Iam pushpa. I went andra bank atm to withdraw amount from union bank debit card. While doing transaction my amount was deducted from account but i can not receive any type of amount from atm. I got a receipt from atm it shows transaction declined response code unable to process. But amount from my account was deducted. Pls verify the details and refund amount to my account.

      I want to internet banking so it required upadated email id which is i have given already to the bank at the time of opening bank account but bank responsibility to upadate my email id now i couldn't to go bank i am outside so i want upadate without to go branch so give me solution to upadte my emaild so i easily open internet banking as soon as possible.

        1 यह कि दिनांक 28/01/2018 रविवार को प्रार्थी द्वारा UBI की बैकुन्ठपुर तेंदुन शाखा के ATM से पॉच-पॉच हजार(कुल दष हजार) निकासी किया गया था। इस दौरान मेरे द्धारा एक मुस्त 10000 की राषि निकालने का दो प्रयास किया गया जिसमें ERROR के साथ Transaction Fail हो गया। ATM गार्ड द्धारा बताया गया कि एक बार में केवल पॉच हजार तक की निकासी की जा सकती है।
        2 यह कि प्रार्थी के मोबाइल में पॉच-पॉच हजार(कुल दष हजार)की निकासी का SMS सेंड किया गया।
        3 यह कि प्रार्थी खाते से बाद में Fail Transaction के रु10000 दष हजार भी काट लिए गये जिसका कोई SMS नहीं भेजा गया है।

        4यह कि online सिकायत (^^[protected]दिनांक27फरवरी2018 एवं‘‘[protected]’’15मार्च2018) करने पर Transaction Id मांगा गया अथवा बैंक शाखा में आवेदन देने हेतु कहा गया।

        5 यह कि Transaction Id 6978 देने पर Transactio सफल बताया गया तथा UBI Tendun की Link branch से सम्पर्क करने हेतु कहा गया है।

        6 यह कि प्रार्थी के खाते से कटे रु.दष हजार की जॉच हेतु UBI ATM तेंदुन की CCTV का सहायोग लिया जाय।
        अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि उक्त राषि वापस दिलाने का कष्ट करें।

          With so many followups to digipurse wallet service, no response received for the past 2 months. I have sent 5 to 6 reminders & no use at all. My money of rs.7000 has been blocked from jan-2018.

          Kindly refund my money to my source account.

          In case of no response within 3 working days, i will file a complaint in consumer court as well as rbi & forwarding this copy to rbi also.

            Sir,

            I have been in contact with union bank of india through [protected]@unionbankofindia.com and have been continuously reminding them regarding the issue of payment at government portal. We get an error every time it is done. Same has been provided to union bank of india by taking screen shots of the same. They do not reply to mails nor do they resolve the issue.

              I put fixed deposit n did my kyc i'm a second holder it's an either or survivor acct. I wanted to remove money. I was told account blocked as first holders kyc not done. Whenever i did fds i was never told account was blocked. The mahim west branch mangers along with the officers quoted to take money there is no rule but to give money it's a risk. I asked them when i did fds they did not info me that first account holder kyc not done account...

              I have gone atm machine for cash withdraw dated on 28th march 2018 in union bank of india in ghaziabad location pratap vihar but cash not received by atm machine and debit amount of rs 1000 in my account and i have create complain no regarding issue but not any response given by customer care and i every day calling to customer care for taking feedback but customer care person want three day many time and not any given response by customer care so please take that issue and resolve it.

                I have an account in union bank of india. I have sent some money from taiwan twenty days ago. But i did not receive the money till now.

                I re-checked with cathay united bank in taiwan from where i sent the money and they told me that they have already transferred the money to india and union bank of india received the money., but when i checked my union bank account, i found that i did not receive the money in my account.

                The problem here is the union bank don't even respond properly or tell what the problem is. Such irresponsible staff playing with customers emotions.

                  I have booked tickets on irctc and made a payment through bhim app and money is deducted but ticket are not booked. Therefore I required the refund .The money deducted on 26 march 2018 and now it's been 3 days there is no refund of money. Please help me in getting that. There is no message from irctc for booking ticket. I request union bank official to refund my deducted amount.

                      Hi,

                      I have taken education loan 4 lakhs rupees only from union bank of india branch d. P. Complex, sidhi m. P. 486661 in june 2011 and i am paying the loan amount on time but not getting proper subsidy. I have discussed many times to branch manager and other bank associates but they told, we do not know, when your subsidy amount will credit. They blamed to state government.

                      Now, for state govt. Concerned i have raised request to cm helpline (M. P. State govt.) and they cross checked with same bank branch union bank of india branch d. P. Complex, sidhi. The details given by branch manager to c. M. Helpline was not correct. Bank had mentioned total subsidy amount 1, 00, 443 rs
                      But
                      As per the bank statement the total subsidy amount is : 20, 455 rs only.

                      Please help me on this.

                          Hi team,
                          On jan/ 07/2018 i have added 500/- to my digipurse app account and on jan/09/2018 have transferred to my account successfully. Again on jan/12/2018 have added 5000/- to my digipurse account and successfully added to my virtual card. But after that when i trying to transfer the many to other bank account it's giving below pop up.

                          Transaction not supported.
                          Error code:10
                          Ref id:[protected]

                          Regarding this i contacted customer care and they said according to rbi order they are disabled the money transfering to bank account from 01/01/2018.
                          But here my question is if they are disabled transferring money to bank from digipurse app how i did transfer money to my bank account from digipurse wallet on 09/01/2018.

                          I tried to verifying the virtual visa card which one digipurse allocated to me in http://www.unionbankofindiaonline.co.in for that also not working giving entered card is invalid.
                          Even i tried to recharge the mobile from digipurse app that also not working.
                          Let me if this features are not working then why this app developed and why you guys enabled to user to load the money to digipurse wallet.

                          Please this is my humble request please refund my money back to my account. Because 5000/- is not less money it's huge money.

                          I have called so many time to customer care but they are not giving proper information. And they are disconnecting the call in middle. And also dropped the so many emails even they are not giving any replay. Since 3 months still i didn't get any proper information from bank. I have dropped the mails to below email id's.

And i was ask him for doing earlier the person was behaving arrogant and taking abbused languge. These taking too much time i was hudge loss my tender was refused because of delay.                               My self himanshu, i ordered a product (Jbl speaker worth rs. 1, 699/-) from amazon on 24 jan. 2018. But my product was totally defected so i returned the same on 05th feb. 2018 amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 05th feb. 2018, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 1, 699/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "[protected]" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "[protected]]") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 81, 699/-.

                                    When i download the upi app o[censored]nion bank of india and also bhim app after register the mobile number which register in bank.
                                    Then i want to setup the upi pin for transection after filling all detail like 6 last digit atm card number and expiry of atm card then i click on next and then i enter the otp which came from bank after that i enter upi pin and click on confirm after that i shows that card detail error.

Contact sindhi colony branch he said wait approx 1 hours than i contact zonal office but not any type of my complaint response he say (Sir aapko wait karna padega itna time to lagta he) than i contact your all india custmer care executive he said (That type complaint not for our department) than after i receive money in my account update 04.15 pm.

                                      Its my today story.

                                      Dear sir/madam, how much time to update cash deposited update in accounts, all of national and private bank deposited time approx 5 min. But in union bank zonal officer and branch officer say 1 hourse.

                                      Sir are you take any action.
