My union bank savings account no. is [protected]. I tried to withdraw Rs.2500 from my bank account in Union Bank of india via my debit card on 3rd Oct 2018 which had failed. Although money was debited from my bank account. I called the customer care number immediately. They asked me to wait for next 24 hours and then register a complaint if the money does not get credited back. Next day i.e on 4th Oct 2018 I lodged a complaint via complaint no.[protected] . They asked me to wait for the next 7 working days to get the money back. I did so. But today i.e on 15th Oct 2018 after the expiry of 8 working days, when I checked my bank account balance, the money had not credited back. So I called them back But when I called the same customer helpline no., no one answered my call and my call was kept on hold for a continuous period of more than an hour. I don't understand why it is taking so long to refund my money.

Maine iski complain home branch me kiya h. Please give me my money...

    Rs.482/- debited from my account due to cheque book not collected but i was two time visit to bank that ledy told me your cheque book not founding i will check and inform you later but yesterday my account debited du to cheque not collected on time,

      Actually problem is this
      I transfer 5000 and 5000 amount 2 times atm to atm but both transaction are decline on the date of 30 september 2018
      And 5000 and 5000 total 10000 debited deducted from my account.

      I complaint to union bank customer care
      After complaint bank was refund my amount on 4th october 18

      But again bank was deducted 5000 and 5000 total 10000 debited on same day 4th october

      I again complaint but they only give date date date, wait wait wait
      It is really horrible from 15 days.
      Please don't use any app services o[censored]nion bank and i never suggest my friends family and relatives for this fraud bank.

      I think it's fraud is done by bank it's not a technical error.

        My name is gangaraju t c from bangalore. I have registered with union bank digi purse app. I have added rs.900 to wallet. But i can't able to use the visa virtual debit card. I requested to cancel the wallet and refund my money. But i didn't get any response. My registered mobile number: [protected], registered mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. I request to cancel my digipurse wallet and refund the money to my account.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I have loaded 10000/- Rs in Digipurse (Union bank) account. But I am unable to utilise that money. I need to pay credit card bill. For that I tried to Verify from https://unionbankonline.co.in/ Other services Verified by VISA after concerning your customer care department. But i am unable to login with My transaction pin. It prompted with an error message "password should be 8..15 characters". If Try to reset password by "Forgot password", after entering virtual card details it showed invalid card details. I have called many more times to you customer care. They told me to mail to this mail address.

          Please solve my problem ASAP. Please find the details given below.
          Note: I have loaded money from ICICI credit card.

            I have been trying for 2 hours to register a complain about not getting money disbursed from atm but debited from my account but none of the costumer care executive attanded my call. If you are not in a position to help your customers then why are you in the industry. Please try to make the customer service a little good so that the complain can be resolved.

              In my city jhumari telaiya branch today i go to get my atm. But there is only 3-4 employee, no manager. Nobody reply if on my question they are totally lazy. They are only work for # money they don't care about service. I don't get my atm today and wasted my 2-3 hour in bank. This is not a gokd service no everyone has time 2-3 hour to waste for a atm. Please do something other we arn not interested to save our money in this type of bank.

                Iam an account holder of your branch sikandra bodla road agra uttar pradesh. Its a worst i have ever seen. Any bank of india is far better than this. I would suggest everyone not to open an account in this bank. I have an a/c in branch of agra there manager remain always absent when ever i visit branch and the staff they don't hv any knowledge of banking ombudsman they don't know about the policy. Leave the policy they don't even know the answer of any query related to any banking operations regarding cheques. They are called as so called staff o[censored]bi bank.

                Staff don't have the sense to talk to there customer they are so rude. Specially staff of this branch is so rude they talk rudely to customer whether he/she is sr. Citizen or normal customer.

                  Sir, i am doing payment online through sbi debit card pay to kv fee kv no 1 armapur estate kanpur (Up) on 09 oct 2018 but due to network problem it was not confirm the payment done so again process for payment and their after received massage done both payment of same child miss megha chauhan her unic id is [protected]. Both payment transaction id no is pt[protected] and pt[protected]. Amount debited from my account is rs. 3000/- + rs. 3000 = total rs. 6000/. Instead of rs 3000/-. There for you are requested to refund of the the same at the earliest.

                      Customer relation and the manner they deal with customers is very disturbing. You visit the bank at 3:00 p. M on a mid week day (Wednesday) they say time khatam hai abhi, lunch hai uske baad 4:00 bajj jaega, hum handle nai karenge. They open for customers only after 10:00 and close for customers by 3:30 (If much relaxed), what kind of bossy attitude is it for a government bank? Should be shut down.

                        In utter pradesh mau nadwasarai branch atm are always remain closed from last 1 month they are opening. Rural people are facing issue. Another atm is completely far away from 15 km from that are kindly revert i had already sended a mail but no response from there. If this issue will not resolved i will put mail to a consumer forum it's a serious issue

                        Kindly look there management system is worst ATM are always remain closed as confirmed with villager's they said almost 2 months gone but ATM are still not opened.

                              I took a bill payment of 3665 on 15th September 2018 from TrueBalance.com. but transaction failed and amount refund process same time by TrueBalance in my visa debit card but the amount is not credited till now. I asked TrueBalance for my refund but they told that they have sent money to me on same day. and they provided me ARN reference number to take it to bank but the UBI bank manager didn't helped me in this matter. they told me that they can't track the payment through Arn codes. their system told have this Arn tracking. they don't even know about Arn number. they didn't helped me for this. I told them about Arn number but they didn't understand and told me that to tell TrueBalance to send the amount they didn't received any amount. please help me sir I am in trouble. no one is helping me to get my money back. hope u will help more for this iam attaching a document which is sent to me by TrueBalance support team. have a look on it. it is having all the required information. my account number [protected]

                                Thanks, issue has been resolved..
                                I drew amount 3000 from Andhra bank ATM through union bank debit card amount not came but amount deducted from my account and one slip came that was failed transaction id
                                My money mistakenly send to wrong acount number... I want refund money
                                My money send to wrong acount number... Please I want refund my money

                                  Refund of Rs, 480.00 from Amazon.in is processed from Amazon to my bank a/c on[protected] but still not seen in my bank A/c. I had called the customer Care and discussed about the refund. I was told to contact Amazon again. I was not even asked for the reference no. May i request you to please look into this at the earliest and refund the amount to my bank a/c?

                                    I have logged a complain regarding this on 19th september but till now i haven't got my money back.

                                      Sir on 3rd October I got a call from Amazon customer service (Fake caller) that Iam a lucky coustmer and got a gift of Sony 15 inch TV . But for that I have to buy any item worth 4000. So I bought a microwave worth 4590 through debit card.Then they asked me to pay the GST of 11999 and assured me to refund the amounts immediately. So I paid 10000 through netbanking and 1999 separately through debit card. Then they said I cannot pay both sepereatly I have to pay at a time otherwise the transaction could not be performed. But the limit of my bank was only 10000. So the asked my debit card number and said we will do the transaction on your behalf I trusted them and gave my card number. Then a OTP came to my number they called me back and asked for OTP I trusted them so told the the OTP they drew 12000. And said the 11999 and this 12000 could not be send make it total 50000 thousand so we can send it to you at a time. I said I don't have so much money and asked to complete the transaction with that money. They started to argue with me. They even cut my phone while I was speaking. Then I got a dought that no costmer service person will ever do that.I just rang up him again and said just complete the transaction or just abort it and send me back my money. He said no and I even threatened to complain to his higher authority but he didn't even cared and stared abusing me and cut my phone. I rang up to Amazon customer service and asked them about this guy they said it is not from Amazon . We have no such offers, it purly a fraud . I was shocked and gave a ring to that guy he suddenly cut my phone and when I rang up him again it is ringing but he is not lifting. I understood that it is a clear fraud case. Sir I request you to please trace this guy arrest him and his racket and please ensure never such things happen to anyone ever. This is his number [protected] [protected] .                                         On ixigo app the transaction of rs 121 was done by me for the journey from nasik road to CSMT on 10th of January 2021 but the booking was failed and the transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my account. 15 day have passed still I haven't got the refund. When contacted the app it tells that the refund has been credited to account an 12th January 2021 and in case I didn't receive the refund contact the bank.
