Dear sir/madam,
I have opened an account on your app, digipurse and have loaded rs 10000, in two installments, first of 5000 and secondly of 5000, with a date is as for feb 3, 2018.
Now when i tried to use this card, all transactions are getting failed, and in-app it shows”restricted card”.
When i called on the helpline, they clearly denied to offer any help, and then i tried to contact app support team via mail, and since 05 feb, i may have sent mail multiple times, but not a single reply came.
Now what i think is, there are two thing, one is time involved to rectify mistake is mandatory and cannot be avoided, but the other thing is when we sense fraud, and the other side is not even replying once.
Here is happening the second thing, so either give concern to my query, or i would be forced to take this issue to banking ombudsman or consumer forum.
And i am is not the only one who is facing this issue, in-app reviews, on google play store, you can find hundreds of such cases.
