Sir,
I biswajit nayak, sb account holder o[censored]nion bank of india, burdwan main branch, from 16/05/2007, but recently i have transfer my a/c to durgapur main branch of the same bank. On 02/04/2008 rupees 7, 68, 000.00 was credited in my a/c, but without my consent the aforesaid amount is transferred to unknown authority. I had lodge complaint against the matter to the bm of my bank but they are not co-operating with me. I want to the status about my transaction was made on 02/04/2008 by neft in my account.
I want my amount back as soon as possible.. Please do the needful.

    I have received new Credit card no.[protected]. i was trying to make bsnl payment through it with the previous card password but this new card blocked.
    I have bee calling your customer care service on above number to activate it since two days (yesterday and today). My card has not been activated so far. If you are really interested in improving services then kindly see the record and the number of times I have called your people and being assured that after half an hour it will be done.
    It is quite frustrating that everytime a new person picks up the call asks all the details and then nothing is done.
    After every call I waited for half an hour tried to verify and usecure the card but i am getting the same message that my card is blocked.
    Hope to see some action at your end. Kindly get my card activated as early as possible as i have to make payments.

      Respected Sir
      I had made Payment of Online LIC Premium of Rs 10397/- On dated 02.09.2016 through Union Bank ATM Debit Card No [protected] Unfortunately Transection was unsucessfull and the amount was not credited to LIC aginst my Policy but Rs 10397/- Was debited from my account No[protected].
      Than I made complaint on tollfree no [protected] On 03.09.2016 and complaint id 17648920.
      Till today the amount of Rs 10397/- is not credited to my account.

      You are requested to bestow your kind attention and resolve the issue at earliest.

        On 10/08/2016 I had entered the request to your ATM (inside the branch) of Ezra Street Branch through my SBI Credit card XX2011 as an urgent requirement.The cash was not dispensed and message received ' Transaction of Rs 9, 000.00 made on SBI Credit Card XX2011 at UBI EZRA STREET on 10 Aug 16'. This message received in my registered mobile at 14:01 hrs. I contacted to your branch representative (ATM) and explained my case. He explained me that this had happened due to sudden link failure, also advised me lodging of complaint in the branch is not required, assuring that the amount will be reverted. Till date after one month Rs 9, 000/- not yet reverted to my credit card, however as per rule I already paid to SBI the same amount.
        The maximum time as per RBI rules already expired. Requested to resolve the issue by 20/09/2016.

            I jyoti jain 2/74, vishwas khand, gomti nagar, lucknow, had purchased a property from union bank of india, munshipullia branch, indira nagar, lucknow under sale execution letter dated: 6.10.2008.
            The property consisting of plot no. 1, khargapur. Ismailganj, pargana & tehsil lucknow, measuring area 2000 sq. Ft. I had deposited full amount of the plot but the union bank is not taking interest to give me the possession and they are not replying regarding the matter. Please look into the matter and sort it as soon as possible.

                विषय – खाता बंद करने के संबन्ध में।
                प्रार्थी यूनियन बैंक आफ इण्डिया / शाखा-भिखारीपुà¤... वाराणसी उ.प्र. के बचत खाता सं. [protected] का ग्राहक है, प्रार्थी दिनांक 31.08.2016 को दोपहर लगभग 03:30 बजे दो लाख नगदी जमा करने के लिए बैंक गया तो गेट का चैनल गेट बंद था और बैंक गार्ड बैंक के अन्दर थे, बुलाले पर गार्ड गेट के पास आये और प्रार्थी को बैंक के अन्दर जाने से मना कर दिये, जब प्रार्थी ने ये बताया कि नगदी पैसा जमा करना है तो गार्ड ने गेट खोलने के बजाय गेट में ताला लगा दिया। गार्ड से बोला गया कि मैनेजर साहब से बात करा दीजिये क्योकि गेट पर बैंक के परिचालन समय का कोई बोर्ड नही लगा है, और प्रार्थी के पास इतना नगदी होने पर असुरक्षित महसूस कर रहा था, बैंक के बाहर अनेक लोग खड़े थे उस दौरान बैंक के अन्दर से कई कर्मचारी आये और उनसे बात होने बाद वो लोग भी बोले की आप अन्दर नही आ सकते, जबकि बाहर खड़े लोगो मे से कुछ लोगो को गेट खुलवाकर अन्दर ले गए।
                प्रार्थी बैंक के इस बर्ताव से असुरक्षित एवं अपमानित होने से काफी आहत है इसलिए बैंक के इस शाखा से लेनदेन करना या संबन्ध रखना सम्भव नही है इसलिए प्रार्थी के खाते को बंद कर जमाराशि को भुगतान करने की व्यवस्था करे।

                  I sukaina, operating saving a/c no.: [protected] in jamia nagar branch. I have submitted my documents related to get ready credit card on dated[protected].
                  I received call from bank there is substle formality remain have to pay. I
                  Visited bank accordingly but concerned officer was on leave and have been told me that she is on leave today and will come tommorrow. I again visited bank, now bank manager told to me concerned officer is on leave for 1 week and your document locked by them. I have submitted my fd for 1 lacs now we are requested please look into the matter bank hire officer is not responsible proper customer service. They always try to get rid off customer favour. They always presents lame excuse.

                      We tried o remove Rs2000 on 16th august 2016 where the ATM said transaction failed but the amount was cut from the account.. according to ATM rules it gets refunded in 24hrs..which didnt happen.. then i logged a complain on 19/08/2016.. according to the complain we should get he amount refunded back in 7 working days.. its been more then that bt we haven got the refund back.. according to UNION Bank disgusting customer service where the advisor doesnt know the procedure and was rude on the call, he ddnt even understand a smiple english.. they even disconnected the call while i was taking to them.. now they want y mom to go to the main branch and get the procedure done.. just due to banks and their incomponent services a old pension lady is getting stress bcz she needs the money

                        My self pramod kumar account holder of canara bank. When i had debited rs 7500 from union bank of india's atm at machhuatoli, patna-800004 in[protected]:42). I got only rs 1500 and interrupted rs 6000 in atm but rs 7500 debited from my account and guard has closed atm.
                        I have complain in union bank of india and they say that you will complain in canara bank. When canara bank send your complaint then i will refund your amount. Now, union bank say that your amounts have debited. The bank 's employee behaviour is not satisfied.

On[protected], i made imps transaction of rs 10000 but the transaction failed and my account is debited by rs. 10000. I filed a complaint (Complaint no.[protected] via phone banking on the same day. The bank assured me of resolving the complaint within 7 working days but still no solution is made. Now they are asking for me to wait for 3 more days. Please help me... Thanks...

                            When i didnt recieved msg of bank regarding amount which i deposited.
                            Then i went to bank but what happen, i told to bank officer about depositing amount they told me to talk with branch manager.
                            When i talked with manager
                            Firstly, , he is not using proper language as a branch manager .
                            Secondly he physically assaulted me which is recorded in cctv camera o[censored]nion bank. So sir plz deposit my amount in my account as soon as possible and take proper action against branch manager.

Kanta devi gaur in your bank with ubi rajwada m. G. Road indore m. P. By life time earned money+ by selling agricultural land with good faith & belive that my money remain in safe bank & get interest as per provisions of bank for livelyhood n daily need requirements but due to some criminal case against my son in law sh. Anil yadav my above account as well as fdrs debit freezed till the settlement of criminal case in honourable court. Now the case of sh. Anil yadav sr. Manager concluded by court n now it is requested to ed sir to please defreezed the above account & fdrs as early as possible because one of the two account holder's no more live since 31.10.2015 and smt. Kanta devi gaur is 77 years old unable to fight with bank. So please defreezed the above account with ed sir permission. Thanks.                                   I call ubi customer care to know my last transaction details. She show no respect to me by talking to his colleagues while i was trying to tall my problem.
                                  He was to resolve a simple problem she ask his boos to resolved it. I fill more offended when she say to his boos "this stupid ask me...". Yha she call me stupid. She was busey more in his own chat that she did not listen to my problem fully. Well how i know about them talking, she did not put her call on hold while she make me wait. The hole conversation is so frustrating and embarrassing.. I make the worst customer care call.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that in spite of the submission of the xerox of the documents with the forms of the new teachers to open the account in your bank, the activation of the atm cards is not done. Some teachers atm cards are blocked. Due to this there is an inconvenience caused in the daily expenditure. Some teachers two months salary is credited (Sundry creditors) in their accounts but they are unable to withdraw their money using the cards. So, its a request to do the needful at the earliest. The salary account is in union bank of india katol road nagpur (M. S) branch.

                                        Sir, date 19/08/2016, i come our branch 2500/- rupees withdraw i complete all formerly he give me token no 13 then next stage bank officer say your account is blocked
                                        Resion a long time you not. Withdraw money
                                        Sir this is right i agree and understand. But than i request and asked which kind solve this problem? Officer say that take more time than i again request and asked how much more time?
                                        Than officer say you are not understand procedure this is more complicated and wait half hours. Only bank manager solve this problem and officer say me loafer and villager he say slowly.
                                        I wait one hour but bank manager not come i asked other bank officer he say today bank manager not coming
                                        Sir i want know that your bank. Officers dicide my characater?
                                        And why officer misgide me that reason weste my time?
