My self pramod kumar account holder of canara bank. When i had debited rs 7500 from union bank of india's atm at machhuatoli, patna-800004 in[protected]:42). I got only rs 1500 and interrupted rs 6000 in atm but rs 7500 debited from my account and guard has closed atm.
I have complain in union bank of india and they say that you will complain in canara bank. When canara bank send your complaint then i will refund your amount. Now, union bank say that your amounts have debited. The bank 's employee behaviour is not satisfied.
Kindly, i request to refund my amount.

    My name is ashok kumar. I have a saving account in union bank of india. The account no. [protected]. On[protected], i made imps transaction of rs 10000 but the transaction failed and my account is debited by rs. 10000. I filed a complaint (Complaint no.[protected] via phone banking on the same day. The bank assured me of resolving the complaint within 7 working days but still no solution is made. Now they are asking for me to wait for 3 more days. Please help me... Thanks...

      Sir my self vicky ghanshani, i am account holder in union bank of india and my account no. Is [protected]. I have deposited an amount of 17500 in my account o[censored]bi. On 26. 8. 2016.
      When i didnt recieved msg of bank regarding amount which i deposited.
      Then i went to bank but what happen, i told to bank officer about depositing amount they told me to talk with branch manager.
      When i talked with manager
      Firstly, , he is not using proper language as a branch manager .
      Secondly he physically assaulted me which is recorded in cctv camera o[censored]nion bank. So sir plz deposit my amount in my account as soon as possible and take proper action against branch manager.

        Dear sir, with respect to the subject cited above in year 2008 date 23.10.2008 opened account no.[protected] in the name of shri vinay singh gaur & smt. Kanta devi gaur in your bank with ubi rajwada m. G. Road indore m. P. By life time earned money+ by selling agricultural land with good faith & belive that my money remain in safe bank & get interest as per provisions of bank for livelyhood n daily need requirements but due to some criminal case against my son in law sh. Anil yadav my above account as well as fdrs debit freezed till the settlement of criminal case in honourable court. Now the case of sh. Anil yadav sr. Manager concluded by court n now it is requested to ed sir to please defreezed the above account & fdrs as early as possible because one of the two account holder's no more live since 31.10.2015 and smt. Kanta devi gaur is 77 years old unable to fight with bank. So please defreezed the above account with ed sir permission. Thanks.           My problem regarding copy of pension payment order (ppo) of pf no 070501 is as it is. Copy of ppo not received till date. My 1st request on 10.08.2016 & 2nd request on[protected] to customer complaint cell but still problem not resolve.
          You are again requested sir, kindly consider sympathically and send copy of ppo.

            I call ubi customer care to know my last transaction details. She show no respect to me by talking to his colleagues while i was trying to tall my problem.
            He was to resolve a simple problem she ask his boos to resolved it. I fill more offended when she say to his boos "this stupid ask me...". Yha she call me stupid. She was busey more in his own chat that she did not listen to my problem fully. Well how i know about them talking, she did not put her call on hold while she make me wait. The hole conversation is so frustrating and embarrassing.. I make the worst customer care call.

              Dear sir,
              This is to bring to your notice that in spite of the submission of the xerox of the documents with the forms of the new teachers to open the account in your bank, the activation of the atm cards is not done. Some teachers atm cards are blocked. Due to this there is an inconvenience caused in the daily expenditure. Some teachers two months salary is credited (Sundry creditors) in their accounts but they are unable to withdraw their money using the cards. So, its a request to do the needful at the earliest. The salary account is in union bank of india katol road nagpur (M. S) branch.

                  My wife is customer o[censored]bi karimnagar on[protected] Iwent to atm to draw money .transactions dispensed 15000 and 1500 rupees money not came from atm bud message came 16500 deducted from account 6027 .Same I went to bank to give a complaint .after some againt Iwent to bank .the manager answer is irresponsible . He said you go to umbudsman to put a complaint please help me sir and credif rupees 16500 as early as possible

                      The bank manager responded that no Personal loan facility is available with Union bank of India. He didn't speak any more words. Being an employee & receiving salary through UBI, I m unable to get personal loan. Is it available or not. If itWe need clarification in this issue.

                        I am Yogesh sharma a bank account holder in ur bank. my reference number of complain (ref. no [protected]) and my (complaint number[protected] . I have done a payment to Aiims Delhi as a online payment from my card. I done it on 23 July 2016 but payment failed shown but 507.50 money was debited from my account. so I complain in your helping no. and again make a payment to Aiims Delhi on 27 July 2016 and payment successful and again 507.50 debited from my account. I again and again ask about complain bt my problem is not solved yet and due to wrong complaint registered by your helpine I got a Sms complaint rejected. your helpine [protected] they give me following details:-

On 23.08.2008 A/NO.[protected] & Wit deposited money 11FDR each of RS. 100000.00 from23.08.2008 to 05.12.2008. From above we receive RS. About 12000.00 every month as interest.UBI ED Debit freezed all FDR & A/C From 06.02.2010 & on repeated written n face to face request n complaints the UBI Not debit defreezing FDR N A/C.My husband 83 leave this world on 31.10.2015 facing lake of medical aid.                                   Respected sir; on 24 june while submitting my fees of rs21130.24 through sbi portal . the amount is deducted from my a/c [protected] but the amount does not reach to my college a/c.and by other a/c my transaction is successful. so i register a complain on 25 june my complain no is17163629 but the customer care give me 3 days time to solve it . but they did not give me the proper reason they give again 3 days time further and further . that happen to me 8 times and ater my complain is closed and they again take acomplain and give me complain no17230374. from 25 june today is 6 august complete 40days but i am unable to get my deducted amount. customer care always says it is in process and iam very much depressed.i also register a complain from home branch but on that it is failed and reason is not given by the customer care. also sir pls refund my money to my a/c because sir we belong to middle class family and 21130.2 rs is not a small amount for us. sir pls refund my money to my a/c as early as possible by that i am very much thankful to u.

                                    Which you have started. Continiously sms code systems otp its headche for us. Means for every step you are sending otp on mobile. Its worst idea. Because your sms not getting quickly its getting late till then our login session it getting expire. So we are again login and again for small work. After received your msg then again your systems asking us psk code. After login we are chossing option tax payment after fill the information your system again going to login option. Again we are waiting for otp password seriously totally silly idea. And that option also we can use only for one time means only for one payment. Again your system will logout. For second payment again we should do same procedure for another tax payment means my whole day is spending only for one work. Becuase of your systems. So please think for us. And develope your systems for customers. I know you are providing security system. But atleast devlope the system. As think customer. Really we are getting very trouble from your system, so please chnge your sytem. And do not send frequently otp. And after login we can make many transaction that type of system. We want think about that and take action if you want any suggestion from me then call me on this no. I will tell you how we want the systme. Because we are using another bank internet bank systems.                                       Myself Sreekuttan A M having an Educational Loan in UBI, Matukatta Branch for an amount of 4 Lakhs.
                                      I have Started my loan in 2010 with Account No : [protected].

                                      All installments after moratorium period
                                      has been repaying regularly without any delay. But when I reviewed my account statement it letting us know that an amount of INR 45, 382/- comes additional to the principal balance.

                                      As per initial information, the balance amount after moratorium period should be effectively 4 lakhs if subsidies were properly allocated. But actually it was not 4 lakhs when I checked at that time. It was around 4, 60, 000/- . This shows subsidies are pending in several stages of that period.

                                      I wish you could sincerely go through this and revert me with proper feedback which can be a solution for us.
