fund transfer amount was timed out and my amount was not refunded

By using the u-mobile app, i have made a fund transfer through imps for an amount of rs. 5900/- and the transaction got failed due to time out issue. I have called to customer care and also regional office but of no use my amount was not refunded yet. Union bank of india is making a fradulent act in taking the people's money in the name of transaction failure. Proper action needs to be taken against the bank....

Hi team,
On 4th of jan 2019 i tried to transfer an amount of rs 7000 in my another union bank account through upi. The transaction failed, but the amount got debited from my one union bank account but has not been credited to my another union bank account. I have also not received the refund. Please do the needful in this case.

Sir/madam good morning my name is aravindh kumar, im 6 years using union bank account, yesterday night time 8.35 pm - 8.45 pm debit the amount 5000, message only received but amount not received, please find the statement please enquiry .Then resend or credit the my amount (5000) sir
Payment made through amazon pay using union bank of India debit card [protected] was declined but amount was debited. A message stating that the refund would be received was sent to me but refund hasn't been received yet. Money debited on 19/12/2018 for order on Mojo Pizza with order no P[protected] of Rs 345.

    I placed an order for my samsung galaxy s9 from amazon and placed an return order for the same product the next day n got email from amazon that my refunded amount has been processed on 20th november 2018 and the amount should have been reflected in my account by 28th november 2018. The refund reference bank number is[protected].. I have been calling union bank a number of times for the same but no response have been given except the request number which they provided was[protected] and the given resolution date was 28th dec 2018 n still my problem has not been solved. Please look after it.

      Dear concerned person,
      I harsh srivastav s/o sh. Vinod kumar srivastav, r/o b-4/43, rohini sector - 17, new delhi - 110089. This is to bring in your notice that i was withdrawing cash from icici bank atm situated at rohini sector - 16 near bharat petroleum petrol pump. I have withdrawn a cash of 7000rs on 8th june but it was not withdrawn as there was some mechanical issue in machine. As i didn't received cash but the amount was deducted from my account. I was in atm between 1:30 pm - 2:00pm. For this we have informed union bank of india rohini sector 16 branch and they have asked us to wait for 10 days but still nothing worked out even after we were in regular followups for the bank but we didn't get any satisfactory answer as they were proclaiming that icici bank is not providing them cctv footage. Please its a humble request to considered it on priority and initiate the refund as it is a hard earned money. Kindly check and initiate refund for the same at the earliest. I had complained about multiple instances for this issue at rbi online complaint, visiting branch, phone complaints but never got any fruitful response.

        I can call club factory and he said me forward the message on this upi app id and refund my all cancle order money and i can forward the message i. E abupi ab[protected] to [protected] and this is upi app id abupi ab[protected] and he ask me atm last six digit number to refund my all balance but he debit the all amount in my acc i. E 18100 rups so please solve this issues and return my all money back asap..

              With reference to my saving account bearing no. [protected] with union bank of india, kolvan branch, taluka mulshi, dist. Pune 412108,
              I would like to lodge a complaint by putting accross that a sum of rs. 5, 000/- (Five thousand only) has been debited by the bank to my account towards an incomplete atm transaction of cash withdrawal made by me at idbi bank atm (Paud gaon branch) on 29/12/18 at 12:49pm txn no. 6150.
              The reason for the transaction being incomplete was that the cash had never been dispensed from the machine. I got a receipt from atm, it shows 'unable to dispense' then i received the text message saying my account has been debited with rs.5, 000/- on 29/12/18 at 12:51pm.
              While the amount got deducted from my account, i couldn't get the cash, its almost 4 days and there is no refund, this is not expected from a nationalized & reputed bank like union bank of india. I fail to see good service with union bank this time, while other banks auto credit the amount within 5 mins. I have already complaint on 30/12/18 complaints no.[protected] at 10:00 am) to the customer care service o[censored]nion bank of india against that so that i can get my refund, as i was not at fault. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue.

                We have a housing loan account in my husband name at jp nagar branch...

                Everytime mr. Mutturaj calls up and harrase us saying if you don't pay we will put a auction at our house... You will be ashamed infront of your neighbours...

                We have a old age parents at house if something goes wrong becauae of his harrasement we will not leave him simply

                We never faced such problems with any other previous mangers till date..

                I need justice sir......

                Today 30 December 2018 I used debit card to withdraw 4500 amount but transaction is failed.
                I got 2000 credit to my account but 2500 is not credited in my account.

                    I deposited 2500rs in atm machine o[censored]nion bank of india of my branch (Adajan, surat, gujarat). My account is in union bank of india.
                    My money has been retracted by the bank and they say it is retracted due to some problem in the notes. They need to get the report from central branch and once the report is clear i vl get money back. The duration for the same is around 1-2weeks.

                      When my father goes to union bank of india lolada branch (Taluka-sankheshwar, dist-patan, state-gujarat) 3:45 pm then branch's man said to the branch's time is over. He knew that the bank is open but your bank's behaviour is not good. I experienced 2-3 times that types of behaviour. My father did not go to raise money or deposit, only my grandfather died, he went to transfer money from his account. When the employee of the bank refused to come in my father's bank then his acquaintance let him come and let us go. It means that the bank is only a recognized entity. If my family has 6 accounts in unioun bank of india, can i close all the bank accounts due to such employees? Please request the bank manager and bank staff to comment on this matter. Is the time for the consumer to be between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm only?

                        महोदय मैं यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया UBIN0558052 का वर्ष 2014 से जन-धन खाता धारक हूं इसके अलावा मेरा किसी भी बैंक में खाता नहीं है मेरे सभी जरूरी लेन देन इसी खाते से होते हैं आज दिनांक 27/12/2018 को ब्राच में पैसे निकलवाने गया तो ये कहकर मना कर दिया गया कि आपके इस महीने के 4 लेन-देन हो चुके हैं अब आप पैसे नहीं निकाल सकते जबकि मैंने इस महीने 2300₹ ही निकाले हैं और मेरा खाता फ्रीज कर दिया गया अब मैं अपने ही खाते से अपना ही पैसा नहीं निकाल सकता ऐसा क्यू? ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र [protected] में फोन करने पर भी कोई सहायता नहीं की गई और सिकायत भी नहीं दर्ज की गई कृपया सहायता करें।

                                Union bank of india has created new mobile banking app. The worst thing is they have not tested app properly. Developers has run build directly to production and removed old working app.

                                Now, new app is not working at all. Custmors are facing problems. Get it fixed asap. Please see attached file. I am trying to access app with my credentials but not able to access.

                                      I have raised request to include IDFC chennai branch details in your beneficiary list one month ago.Also requested many times still it didnot resolved.I am very much disappointed due to this service from UBI.

                                      IB Team from UBI is providing poor service which is very frustrated .Even i file complaint in UBI and they update the status has resolved but actually it didn't.
                                      I Sent mail even to higher official but nothing proceed sofar everybody is lethargic.
