I have booked tickets on irctc and made a payment through bhim app and money is deducted but ticket are not booked. Therefore I required the refund .The money deducted on 26 march 2018 and now it's been 3 days there is no refund of money. Please help me in getting that. There is no message from irctc for booking ticket. I request union bank official to refund my deducted amount.

      Hi,

      I have taken education loan 4 lakhs rupees only from union bank of india branch d. P. Complex, sidhi m. P. 486661 in june 2011 and i am paying the loan amount on time but not getting proper subsidy. I have discussed many times to branch manager and other bank associates but they told, we do not know, when your subsidy amount will credit. They blamed to state government.

      Now, for state govt. Concerned i have raised request to cm helpline (M. P. State govt.) and they cross checked with same bank branch union bank of india branch d. P. Complex, sidhi. The details given by branch manager to c. M. Helpline was not correct. Bank had mentioned total subsidy amount 1, 00, 443 rs
      But
      As per the bank statement the total subsidy amount is : 20, 455 rs only.

      Please help me on this.

          Hi team,
          On jan/ 07/2018 i have added 500/- to my digipurse app account and on jan/09/2018 have transferred to my account successfully. Again on jan/12/2018 have added 5000/- to my digipurse account and successfully added to my virtual card. But after that when i trying to transfer the many to other bank account it's giving below pop up.

          Transaction not supported.
          Error code:10
          Ref id:[protected]

          Regarding this i contacted customer care and they said according to rbi order they are disabled the money transfering to bank account from 01/01/2018.
          But here my question is if they are disabled transferring money to bank from digipurse app how i did transfer money to my bank account from digipurse wallet on 09/01/2018.

          I tried to verifying the virtual visa card which one digipurse allocated to me in http://www.unionbankofindiaonline.co.in for that also not working giving entered card is invalid.
          Even i tried to recharge the mobile from digipurse app that also not working.
          Let me if this features are not working then why this app developed and why you guys enabled to user to load the money to digipurse wallet.

          Please this is my humble request please refund my money back to my account. Because 5000/- is not less money it's huge money.

          I have called so many time to customer care but they are not giving proper information. And they are disconnecting the call in middle. And also dropped the so many emails even they are not giving any replay. Since 3 months still i didn't get any proper information from bank. I have dropped the mails to below email id's.

            I am vijay duchale i was come for fdr date16/3/18 for tender purpose. And i want to earlier fdr but the person was taking too much time 2.5hr. And i was ask him for doing earlier the person was behaving arrogant and taking abbused languge. These taking too much time i was hudge loss my tender was refused because of delay. Your higher authority must be take some action

              My self himanshu, i ordered a product (Jbl speaker worth rs. 1, 699/-) from amazon on 24 jan. 2018. But my product was totally defected so i returned the same on 05th feb. 2018 amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 05th feb. 2018, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 1, 699/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "[protected]" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "[protected]]") so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 81, 699/-.

                    When i download the upi app o[censored]nion bank of india and also bhim app after register the mobile number which register in bank.
                    Then i want to setup the upi pin for transection after filling all detail like 6 last digit atm card number and expiry of atm card then i click on next and then i enter the otp which came from bank after that i enter upi pin and click on confirm after that i shows that card detail error.

                      As per above subject and reference i am deposited rs. 82500/- today 03.05 pm in union bank of india sindhi colony, indore branch but after 30 min. Contact sindhi colony branch he said wait approx 1 hours than i contact zonal office but not any type of my complaint response he say (Sir aapko wait karna padega itna time to lagta he) than i contact your all india custmer care executive he said (That type complaint not for our department) than after i receive money in my account update 04.15 pm.

                      Its my today story.

                      Dear sir/madam, how much time to update cash deposited update in accounts, all of national and private bank deposited time approx 5 min. But in union bank zonal officer and branch officer say 1 hourse.

                      Sir are you take any action.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I have opened an account on your app, digipurse and have loaded rs 10000, in two installments, first of 5000 and secondly of 5000, with a date is as for feb 3, 2018.
                          Now when i tried to use this card, all transactions are getting failed, and in-app it shows”restricted card”.
                          When i called on the helpline, they clearly denied to offer any help, and then i tried to contact app support team via mail, and since 05 feb, i may have sent mail multiple times, but not a single reply came.
                          Now what i think is, there are two thing, one is time involved to rectify mistake is mandatory and cannot be avoided, but the other thing is when we sense fraud, and the other side is not even replying once.
                          Here is happening the second thing, so either give concern to my query, or i would be forced to take this issue to banking ombudsman or consumer forum.
                          And i am is not the only one who is facing this issue, in-app reviews, on google play store, you can find hundreds of such cases.

                          Above said imps is made on 12/03/2018 to transfer Rs.10000/- to account no [protected] but till date i am not received the amount
                          13/9/17 i had done transaction of 1300 rs from my account to my friend account, that time i got error message like(technical issue), receiver didn't get the money.but they debited money from my account. please check the issue.i send that mail to, [protected]@unionbankofindia.com 6 month before still now i didn't get any replay from opposite side.

                                    cdm, passbook printing machine

                                    There is problems regarding to cdm machine closed from last 4 days and passbook printing machine also not working from last 2 days. When i am trying to printing my passbook then passbook should overwrite not printing is completed. Then there is need to go to the bank and print the passbook but there is lot of time is west in that process.
                                    So i would request that please solve this issue early for all union bank users....

                                      Net banking services of your bank are pathetic!! Never had so much trouble. Even after being the children o[censored]nion bank staff, i am facing so much difficulty.

                                      I was trying to reset the transaction password as i was clueless of what it means. Other banks only have login password but you guys have something called as transaction password in addition to login password. The portal to reset is pathetic! Anyway i managed to reach the last of it in which it asked me details of any one of the last 5 transactions made into the account. I categorically remember all 6-8 transactions but still after filling all the mandatory columns it kept on telling me transaction details incorrect. So i called your call center to confirm the transaction details. Even he confirmed what you are putting is correct. But still it did not go through. Now it is 1.20am at night and i am still struggling to reset it as i have an urgent transaction to make! But alas!!! Can't do so due to your remarkable service. Please buck up union bank! I feel ashamed to say that i hold an account in your bank. And all the more ashamed to say one if my parent is a staff at union bank since last 30 years. Shame union bank shame!! Hopelessly pathetic you guys are. Look at other private banks and their internet banking. Right now in the middle of the night, i am feeling utterly helpless and disgusted.
