    1. I am student of kv no 3 Amritsar Punjab. My students I'd is [protected] and name Sandeep Singh. My online fee payment Rs 3150 is debited on 12 April 2021 from my account Reference number is[protected] but the message is shown in your website in payment status is "Initiated but not completed". Receipt not generated till now.

      Sir I have cc account [protected] in Sangamner br.(Maharashtra) My account debited 2 times for cheque book on 15 feb 2021. I complaint to bank 10 to 12 times but yet my above account no. Credited. I shamefully complain by this mail.You charge every time immediately but not credit such file of wrongly debited charges

        I received money from expert option trading platform on 11/12/2020 and 21/12/2020 but both amount is not received me amount is 3000 rs and 1750 rs i have 3/4 time written complain but bank is can't respond

          Respected Sir,

          Yesterday, I went to UBI Samalkha Branch New Delhi for making three payments of Rs 65, 000, Rs10, 000 & Rs 65, 000 through RTGS. Counter person takes the form but does not provide a receipt of RTGS payment till date. Kindly take the problem seriously, I am waiting for your reply.

            Amazon initiated refund and generated refund ID and reference id but yet not received the amount
            ( Union Bank of India ) bank has still not credited my money . The amount is Rs.(249)
            Date of refund : 29/03/21
            Reference No : # 74332741089108829139276
            This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.
            Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            After 10 days, they credited the refund amount to the account
            I tried to contact them several times and they did via email and call but there was no response from their side

                Dear Sir,
                i am Prabhakaran from chennai and having current account in andhra bank and now its merged with union bank of india.

                i am facing such issue with this banker thats often they are taking charges and mentioning it as ledger charges and from march 2020 to 2021 thay have debited it for 7 times even taken sms charges, non maintenance and i know its mandatory to debit so i am not asking any thing for this charges but regarding ledgercharges i have mailed to customer care and nodel offer but so far i did not get reply from these both side

                    Have the above mentioned account with your branch. i faced a problem on 01 july apply new pan card online processing incomplete While doing the transaction online through My debit card the amount has been deducted from my account 499 rs.
                    Till now the deduced money does not refund To my account. So, i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          I would like to bring your notice, that I am an NRI account holder of Corporation bank of India (Dubli Branch, Tehsil Patti, District Tarn Taran, Punjab, Pin 143416), which is earlier merged which Union Bank of India, and my concern that my salary for the month of March, which is not yet credited in my account by your forex dept, even it has been sent on 31/03/2021 by our company.

                          This is a big cheat with the customer by your bank that salary putting on hold continuously 10 days, even it must be credited on the same day on the same value o[censored]SD. This is the second time by your bank that salary put on hold for 10 days.

                          Hence I would like to request you that look after this matter on priority, and it should be credited at end of the day according to the current value o[censored]SD.

                            I have ordered a tab screen protector (protector 9h Nano flex screen protector for honour pad 5) on 20th March 2021, but it was defective one, I uploaded pictures of the defective screen protector in Amazon. Amazon verified it and accepted refund request against the oder (No - 403 [protected]). Amazon mailed me that they have completed refund process 1st April 2021, but I have not received any refund that reflect on my bank account. Amazon customer service executive told me that it was Blank ends fault.

                                  On logging through the mobile app the account name shows as Executive Director Finance RDSO Lucknow. which is not our account name. ( our account name is Goel electric works )
                                  At the time of payment from mobile app, The recipient shows payment from account shows as above so we are unable to pay from my mobile app.
                                  This complaint also given to chief grievance officer in January and February but no action taken up to this date .
                                  This complaint was given on line vide complaint no 1-[protected] but it is regretted that complaint was closed without any action.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and do the needful .

                                        Disabled transaction password of my SB Account

                                        I am having a SB Account with your bank (Erstwhile Corporation BAnk). My SB Account number is [protected]. My transaction password has been disabled and inspite of my going to the forgot/reset option on your website and changing the password, still it is not allowing me to transfer funds from account leading to a lot of inconvenience for me. I am not able to pay my bills. PLease resolve the issue immediately.
