Hi team,
I had came across a very bad incident yesterday which i wanted to report on the same. My father is an account holder in the union bank with acc no. [protected], he and myself went to of the union bank branch which is located at munagapadu, prakasam dt, ap on[protected] between 11 to 12'o clock to apply gold loan. Gold that we got for loan purpose which is around 30 grams was stolen in the bank which is not a small thing for a common man. We rushed and immediately informed the same to the branch manager. Then he replied in an unexpected way as the cctv is not working from the last 15 days so he couldn't help me in anyway. So, with no other option, we ran and had given the complaint in the near police station.
But i was not expected this kind of service from such a big leading corporate bank. Is this the way a responsible bank provides the services to the general public? Is this the way a bank manager/staff be so irresponsible when cctv cameras are not working from so many days, is this way you provide security to the common man who trusted the bank so much.
I shall be grateful for early action and confirmation that it is being done at least now. Awaiting for the quick response which can help me to get my gold back and should not repeat for any other customers.
