On 29th october, 2016 i made a payment of rs. 1050.00 to uppcl through my debit card. The card get swiped but the payment was not made to uppcl.
Hence, rs.1050 got deducted from my saving bank a/c-[protected].
The balance after the payment was 2224.00 cr.
I appeal you to resolve my grievance as soon as possible

    Below you can find unclear tabs:
    1. Whether user id is customer id?
    2. Forgot password is not on the same log in page (User has to come back and click)
    3. Why retail and corporate login separate
    4. Everything is put on the same page

      I am a customer o[censored]nion bank of India branch aurangabad of Varanasi district. I don't know that u will do any action or not but i say u only that when I cross all the limit of my fortitude really then I write this complain.its too much sir/mam the staff of aurangabad branch distt.Varanasi of this bank is too much rude specially the assistant manager misbehave and too much dishouner/insult people/customers.he behave look like a dictator or a boss as people like his servant and the cameras of the bank are proving my complain of his hurting behaviour.u can check and its very serious problem of this branch because due to misbehaving and insulting nature of staff people are closing their union bank account.I am not saying that u do transfer of assistant manager and the staff of this branch but want to say only that kindly for the humanity and only humanity i[censored] have a little heart for old and poor kindly u give order to branch manager that he control his staff and assistant manager'misbehaving and insulting nature .then people feel better in the bank and we all do our work better.

        I loaded my digipurse account with rs.4000 on 14/11/2016 from my bank of india card. The amount debited from bank account but still not added to my digipurse. I mailed many time to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no reply for mails and customer care executives are helpless. Pls help to refund my money.

        standing in line for 4 hours and we got only 4000 notes of 100 and all the notes are cut no one is accepted notes after complaing he says that deposit that note and again widrawn
        so again i m standing in line 4 hr and that types of note again

        Please look at the matter please
        Please check the entire video of banking transaction as I have news union bank is converting black money to white money of various public of brajrajnagar.kindly check in this matter.

Vinay Singh gaur made FDR worth RS. 1100000.00 with Union bank of india M G ROAD INDORE M.P.with good faith & believe that my hard earned money remain in safe custody in bank & get interest RS. 12000.00 per month for livelihood of we two senior citizens but UBI INDORE DEBIT FREEZED my FDRS & it is almost 06 years not unfreezing FDR . My husband died approaching bank for unfreezing FDRS on 31.10.2015.I am unable to fight with bank. Please do get unfreez FDRS worth RS. 1100000.00 before my death.I will be highly obliged to you. And also not get refund.

                      A refund of Rs.699 was initiated by Amazon to my account (Account name- Arushi Kaushik, Ac/no. [protected]) on September 14, 2016. The reference number for the refund is NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
                      The company provided me with a confirmation mail of the processed refund but I never got it from the bank's side. I had contacted your customer service team via call yet I didn't get any substantial solution. I have never faced such a problem before. Please help me this and kindly get it resolved at the earliest.

                        I hold an joint account at UBI vishrantwadi branch pune. Today had visited to get an statement for my account & As I was talking to one of the lady employee one of the male employee interuptedinterrupted our talk & was really talking in a very rude manner. I was told by an CC executive of it till free no that I can get a statement so visited the bank . There this x person was not ready to list in to me and above that all the co-employees were pouncing upon me at the same time.I request u to please look into this matter .

                              I am a holder of savings a/c no [protected] in UBI's branch at Balewadi Pune 411045. I have been using internet banking facility for making online payments But on Nov 7, 2016 while making such payment I found that the transaction password was not working .So I called at [protected] and talked to the officer . I was told that the password had expired due to non usage of internet banking facility for six months . THIS IS WRONG . I have paid Rs 1660 as Electricity bill on 19 Oct 2016 and Rs 1021 as Telephone bill on 28 Oct 2016 by internet banking, IN OCTOBER 2016 ITSELF !! These payments can be easily verified from debit entries in my account . I was also told that I will have to pay Rs 180 to get a new Tr P password This is very wrong and unfair.                                 I withdraw an amount of Rs 800/= from ICICI Debit card at ATM no 473, Town Hall Road o[censored]nion Bank of India on 11/07/16 at 17.37 whose station id DMAD[protected], record no : 7036. But the receipt for the dispensation states it as Rs. 1800/=. .I informed to my bank. Fortunately, my account was debited only for the amount withdrawn.

                                I suspect that receipt of wrong dispensation would lead to fraud.

                                  While processing online payment through netbanking OTP is not being generated by UBI since 05/11/2016. There is no network issue as I am getting OTPs of other banks. Earlier OTP was generated very late while processing the online payment in sometimes error of time out occurred due to late generation of OTP but nowdays OTP is not being generated which causes inconvenience. Kindly look into matter & resolve the issue at your end at the earliest.

                                    on 13 Aug 16 payment made by ATM of Rs 1110.00 was an erratic

                                    The payment was made by cash

                                    The same was reported to the branch Manager

                                    after few days the complaint was registered to bank on 04 Oct 16 in branch

                                    As of my knowledge the problem to be resolve within the seven working days. However today also spoke the customer care people no action.

                                      I have been trying to activate my union bank credit card for the last 1 week . I have been calling the customer care helpline but everytime it turns out to be busy.I have called every single helpline but it is not accepted .I have even tried to contact a senior but i haven"t been able to . I can't understand what we will do if there is an emergency and we have get a flight like of out of syria.

                                        I am account holder of sitamarhi branch union bank. My complaint is regarding misbehaving with me and my son for asking about work progress. My son, who is representing me in my all officiel work was going along with me in branch for a small work (Getting new debit card bcz old one is expected) from two days. But on second day after waiting from morning to lunch time, after asking the work progress one of the bank officer started talking very badly and he was using very offensive language which should not be used with a woman.
                                        The only statment we are getting from that officer is "wait kigiye, hum bula lenge"

                                        After asking manager about this, his response was "hamare kaam karne kaa yahi tarika hai, agar aapko dikat hai to account band kawa ligiye" (This is the way we work here, if you have any problem then close your account).
                                        I am very hearted and disappointed from this behavior from well educated bank officers.
