On ixigo app the transaction of rs 121 was done by me for the journey from nasik road to CSMT on 10th of January 2021 but the booking was failed and the transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my account. 15 day have passed still I haven't got the refund. When contacted the app it tells that the refund has been credited to account an 12th January 2021 and in case I didn't receive the refund contact the bank.

    I got my money within 24 hrs which was reversed...

    But suddenly at 2am i got the message on my mobile that the amount got debited again from my account by transfer.

    But i have not done any transfer process then also money was debited. Why is this happening where my money went.

    Here are some screenshots of 2 messages.
    Please check this issue.

    I had made a transaction on 2/10/2018 of rd 10000 but the atm did not dispense the cash and error msg was shown transaction uncussessful. Later i checked with mini statement which showed rs 10000 has beed debited.trying to call union bank but no response till now

        So i had attempted payment again.
        But somehow payment of 2700 is deducted twice

            Hi team,

            I had came across a very bad incident yesterday which i wanted to report on the same. My father is an account holder in the union bank with acc no. [protected], he and myself went to of the union bank branch which is located at munagapadu, prakasam dt, ap on[protected] between 11 to 12'o clock to apply gold loan. Gold that we got for loan purpose which is around 30 grams was stolen in the bank which is not a small thing for a common man. We rushed and immediately informed the same to the branch manager. Then he replied in an unexpected way as the cctv is not working from the last 15 days so he couldn't help me in anyway. So, with no other option, we ran and had given the complaint in the near police station.

            But i was not expected this kind of service from such a big leading corporate bank. Is this the way a responsible bank provides the services to the general public? Is this the way a bank manager/staff be so irresponsible when cctv cameras are not working from so many days, is this way you provide security to the common man who trusted the bank so much.

            I shall be grateful for early action and confirmation that it is being done at least now. Awaiting for the quick response which can help me to get my gold back and should not repeat for any other customers.

                  Sir i tried to transfer money from my account to another account but the transaction failed and in fact of getting my money back.. I got the message of "your a/c no. Xxxxxxxx4968 is credited for rs. 3000.00 on 01-10-18 for reversal of transaction (Upi ref no[protected]"
                  What should i do.
                  Sir i have transfered this money yesterday or day before yesterday.
                  When i will get the money back. It is urgent to get the money back plz help me.

                    Most humbly ans respect fully. I beg to say that amount of rs 3000/- has been credit in my account no -

                    Behind it. And i didnt get any notificaton about the transactions. Then i check my balance n i see only 250 rs are left in

                    Holiday i wait till 3 september, then next day on 4th september, i visit my khagaul branch they give me the information

                    That my money has been diducted through atm machine. But the day when my money is diducted, my atm card was whole day in

                    . There they told me that my money was diducted from atm clonning (Atm data has been hacked from atm machine) they told me

                    To wait for some days. After that i again visit my khagaul branch and i give this information to the bank manager

                    Personally, bank manager said that"sorry i cant help u in this, i m totally"helpless"dont visit the branch. I will inform

                    U as my self". Today is 1st october and mt claim nuber still pending. I am totally harasment bank and bank manager and

                    Bank manager said "jis din hum action lenge na accha acha action nhi lega"

                      I am pensioner customer of your bank and maintain some fds jointly with my husband at your jharsa road branch in gurugram. Today both i and my husband visited the branch to avail loan against our fd to meet an urgent financial obligation. The branch manager (A woman officer) declined to allow us the permissible loan on the security and discharge of the fd annexed to our bank format application form in this regard. The manager insisted that the loan documents need to be executed on stamp papers worth rs 100/- and then only loan against deposit could be availed by us. Insisting on documentation subsisted by legal stamp papers contravenes the standard norms to avail loan against bank deposit in the same branch. This caused us immense inconvenience and harassment by not being able to avail a normal banking service against the pledge and lein on our deposit in the same branch. It may be pertinent to mention that i get my monthly pension also through your bank and have all my lifetime savings in the same branch. Despite our pleadings with reason and logic our request to grant us urgent loan on the security of our own deposit was disallowed in the absence of executing documents on judicial stamp papers, we were forced to close our fd prematurely to meet our urgent money requirement and thereby suffer financial loss.in the light of facts stated above, the inconsiderate attitude of the manager may kindly be investigated and extant bank rules in this regard may be intimated to me for future guidance. I hope that prudent action is initiated to avoid dissatisfaction and failure of normal service to a pensioner bank customer and officials refrain from becoming ' law unto themselves'.

                              I requested a refund from jabong android app. My source payment was through union bank debit card. It has been 2 weeks but i did not receive my refund yet. Jabong team has provided arn no 74332748249824835799489. Jabong team said that they have already processed the refund. Please look into this matter on urgent basis.                                 While making UPI:PAYTM transaction read in the record of proof of pay as
                                POS:PAYTM/NOIDA/[protected] dated:- 23/08/2018, unknowingly my
                                finger touched wallet image of sscreen of my cell phone and suddenly a
                                message has come as POS:PAYTM/NOIDA/[protected] of payament
                                transaction. The above mistake is not cleared till date.

                                Sir, kindly the clear the above transaction on OP-immediately and credit the
                                amount of Rs.500-00 to the source of my account. Matter is urgent &

                                    Kindly note that your branches are operating with fraudulent customers who are making fool of retired persons and they are taking money from individuals on account of pf refund etc. I got cheated a few days back. I transacted rs.10120 from my icici bank a/c no[protected] by utr no[protected] dated 07.09.2018 to account no [protected] ifsc ubin0566021, ubi tendua sidhi branch. Account is held in the name of infra; india national fund refund authority. I was contacted by one vivek saxena sr. Accountantof central govt's pf department and promised a refund of rs 4, 65, 500 by making this payment of 10120 as processing fee. I did it and got trapped. They again asked me to deposit more amount that i declined and accordingly i escaped further cheating but people have been cheated for more amounts ranging from 35000 to 45000 by such unscrupulous persond operating bank accounts in union bank. Kindly go through the complaint and stop such accounts being operated by cheats.
                                    Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I have booked Redmi 6 pro through Amazon website on 11 september 2018. And i have paid 10998 rupees. But after few minutes my order has been cancelled but there is no any refund credited in my account. And amazon told me that we have created your refund. And amazon has been send me a message with reference number.
                                    Amazon.in refund me 400 rupees on 10/09/2018 but i have not received any money in my bank a/c till date.But they tell me they refunded this money in my bank a/c.They give me a refund reference number.The number is 74332748254825369823993 & authorization#3997.Please see this issue as early as possible and refund my money.

                                      I am a customer o[censored]nion bank of india and thane west is my home branch. I have sb a/c and td a/cs. With them.

                                      The sb a/c is operated on either or survivor basis by my daughter, wife and myself. And the td’s are in individual names.

                                      On 4th sep 2018 i approached arvind of your bank in the advances section as i was in need of some aad. After perusing all the required papers, duly signed by my wife, he (Arvind) said that my wife has to come and sign all the required papers in front of him saying that it was the law/rule. As it was not heard of (Please note that we are very senior citizens and our multifaceted experiences include dealing with such personnel also) i enquired of him if he was not framing his own rule (Which he is not empowered to) the asst. Manager sitting beside him said that rule requires all the papers to be signed in the presence of the officer.

                                      My questions here are:

                                      1) whether arvind is an officer of the bank;
                                      2) whether your rules require the td a/c holder to personally appear before the dealing assistant/officer to sign all the necessary papers for aad in his/her presence; and last but not least
                                      3) your bank empowers such personnel to form their own rules and harass the customers
                                      (You may please bear in mind that the aad was required to be credited to the sb a/c. And not to be paid in cash or in any other manner.)

                                      Since union bank of india was not helpful i approached federal bank ltd. With whom also i have similar a/cs, who obliged me very gladly!

                                      Your early reply will highly be appreciated. Needless to mention that my further course of actions depend on your answers.
