .Tariff :As currently applicable.STV 149 me 2.5GB Internet 28Din. Dial *222*7*149#" At that time I was busy in renovation of my house so I was unable to call to the complain number 198. On[protected] I called the complain number & I was explained that you will receive the remaining 500MB data till evening.However I didn't got that. Again on[protected] I dialed the complain number & this time they said that your remaining 500MB data will be AUTO-RENEWED once your 500MB data you received gets over. On[protected] my 500MB data which I had received earlier was over & to my surprise I didn't received any data. Then I called the complain number once again & this time they say that you are not liable to get any benefits since our system doesn't shows any message being sent to your number. I actually feel like betrayed sir & I want you to take a strict action against the company.

                                    My Mobile no. [protected] and my main balance Rs. 81.60 at dated 18th Oct. 2014. But at dated 19th Oct. 2014 in the early morning call *222*2# for know my main balance, msg. shown Rs.58.80 (Talk time Balance) and Rs.22.80 (Special Balance). Grand Total Rs.58.80+ Rs.22.80= Rs.81.60(Main Balance). This special balance benefit for 1 days. But no any scheme activated by me and this scheme auto activated by Uninor. This special balance Rs.22.80 is already as a part of my main balance and Uninor cheat to me. When I call to customer care o[censored]ninor, there executive said... this scheme activated and use or not use to scheme is your decision . Telephonic recording with it's executive voice call for my truth and cheat for Uninor.

                                      Dirty call coming from number [protected] from 15/10/2014 repeatedly 7 to 8 times which is irritating and the person talking is gents if the number is picked by gents then nobody is talking but if call is picked by women he is asking for sex information. From true caller the number is traced in Karnataka. I reported same thing to uninor customer care executive to give me information but they told me to make complaint in local police station. I require confirmed solution on this.

                                        I am Rohit Karkar and I am a UNINOR ([protected]) customer since 1 year. I subscribed many offers for last 10-11 months. Week ago I got a sms about one talktime plan offer as below "Offer from 7 pm to 10 pm 60000 sec in just 48 45000 (u to u) and 15000 (u to o) dial *222*7*48# extra benefit in 48 hours" At same day I subscribed this offer at 8.30 pm and got a 45000 sec. But still not get 15000 (u to o) secs after 6-7 days of subscribing. Uninor is making fool, and doing fraud with their regular customers. I just want clarification and also my money back OR just teach me how to do portability to convert into tata docomo. Rohit karkar [protected]
