I paid her tution fees by online transaction, but i didn't got her detailed fees receipt including amount. Only 1 got the transaction successful receipt which is attached herewith. So i request you to please send me the detailed receipt from june 2016 to april 2017 for reimbursement. Now she is in 9th standard. I hope your co-operation. I had paid tution fees through online payment of my daughter Mukta Khalkho studing in std.II.Her unique ID is [protected] and her date of birth is 08/12/2009. When I paid the tution fees for std. I, i.e for the session[protected]previous year) I have not taken the print out of the receipt. But now when I am going to take out the print for the session 2016-17 (std.I) it is not allowing me to take the print out.     I have filled petrol at HP Petrol bunk at Hema Nagar, Uppal on 22-05-17 for Rs.300/- using an UBI debit card and I have received a message that Rs.311/- has been debited. What is the point in going for cashless transactions when such charges are levied. Are the charges levied by the concerned bank or is it charged by the petrol bunk ?

      Dear Team,
      I have availed an education loan for Rs.3, 08, 000/- in the name o[censored]ma Maheswari. T from union bank of India on 6th July’2007.
      My edu loan # [protected].
      I recently received a letter on 20th May’17 and the letter was dated 17/05/2017 requesting for a payment of Rs.1, 08, 340/- only towards the closure of my edu loan instead of o/s Rs.1, 81, 625/- where due date for the payment was no were mentioned in the letter. I enquired over the phone for the payment due date with Ms.Shanthi from Union Bank of India education loan dept ([protected], [protected]) and she confirmed the due date as 26th May’17 which was really a short span of time. I am pregnant now and advised by my gynecologist to be on a bed rest only. So I am in loss of pay now where I have no other source of income too. In spite of this I managed in arranging Rs. 1, 08, 340/- as mentioned in the letter received towards the closure of my edu loan. I authorized my mother on behalf of me as I will not be able to travel to the bank for the payment and same was paid on 25th May’17. I was informed by Ms.Shanthi clearly that the NOC will also be given on the same day post receiving the payment as mentioned in the letter and they wanted just 3 days of time to return the property document pledged against my loan. I must have contacted over the phone almost more than 3 to 5 times on the same to recheck within these 5days of duration since I am already facing many other financial crises and other medical expenses for my check up. Every time she confirmed the same that NOC will be given on the same day instead when my mother made a payment accordingly on 25th May’17 we were not issued NOC rather we were given another revised letter on the same day saying what we are suppose to pay Rs.1, 23, 818/- which is really not fare. The same bank is issuing various details of payment on a diff dated letters. Hope a bank needs to carry their own standards. Ms.Shanthi and Mr.Thangavelu from Union Bank of India Oppanakara Street Coimbatore said that “letter dated 17th May’17 has wrong information and gave us a new letter dated 25th May’17” which I never accepted but top up to this Mr.Thangavelu has also issued another letter to my mother saying “I agreed to pay Rs.1, 23, 818/-“.I don’t understand how can a senior manager of edu loan dept can behave so by issuing an unprofessional letter without my consent as agreed. I have given a written instruction dated 25th May’17 as I agree to pay Rs.1, 08, 340/- as per the letter received dated 17th May’17 in spite of this I am really surprised that the manager has issued such a ridiculous letter without my consent. Then again I am given just two days of time to pay the difference amount of Rs.15, 478/- within a span of two days only. Hope I don’t have to repeat myself that I am pregnant and in loss of pay which is highly impossible for me arrange that too and more over this is a banks error for which a cm should not be impacted. Any bank’s error has to be rectified within the banks only, no where a cm should be troubled on the same. This is absolutely a mental stress to me especially when I am carrying.
      When I availed this loan the tenure was 58 months for am EMI amount of Rs. 7, 898/- with EMI start date as 31/Mar/2011 and EMI end date was 31/Jun/2016. Since I missed out lots of EMI payments on time my edu loan was marked in NPA status and again my loan was rephrased with extended tenure of 77 months with an EMI amount of Rs.3, 187/- with EMI start date as 31/Jan/2015 and EMI end date as 31/Jun/2021. Top up to this since I received a letter for loan closure can be possible on a payment of Rs.1, 08, 340/- in which they have mentioned if we miss to avail this benefit for loan closure the bank will take appropriate action against the loan in order to receive the payment. This is literally a threatening statement to the cm and giving mental stress especially when the extended tenure ends by 2021.
      Though there were many laws rolled out by the govn. to waive of complete interest towards edu loan and when we also approached the bank several times for the same but every time it just went in vain and always the bank refused to accept the govn rule. Finally I am requesting you to sort out this issue by closing my edu loan since I have already made a payment of Rs. 1, 08, 340/- as mentioned in the letter as well as within the demanded date of 26th May’17 too. Please help in issuing NOC against the loan and surrender the property documents pledged against this loan ASAP to avoid further escalation in consumer court claiming for compensation.

            We have ur prestigious bank's customer last 5 years. But now your services is very bad at barwala district hisar (Haryana).
            We have giving an application for check book 4 month back for pension account. Till now we have ot get it.
            When we talk about it they started shouting.
            Last month they give us teared note today when we said about trared note they shouting again. And told me n my mother get out from here.
            This was totally wrong.

            I am also facing arrogant, rude, bad behaving staff o[censored]nion bank of india (IFSC : UBIN0558648) since 2 year specially after "note bandi". anyway branch manager always talk in abusing tone if you complain regarding their junior staff. the problem is growing as well as branch is going bigger. there were previously very good staff but now problem is with new staff also.

                  Sir on dated 26.04.17 at 08.30 pm i tried to withdraw cash from Union Bank of India ATM located at Najafgarh New Delhi but ATM does not deliver cash rather amount deducted from my saving a/c o[censored]nion bank. I have lodge the complaint at Call centre o[censored]nion bank as well as local branch o[censored]nion Bank of India. But all in vain kindly look in to matter and refund my deducted amount in my saving a/c o[censored]nion bank. I shall be thankful to you.

                    Priyanka SS here, writing from Vile Parle east. I have been using agreeably your banks facilities since last four years and am thankful for this nice treatment so far; But am very disappointingly filing a complaint against you because i really feel very strange for one of your branch's treatment. Here am filing complaint against Union Bank, Tejpal scheme branch for their really pathetic treatment especially the lady who was taking care about demand draft depository work. I have never came across check formalities to issue a demand draft yet, hence i simply asked her about why i cannot issue DD with cash, instead of giving a reasonable answer (i.e. new changes in rules, policies) she literally yelled at me for questioning, that was not enough, though i was present there, she was discussing my questions with her colleague about me and that was typical back preaching. This is so belied experience. I just want a proper treatment, please convince your staff at least to talk politely with costumers, because its not we people only getting benefited with this relation.It include "US" and this quality should have to maintained well for our common future.

                      Dear sir, i have taken education load from your bank at yavatmal branch. And my acc. No. Is as follows : [protected]. For my engineering degree course, in duration of[protected]. Now, i am doing repayment as per guidelines given by bank regularly. Half of which already done.
                      Now, i want to do post graduation of mba from scmhrd institute (Symbiosis). And the course amount is rs.1205000. And college has a tie-up with oriental bank of commerce (Obc), which is giving me this loan amount @8.65% of r. O. I. Without any security (Mortgage). As this institute comes under list a category in obc bank norms.
                      For getting benefits of available education loan from obc, they have demanded to submit no-objection certificate from the bank in which existing loan is going on.
                      We have approached to yavatmal branch for the same. And in written we have confirmed them that my repayment for existing loan will be continue and will be in-line as per guidelines and it will never affect to existing repayment process.
                      But the chief manager of yavatmal branch is not ready to give me noc for the same. Instead he is suggesting me to take loan from union bank as per the guidelines given by union bank.
                      So, my request you to pl. Give me noc for taking loan from obc bank or give me loan which obc is offering us from your bank.
                      Sir, this is my humble request to you as this opportunity for doing mba is critical for my life. And without which i can not do mba and my carrier can be lost..
                      So pl. Look into this seriously and do consider my point of view..

                        I have opened an account on 7th may, 2016 under senior citizen's savings scheme (A/c no. 35320scss000002) at new alipore branch in kolkata. But unfortunately i noticed that the same account showing opening date as on 20th may, 2016. It means i had been deprived of the said interest @ 8.6% for 13 consecutive days.                             Patharia is my netive place. But as i am studying so stay in indore.
                            I visit patharia occassionally.

                              Irony is your ATM's are having Hindi and English Instead of Tamil and English there is no use for hindi in Tamilnadu but you are keeping it instead of tamil I don't care if you have hindi in ATM we want TAMIL in all ATM's otherwise we're sorry you will lose bunch of customers

                                Amazon.in has refunded me the amount of Rs.939 + Rs.146 on 15th May 2017 in my Union Bank of India Account but it is not credited yet. They gave me the reference number also, but my bank branch is saying that we can not do anything with this reference number and amount is not yet credited. So I just want to ask what is the use of reference number, the people sitting in the branch are very irresponsible, they are very egoistic, rude, not helpful.

                                  I am merchant & on 3rd May, 2017 I brought POS (Card Swiping) Machine for my shop. On the same day, I made a transaction of Rs 29, 500 and the amount was deducted from the customers account as the transaction was successful yet the amount is not credited in my account till today. I have already talked to the customer care they told me to contact the branch, when I contacted my branch they told me that they don't have merchant officer and can't help me. Finally I called again the customer care and they gave me no. of regional office (RO), I also contacted them and they told me to provide a written complain to my branch and they will forward it to RO (its in samastipur) yet noting is been changed. So help me regarding this.

                                    I have registered a complaint wide complaint number 21823533 & 21973635 on 19- april -2017 & 27 - apri. For the deduction of amount on failed transactions. Bank officials are giving me 7 working days time in order to process this complaint. It is being very disappointing that online transaction are taking such a long time in processing.

                                    If such kind of issues will take such a long time, then i am sorry to say it is totally useless online banking and digital transaction...

                                      Sir i am a staff pension account holder my sb a/c[protected] has been debited by 17.35 paise as atm charges, please reverse the charges as we do not have any other income other than pension amount. i request the bank authorities to absolve the atm charges to staff pension account, we have served to this mighty organisation @ retired after superannuation

                                        I have bank account in a ambad branch, nashik, Maharashtra.
                                        I submitted cheque in a bank near about 24 march 2017 after 2 months your headless staff members intimate me today 23/05/2017. What is hell doing staff 2 2 months. If bank not able or interested in coustomer services then why bank appoints such donkeys they not having habits of good behaiv.
                                        Total staff of this branch is headless .
