The bank manager responded that no Personal loan facility is available with Union bank of India. He didn't speak any more words. Being an employee & receiving salary through UBI, I m unable to get personal loan. Is it available or not. If itWe need clarification in this issue.

    Dear sir,
    I am Yogesh sharma a bank account holder in ur bank. my reference number of complain (ref. no [protected]) and my (complaint number[protected] . I have done a payment to Aiims Delhi as a online payment from my card. I done it on 23 July 2016 but payment failed shown but 507.50 money was debited from my account. so I complain in your helping no. and again make a payment to Aiims Delhi on 27 July 2016 and payment successful and again 507.50 debited from my account. I again and again ask about complain bt my problem is not solved yet and due to wrong complaint registered by your helpine I got a Sms complaint rejected. your helpine [protected] they give me following details:-

On 23.08.2008 A/NO.[protected] & Wit deposited money 11FDR each of RS. 100000.00 from23.08.2008 to 05.12.2008. From above we receive RS. About 12000.00 every month as interest.UBI ED Debit freezed all FDR & A/C From 06.02.2010 & on repeated written n face to face request n complaints the UBI Not debit defreezing FDR N A/C.My husband 83 leave this world on 31.10.2015 facing lake of medical aid. I informed UBI Immediately but UBI not debit defreezing my FDR N A/C .I SMT Kanta Devi Gaur age 77 years request your honour to debit defreezed my 11 FDR N A/C And interest on Amount RS. 12000.00 per month from 06.02.2010 I will be very much thankfull to your honour for rest of my life.         From kotak mahindra rs.2000 transfer for this account. Kotak a/c no. Is [protected] but till date i have not received amount. Where banks shows transfer success.
        Please look in to matter.

            I retired on[protected] from union bank services b/o kabirchaura varanasi-as accountant. My pension paying branch is lahartara varanasi-code-542440. I inquired lahartara br. Several times regarding ppo copy, but they always denied that your ppo not received from c. O. Mumbai. Sir, it is 12 months continue my ppo still not received to branch and also me.
            You are requested sir, kindly arrange to send my ppo copy at the earliest.

              Respected sir; on 24 june while submitting my fees of rs21130.24 through sbi portal . the amount is deducted from my a/c [protected] but the amount does not reach to my college a/c.and by other a/c my transaction is successful. so i register a complain on 25 june my complain no is17163629 but the customer care give me 3 days time to solve it . but they did not give me the proper reason they give again 3 days time further and further . that happen to me 8 times and ater my complain is closed and they again take acomplain and give me complain no17230374. from 25 june today is 6 august complete 40days but i am unable to get my deducted amount. customer care always says it is in process and iam very much depressed.i also register a complain from home branch but on that it is failed and reason is not given by the customer care. also sir pls refund my money to my a/c because sir we belong to middle class family and 21130.2 rs is not a small amount for us. sir pls refund my money to my a/c as early as possible by that i am very much thankful to u.

                Which you have started. Continiously sms code systems otp its headche for us. Means for every step you are sending otp on mobile. Its worst idea. Because your sms not getting quickly its getting late till then our login session it getting expire. So we are again login and again for small work. After received your msg then again your systems asking us psk code. After login we are chossing option tax payment after fill the information your system again going to login option. Again we are waiting for otp password seriously totally silly idea. And that option also we can use only for one time means only for one payment. Again your system will logout. For second payment again we should do same procedure for another tax payment means my whole day is spending only for one work. Becuase of your systems. So please think for us. And develope your systems for customers. I know you are providing security system. But atleast devlope the system. As think customer. Really we are getting very trouble from your system, so please chnge your sytem. And do not send frequently otp. And after login we can make many transaction that type of system. We want think about that and take action if you want any suggestion from me then call me on this no. I will tell you how we want the systme. Because we are using another bank internet bank systems.                   Myself Sreekuttan A M having an Educational Loan in UBI, Matukatta Branch for an amount of 4 Lakhs.
                  I have Started my loan in 2010 with Account No : [protected].

                  All installments after moratorium period
                  has been repaying regularly without any delay. But when I reviewed my account statement it letting us know that an amount of INR 45, 382/- comes additional to the principal balance.

                  As per initial information, the balance amount after moratorium period should be effectively 4 lakhs if subsidies were properly allocated. But actually it was not 4 lakhs when I checked at that time. It was around 4, 60, 000/- . This shows subsidies are pending in several stages of that period.

                  I wish you could sincerely go through this and revert me with proper feedback which can be a solution for us.

                    Dear Sir,

                    On 3rd August, 2016, I called the Foreign Exchange Department o[censored]nion Bank of India to inquire about a expected incoming US Dollars. Since the party has insisted the funds were transferred, we also called in the afternoon at 3 PM to inquire & then at 6.30 PM to inquire ( 2 times)

                    I called the following No. –[protected], one Mr. Vinay Bhatter picked up and started using foul language for calling twice in the day. We were shocked to hear and we tried to calm him down. We said we are only making a honest request to know whether funds are transferred. We did not expect to hear abuses from Mr. Vinay Bhatter.

                    He did not stop at that. He kept on shouting at us and calling us names asking us to “come to bank and face him”. He even threatened that he will never give us any information and hinted that he will make our lives miserable.

                    In this respect, I request you to take strict action against him and give us a kind report on the action initiated and also to close our Current Account with the Bank (AC No. [protected]). Also, please close our current Account of our subsidiary company, M/S Khaitan Iron Foundry Pvt. Ltd. as we do not want to deal with a bank which doesn’t respect its customers. We have loved to be customers o[censored]nion Bank of India but we fail to know how such a person can get away by treating a long term customer of bank like this.

                    We are compelled to lodge formal complaint with many other bodies. We shall submit a written application to all the concerned departments. Hope to get a speedy reaction from your side

                      I took loan of 25000 out of 50000 from alinagar branch lakhisarai
                      Branch manager puerly cheated me and he added two loan on my a/c [protected]. I contacted many times to branch and customer care but he do not reply and did not show me any proof of document. Which was submitted during loan process. Please request you to give me batter resolution.

                          I had given the request for new cheque book last week on customer care.. When i didn't recieve it on time i called again today but the lady on the phone tolad me that due to some technical error your request couldn't be completed that day.. And today also i can't take the request.. You have to visit the branch tomorrow and have to place the request again.. What the hell... Is this the kind of service you offer?? 7 days back technical error and today also error in taking request... Now it will take me minimum 7 more days to get the new cheque book.. If the error was there when i gave request last week why the person assured me that i will be getting the cheque book soon.. And why he didn't inform me on time so that i wouldn't have wasted a week to give the request again.. Pathetic service ubi...

                            I had withdrawn 1500/- from union bank atm machine located in baguihati dated 18/06/2016 at 14:46 pm from my husband's atm card of hdfc bank atm card [protected] named ravi shankar gupta. The denomination came out was 500 x 2 and 100 x 5 out of which one of the 500 rupee note was fake. I contacted union bank baguihati branch located in teghoria in vip road on 20/06/2016 and given a written complain and asked to change the note but manager told it can't be done the only thing came be done is that he can receive the letter. When again contacted the branch manager on 27/06/2016. He replied, complain where ever u want nothing will happen. Kindly resolve the problem within 7 day's other wise i don't have any option then complaining in banking ombudsmen...

                              Union bank of india, rushikonda is the worst bank in which i ever had my account in. I opened an account when i was studying in gitam university. After completing my studies over there, i came back to my native place and written 3 letters to that bank requesting them to transfer my account to their bank's branch located in my native place. They are telling that they my letters might be delievered at other branch and they didn't get it. I was trying from the past 1 year to transfer, but they are not responding in the right way.

                                I had download union bank of india digipurse wallet app on my iphone, and added rs600 into the wallet on 4th july 2016. by 5th july 2016 my wallet reflected the same amount.

                                On 6th july, i tried accessing and making a purchase using the wallet but the app responded by saying "restricted card error-11 ref id :[protected]". since then there has been no change, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but i cannot even log in to the app, and i am faced with the same error.

                                I have emailed the customer care at [protected]@unionbankofindia.com thrice with no response at all. i called on ubi's number and they directed me to email. i am wrongfully detained from my funds and there has been no explanation or even reason as to why my funds are "restricted". this is simply fraud or incompetence.

                                I merely desire the return of my money, i. e. rs600, which were in my digipurse account. please revert my amount back to me.

                                      I had taken an agriculture loan - A/c No. [protected] - dated 30/10/2013 and close same on 23/10/14.. But Rs.1/- But as per CIBIL report - Rs. 1 reflecting as long pending dues and because of that reason my Rating as per CIBIL - is coming down .
                                      I had informed Union Bank, Kundara, Kollam Dist - regarding that and as per the information from the branch. They had taken up the matter. But as per the information (CIBIL Report ) my rating is low as the old dues is reflecting in my report .

                                        Your union bank of india, konavattam branch (vellore branch, tamilnadu) is the very very worst service provide by customers. we are waiting for passbook entry, cash deposit more than 3 hours day by day they saying machine not working. all the staffs are very angry speak to customer. we are spent one day to clear our work in union bank pls change your staff in union bank of konavattam branch all are bp patients. if continue we are all close our account and change another bank.
