ट्रांजेक्‍शन आईडी:- S32497411 है। उक्‍त 1500/-रू मेरे खाते से डेबिट हो गया परंतु अभी तक मेरे खाते में क्रेडिट नहीं किया गया। एक माह हो गया अभी तक मेरे खाते में रूपया नहीं आया है। कृपया REFUND की कार्यवाही शीघ्र कर मेरे खाते में 1500/-रू क्रेडिट करने की कृपा करें।

    I have got a refund of rupees 6999 on 30th June, 2017 from Amazon.in, 2017 which has been processed successfully on the same day(30/06/2017).Transaction number is[protected]. The amount 6999 is supposed to be reflected in my Union Bank account with in 5 business days. Today is 7th July, 2017. Even after 5 business days have passed I still can't see my money is deposited in my account. My Union Bank account number is [protected]. Union bank can not give me any information about the money deposit or the refund is pending at their end. They have filed a complain for this issue and complain id is 30263071 but did not give any surety about the money whereas Amazon.in continuously stating that the refund is processed and should get by 07/07/2017.

      I have paid Rs.1800/- & Rs. 1500/- online thru SBI credit card on 26/6/15and got message from HSBC that successfully paid Rs.1800/- & Rs. 1500/- for kenriya vidyalaya but while going to take print receipt it is shown that "Either you have not paid fees or no record found" school I'd no is[protected] @ [protected].         I have pay my 1st quater fees on 24 june 2017 at that time the OTP NO will also come ojn my mobile no and the transaction amount will also through my account but at the the time of printing recipt its shows that that the transaction had been failed still I waiting for 2 working days but there will be no change nd when i try to pay for same quater next time then it show that there in no payment pending And now when I pay for 2nd quater its show that i have to pay for 2 quter that is Quter 1st and 2nd as well. So please tell what i have to do now nd last date of fee pay for @nd Quatwer is 15 july 2017.Please reply as sson as possible.

          I have made a transaction of ruppees 2750 on 25 june 2017 on Amazon but due to some reason they have refunded my money but i didn't received my money yet in my account as they(amazon representatives) are saying that they have completed my transaction but you need to contact bank and customer care.
          I contact to customer care but they didn't help me and another day i went to bank they were also unable to help me as they don't know what is reference number.
          As i am in trouble i am sending you the reference number which is provided by amazon and its a proof that they have completed transaction from thier side.
          Please help me out as i am providing you all details.

            My Senior Citizen Saving Scheme-2004 account no. is SCSS 106 at UPRH, Gomti Nagar branch, Lucknow, IFSC code UBIN0552135. I had submitted form 15H in the branch on 3rd April' 2017, even though TDS Rs. 698/- has been deducted on my deposit while paying quarterly interest ending 30th June' 17. I atonce approached branch for it's refund but they told it is not possible on their part being it's control with Bank's Govt. Business Branch. However, they made necessary correction for no TDS in future.
            Sir, there is no lacking on my part but on part of the bank, then, why should I be suffer. Please look into the matter for refund of Rs. 698/- o[censored]nauthorized TDS. My saving account no. is [protected].

                    I asked for activation of net banking service from bank's "HARD WORKIG" employee. He told m its sel[censored]ser creation, Okay but he dint tell me mobile number and email id has to registered prior to sel[censored]ser creation. than i submit a application for to register a mobile number and email. Same day, I sign-up or register my account for net banking. after completion process i'm enable to login. i tried multiple time dint get positive response, i thought i'm unlucky and left the net banking. after a month i got a message that mobile number is registered. What that means after a MONTH ?. Oh sorry hard working employee did a lots off work to accomplish mobile number registration. For now i need to transfer money so try to login with user id and password i have created first time. it always says invalid user ID or password, than i try to re create user, alert popup "Account number is already registered". try forgot password and alert popup "Internet banking user doesn't exist." i thought user id would be invalid but i confirmed with Hard working employee it is correct, tried to Enable User via sending message as per bank FAQ's, but did not got response for message.

                        I mailed my branch to link my e-mail address with my bank account number as i want to start internet banking . My request is still observed. The bank did not even respond to my email. I have given my account number in the mail sent to the bank so there is no point of excuse.

                            Money debited from my union bank of india account, Details below.

                            I swiped my card on 11/06/2017 for 13k and got message stating that amount is debited from my account But, it got cancelled actually due to machine fault at "yashu info system". However, 13k is credited back to my account on 12/06/2017, I got message as well.

                            Now, on 22/06/2017 got message stating that 13k is debited from my account. However, It is not credited to "yashu info system" as per them. I approached one of the union bank of india branch in banaglore, Bank ppl suggested to call helpline number to raise the complaint. Helpline ppl saying to approach bank for the same. Now, I am not sure where to complaint on this and how to get my money back.

                            I request a refund of money back to my account.

                            Please let me know if more details are needeed? Thank you!

                            Thanks for the update! I posted this on behalf of my cousin "Dhanshri Kale", She had this problem from the bank and helpline o[censored]nion bank. So, we posted this in consumer complaints. As she is scared to share her details, I have had provided my details in consumer complaints. If needed, Bank people can approach her for further verification before to credit amount back to her account.

I submitted d application n all the required documents on 9th june 2017 to open a new account. Bt till today my account has nt been open. The staff only tells dt the staffs r nt there to open d account. Go n come some other day.

                                  I am having a current account in union bank of india in branch
                                  medical college road gorakhpur with my firm name shyam leela enterprises and i am doing business of distributorship of patanjali ayurved ltd.
                                  I transferred an amount of rs 201000 through rtgs with chq. No. 015869, utr number of transaction : ubinh[protected] from my bank account of patanjali ayurved pvt. Ltd. But by mistake i quoted the wrong account number in rtgs form and all other informations filled by me in rtgs form is correct and amount transferred to that account number, but that account number is not of patanjali ayurved pvt. Ltd.

                                      I am getting this error for last few days while logging it to union bank retail internet banking login. Even though i am entering correct userid / password system throws 'error in input data' message and does not login.

                                      I have written to ebanking unionbankofindia email several times. It appears to have resolved for a short period and next day the issue reoccurs.

                                      Dear sir/ madam,

                                      Let me initially introduce myself to you. I am dr. Ashutosh malviya working as an ayurvedic practitioner, aged 58. I am a medical professional working since 35 years with utmost dignity and respect.

                                      I am associated with 5 psu banks in allahabad and my association with union bank is now more than 5 years.

                                      I would have never written this complaint note but since the things have now got on my nerves so i had no option left other than writing this detail.

                                      Today, 27th june 2017 i visited the main branch o[censored]nion bank, allahabad during the morning hours. I was been dealt by mr. Shukla (First name is not known to me).
                                      Please note that i have been in touch with him since last 12 days.

                                      I have a current account from my name, a saving account from my mother's name (Mrs. Kusum malviya), around 4 fixed deposits. I was in touch with mr. Shukla in regards to open a new huf a/c since 15 days.
                                      I have already handed over all my documents to him on 16th june of this month.
                                      I requested him several times on phone and messages to open the same.
                                      Today when i requested him to open the same firstly he told that he will do it today and when i very politely asked that kindly positively do it today as it's been already 12 days and being a medical professional it becomes really difficult for me to follow up again and again. So the response i got was, ' do not count the days! We have other job also just not your job. This is not medicine that i will give instantly, it's a bank job and it will take time! '
                                      Then i asked home to return my form and i do not want to open any account. The response then he gave me, ' i do not have any form go to manager'.

                                      Also note that i have also complaint regarding this to mr. Amit kumar sinha, chief manager.

                                      My question to union bank whose tag line says acche log accha bank, is this the way an assistant manager behaves to their customer! And forget about the behaviour is this the way a bank operates taking 10 to 12 days to open up a huf account.

                                      I really need an answer and a written apology to this before i further proceed with any operational procedures with this bank. If i do not get the response to my complaint i consider that clients and that too hni clients have no respect and importance for the bank.

                                      Looking for a quick reply on the same.
