Hello,

I am customer o[censored]nion bank in bhusawal branch.

I opened one fd in account online few months back.

I was trying to close this account online, but i was not able to do so, i am getting a message which says no deposit account present.
I am able to see the amount in my fd when i enquire about fd details.

I am in urgent need of funds and still i see that issue is not resolved after so many followups.

I have attached screenshots for your reference.

        I am shakila bano, in the month of january i required some urgent transaction from indian bank atm (Jamia millia delhi) on 09/jan/2018 at 9:00 to 9:30pm of rs. 10, 000/- but atm show the message "server problem" and amount did not come out from atm machine but amount (Rs. 10, 000/-) was deducted from my bank a/c, i complaint 3 times in my branch bank raebareli, bank employee not interested to solve my problem, they told me that you got your money.
        Please help me regarding this transaction.

          It is very disgraceful that in this modi's digital india a bank manager in p n road branch lucknow is never ready to give desired fd to the customers.

            I am amar rai, i have done a transaction from icici bank atm on 17/04/2018 in rupees 1000/- but money
            Did not come out from atm machine but the amount was deducted from my bank a/c, today almost 14 day's
            Complete but that amount has been not refunded.

              I (Mukesh singh) i have been deposited (Rs 43000/-) on atm deposite machine o[censored]nion bank of india[protected] in the morning 08:37:41 till today my account ([protected] quicksun technologies pvt. Ltd) does not come in money. I come here everyday and ask for the information of my complaint but no one is answering here, just say i have under process and here there is no sophistication to talk to the manager always talking to very rudely to the customer. There is no work from her. Just fighting with the customer, where do i have to complain, i do not care[protected] and today the completion of a month is not getting a hearing. Please sir i have request to you resolve my problem as soon as possible

                Rs 590 debited to my sb account no [protected] on 2.5.18 due to outward charge of dishonor of cheque no 000001 sent for clearing. I received a message for fund arrangement for clearing above cheque from hdfc bank. And account of hdfc bank was also credited for clearing the amount on.2.5.18. But cheque returned due to reason not known to me and my sb account was debite for outward charge of dishonour of cheque no 000001 by rs 590/on 2.5.18. Hence same may be waived

                        My saving account in union bank of india no.- [protected].
                        I made a imps trn. Of rs 4800 dated 31/03/2018 with imps[protected] but my transaction declined and also amount debited from account.in this regard i lodge a complain on customer care on dated 04/04/2018 with complain no.[protected]. But as on date 02/05/2018 my complain not resolved.

                        And again i made a imps trn. Of rs 20000 dated 04/04/2018 with imps[protected] but my transaction declined and also amount debited from account.in this regard i lodge a complain on customer care on dated 12/04/2018 with complain no.[protected]. But as on date 02/05/2018 my complain not resolved.
                        I also called 2 times in customer care after complain lodging. But no result till date.
                        Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        Money have been deducted from my account while adding money to my Paytm wallet I didn't received to my Paytm wallet but money was deducted.

                        Paytm has transferred the amount of 426 to ubi but ubi has still not transferred the amount yet to my bank account
                        I had deposit the cheque on14 March 2018 but it is not clear.

                          By mistake found transfer to other union bank account, when i contact customer care they not give me any sufficient answer and not provide any kind of support number email id or other contact details, bank member are very lazy and slow they not give any sufficient answer to me, they just avoided me all time,
                          They told we don’t have any system to check and take action, i loss my money 🤧

                            We have nre accounts with union bank branch at versova branch, ashraf mahal, andheri 58,
                            We have sent various email request to send us our tds certificates so we can file our taxes, but we are not getting any reply.
                            This is urgent as our taxes are due and we cannot proceed.
                            Appreciate urgent resolution

                                Yesterday i was booking online tickets from paytm travel services i initiated the payment n when i enter my upi pin initially it was showing transaction. Failed but when i check my balance i saw that 710 rs deducted from my account n then after some time i got msg on my registered no. [protected] then i saw on my ubi's upi app txn history it was showing txn failed but amount debited
                                So i request u credit that amount in my account saving accnt.

                                  I have already registered a complaint on 19th april regarding the debited money from my account during cash withdrawal from the atm. The money didn't come out but it got deducted from my account.
                                  [protected] is the complaint number. According to your customer care executive the money was suppose to refunded back within 7 days it's been more than 10 days and i am still struggling with this issue.

                                    I had to move from pune to mumbai for which i hired red bus and made payment through tez app, the amount got deducted from my bank balance but the ticket for the bus not get generated. I want refund of my amount immediately. How you guys can be so irresponsible?? Please sort out my issue as early as possible. I' am really disappointed.. I have complained the authorities numerous times, but still i didn't get my amount refunded.. I am so saddened.. Plzzzzzzzz guys, solved my issue😭😭😭😭i am very poor person.. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

                                      A refund of Rs.1498 was initiated by Amazon to my account (Account name- Deepak sahu, Ac/no. [protected]) on March 8, 2018. The reference number for the refund is 74188136.
                                      The company provided me with a confirmation mail of the processed refund but I never got it from the bank's side. I had contacted your customer service team via call many times yet I didn't get any substantial solution. I have never faced such a problem before. Please help me this and kindly get it resolved at the earliest.

                                        I am a government employee having salary account at union bank Dadar branch. It was pathetic experience when i went to apply for a Home Loan. Mr Nitin Kumar staff at dadar branch introduced himself as a loan officer and gave His visiting card. This staff reluctantly refused to accept loan application for loan sanction on financials. He was completely rude and arrogant in his interactions. On my second visit I visited with all the documents asked by him but again Nitin had new list of documents to ask me. This went on for all the five to six visits of mine. He had no courtesy at all to harass a lady visiting leaving office work.
                                        He kept asking me curiously about how could I get a property at reasonable budget and it showed to me as if he is interested to get into that property deal. On my every interaction his overall behaviour showed as if he is not interested in accepting my loan application. Finally on 25th he was surprised to see that I have come ready with all the documents he is been asking for. Now he comes up with a new list stating I should provide a pension letter from my employer. My question is why this letter requirement was not told to me at first place. Still I did not say anything to him. I requested him to give me a bank request letter to give to my employer for pension letter. For that again he asks me to come next day. How cruel can one staff be with a customer. I feel ashamed of even narrating this incident with me. He didn't realise even once he is harassing me nor did he apologise with me ever. I again called him on next day to confirm if the letter was ready at 11 am. He askses me to come in one hour on that day to collect the letter. I reach branch at 4 pm I.e after 5 hours and still this staff had not made the request letter ready
                                        He makes me wait for another 15 minutes and prepares the letter which has only two lines in it. Still I don't shout at him. He should have prepared the letter and kept ready but he didn't even have manners to apologise. At last now I request ed him to help me fill the loan application form for which he tell me this
                                        " YOU HAVE TO FILL THE FORM AND YOU ARE A TEACHER BY PROFESSION THEN WHY CAN'T YOU FILL THE FORM YOURSELF.". I said my spectacle number has increased and can't understand filling the form so I am asking he says he is busy and can't help me fill the form. This was the last level of my patience of interacting with such an irresponsible staff .
                                        I went to complaint about him to branch manager of dadar west branch. Who then called Nitin to give explanation. He again said the same thing in front on branch manager. I literally cried and showed my eye test reports to the branch manager. But Nitin had no courtesy to apologise even once.
                                        My request to the bank is seriously if as a bank you value consumers employees like Nitin should strictly punished
                                        He needs to be aware that would he also like his mother to be treated the way he has treated me.
                                        I am requesting you to take action against staff of dadar west branch Mr Nitin Kumar (Assistant Manager). I need to know what action has bank taken against such misbehaviour and harassment done by employee.
                                        Also I was given incorrect information about guarantor. Can I know why so much less knowledge without even a basic empathy by staff
                                        If I do not receive any response in writing and on call from your bank I will be forced to write to banking Ombudsman
