Sri R Prakash, a Defence (Navy) Pensioner expired on 28.2.18. When family reported this to UNION BANK in NAVY NAGAR, Colaba, they were asked to produce the following documents :-
1. Aadhar Card
2. Original pension documents
3. Discharge book
4. Attestation on two documents handed over to them by the Branch.

Now all the above documents are ready. Unable to contact the Branch.

Kindly confirm if they can report in 2nd week of July, if any holidays are there please conform per return.

Sir, from my account a amount of 620 rupees were deducted on 7th June 2018.i had also complained abt dis to customer care. Now he is saying dat d amount is send to d person whom I was sending, but it is nt true. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.. EVEN I GOT A DEDUCTION OF 50 RUPEES AFTER ALSO.. BUT NO MONEY GET REFUNDED

      Respected Sir,

      This complaint is regarding:

      1. Wrongful deduction of TDS from my FDR (almost 100% of interest is deducted as TDS) and upon asking about the same, bank is saying that my PAN card is not updated which is linked since ages and let's say that the card was not linked, it's the duty of the bank to send the notification for the same.

      2. Illicit and abusive behavior of Bank manager, we have been asking her about the details since a week but she refuses to help us and on one occasion, she threw away the application and abused us to leave the bank, like we are their servants and they give us free money. These kind of behavior is really bad and strict action must be taken.

        I sunil kumar haveas account in your union bank of india gbp colony branch derabassi.Actuaclly the loveen is that iwas going to purchase refirigrator from setlej enterprices sec-35 chandigarh, i gave my debit card for swipe against referigrator payment on 19-05-18.but due to soul reason i drop the payment plan, then i told to the showroom owner for refund purchase plan, then the owner said my payment will credited in the payment, then the owner said my payment will credited in my account in the duration of 24 hours.but my payment did'nt credited again i visited to the showroom, they said we already void the payment form ther record, then i used to union bank coustomer care, your union bank representor told that my will payment will credited within 15 days, atleast i called coustomer care till no times after 15 days, but i did'nt received any payment .after a long time your union bank representor gave me refrence no[protected] as well as they gave me complaint no[protected] every time your representor gave me excuse that my request is in progress, i dont know how much long time the process, i waited for my payment rs 16, 800 from cast 1.5 month .right now, iam totally harass regarding my payment .i attached my payment void receipt as well as bank statement which is debited rs 16, 800 amount by satlej enterprices sector -35 chd.kindly refund my payment as soon as possible.

After paying the fees of Rs. 2025/- from online Axis bank internet banking the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of Rs.2025/- is deducted from my Axis account and credited to INB Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangat . But when I clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "Transaction initiated". Can you kindly look into the problem and let me know what to do next?

          Amount of 199 was deducted from my account for recharge on my Vodafone number but transaction failed and the amount as not being refunded to my bank account paytm show's that the transaction failed but still the amount has not been refunded to my bank account

After paying the fees of Rs. 2400/- from online SBI, the connection of your https secured server got cut.                 When i went to the bank to open a new account. I asked for a form from the employee of the bank so he refused to give me the farm and he. If you want to open a new account, then fill out online form and you will not get the form from the bank. Therefore, i request the chief executive officer of the bank to resolve my problem and pay attention to the bank staff this way people disturb us. Branch name sonouri. Dist rewa. (Madhay pradesh)

                    I've been calling the UBI Saifabad branch at their office number for two days but no one is picking up the call. Today Also I called 2-3 times luckily someone picked and I told what my grievance and then he said he'll transfer the call to someone else and hung up the call. I tried calling again but no one is picking up the call. What kind of the service are they providing to their customer? This is really a shame on their part of duty they are doing.

                      Visited to day[protected], to change my rupay card with visa card counter man asked for fill a form, after filing form for fresh debit cards, they ask me submit your copy of pan and adhar, then i ask him i have already submitted and update both in my account, not needed again, but they force me for same, then in mid noon 42 degree temp. I search for photo copy shop which is far away from branch, after that came to same counter after 20 min man attend by form, i complain him please do it first i am not feeling good, due to very bad smell in your branch (I am asthmatic), but still he take his time i was only one man at that time. Entrance tiles are broken
                      Branch inside are very bad smell of bathroom, dusty, fan and counter are filled with lots of dust, entrance matters are torn i complain for same, but no officer are listen, front entrance gate floor wall are broken, any one fall due to uneven surface, lots of pensioner were visiting in branch but not a single officer are listing my complain are all ignoring.

                        A flight booking transaction failed on paytm app on 23rd march, 2018 but amount of rs. 2643 was deducted from my account.
                        The payment was made through bhim upi application. It's been over four months now i have tried everything possible but no resolution has been made.
                        I have even lodged a written complaint at the branch and multiple times over phone to the customer care executive.
                        The customer care call centre do not pick up the call and are mostly busy.

                          I ordered a book (Quantitative Aptitude Quantum Cat 2018 by Sarvesh K. Verma) from amazon on May 14, 2018. I paid INR 410.00 for that book. But I didn't get that book in time. Then I complained amazon through A-to-z Guarantee claim. On June 11, 2018 They accepted my claim and said that refund of INR 410.00 had initiated. Now amazon said that please contact your bank for this refund through 74332748163816217567221 reference number and charged dispute file that "refund never processed".
                          Please help me to credit my refund INR 410.00 in my account. Please file charge dispute. Kindly help. I am enclosing here a image of that mail which I received from amazon.

After that i contacted customer care people they have provided regional manager number, he is not rensposive at all. Is this the way bank's treating customers? What is the reason? Even they didn't contacted me after they kept lien.

                              Today i visit in ubi rajeev gandhi nagar kota rajasthan branch. I would to like change my address nd dob in aadhar. Your branch officer missbehave with me. Nd dnt verify my docs. The docs which were nt requred were being asked fr me. Aadhar card maker had no problm. When he went to the bramch manager, he also did misbehave nd said that he knew more than me. The officer sitting on the floor and the branch manager is taking the wrong advantage of his chair. I m highly dissatisfied ur bank. Nd i never suggest all my relatives. Visit to ur bank. Nd i m relate to ur bank due to business as a car laon. Becz i m working with automobile comapny.

                                My name is Devesh Kumar singh. I ordered a product of skull crushers over the ear Bluetooth headphones from amazon on 15th june 2018 . I cancelled the prodeuct due to some reason. On 18th june amazon sent an email stating they had refunded the the balance of Rs 9505 with the reference no. 74332748170816907881511. I called the customer care o[censored]nion bank of india they told me no such money has been credited to my account . And he ask me all details about atm like card no., cvv, otp etc. Then for verification necessary i give details about it. And then i see msg in my phone.                                       NAME ASHISH KUMAR My saving account number is [protected] with union bank of india modinagar branch I have generate the password for internet banking in december 2017 but password has not received upto the month of june 2018 and also the amount is deducted in my account of rs.180 on that date 17 febrary 2018 so i have requested to refund my amount of rs 180 otherwise send me the password at home
