Hi,
I am account holder of sitamarhi branch union bank. My complaint is regarding misbehaving with me and my son for asking about work progress. My son, who is representing me in my all officiel work was going along with me in branch for a small work (Getting new debit card bcz old one is expected) from two days. But on second day after waiting from morning to lunch time, after asking the work progress one of the bank officer started talking very badly and he was using very offensive language which should not be used with a woman.
The only statment we are getting from that officer is "wait kigiye, hum bula lenge"
After asking manager about this, his response was "hamare kaam karne kaa yahi tarika hai, agar aapko dikat hai to account band kawa ligiye" (This is the way we work here, if you have any problem then close your account).
I am very hearted and disappointed from this behavior from well educated bank officers.
