I loaded 5000 in this wallet on Feb 8th, money got added on 9th not able to do imps transaction, customer support told me to send an email with all the details, it will be reversed in 14 days. I sent an email on 10th Feb still waiting for the reversal. Customer care keeping saying the same thing that money will be reversed soon.This is the worst app that I have ever used. Don't load the money it will stuck here

    मे शिवम साहू मे मेरा खाता न. [protected] है ओर ऋण खाता न. 614/69 है जो की यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इडिय़ा की शाखा- नोगाँव जिला छतरपुर (म.प्र.) पिन कोड (471201) मे हैं.

    मेने वर्ष[protected] मे उधोग विभाग के द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वरोजगार के तहत 300000 रू. का ऋण आवेदन किया था जो की उधोग विभाग ओर बैंक द्वारा पास कर दिया ज़िसमे मिलने वाली छूट 45000 रू. अप्रेल माह 2017 में खाता मे भेज दि गई थी

    लेकिन श्रीमान जी शेष ऋण राशी अभी तक बैंक द्वारा खाते मे नहीं डाली गई.
    जिसके मुझे ब्याज ओर अन्य शुल्क बराबर कट रहे है..

    I have made a transaction of 15000 on 10th of October 2017. And as the status shows it is failed and the amount is deducted from account and I haven't refunded the amount.

              I, mithilesh kumar tripathi, vakrangee kendra holder (Kendra id[protected] o[censored]nion bank of india with attached near ubi branch (Code-546321).
              Sir, i am writing this letter due to misbehaviour of employees (Specially by clerk of branch ranjan prasad) of attached ubi branch.
              Since, our services are not limited to vakrangee kendra only, while for some customers’ services only can be provided by branch itself or some of the case “attached branch” needs to cooperate with us for better and fast customer services.
              But, employees of branch not cooperating with us, they behave with our kendra’s customers very rudely and unethically, due to this, customers’ faith is decreasing continuously for our kendra.
              In such a scenario, how can be give better services to the customers.
              Sir, i request you please take some reasonable steps against this situation.

                I along with my 5 family member visited union bank phase 5 s. A. S nagar mohali punjab branch for change of our address in aadhar card.. The lady on behalf of aadhar sitting there asked to deposit 30 each on bank counter after filling the deposit receipt.. After depositing when she upgraded the details she charged rupees 20 each for 5 members.. That is rs 100 for 5 member... For this amount she gave no receipt and she is charging this rupees 20 extra from everyone.. This way the bank is charging rupees 30 by receipt and 20 without any receipt from everyone for aadhar upgradation... Rupees 50 is charged for every upgradation of aadhar card detail... Very big fraud... Need immediate check... My self advocate.. If this is not looked into i will file a public intrest litigation to make some check on these fraud bank officials... Mera bharat mahaan... Harek daal par big owl... How much a citizen can make them fly... God only can save the country... Jai hind

The amount is added successfully and virtual card is also generated but i am not able to use this virtual card anywhere for online transaction neither i can transfer the money back to my account. Every time it says card restricted or invalied card. I have mail many times to customer care but no reply. Pl solve my problem and return my money.

                      I have customer o[censored]nion bank of india through digi purse. Lately, i have added rs. 5000/- into digi purse wallet with an intent to use it for online transactions.
                      However, i was not able to use the money from the digi purse wallet and my money is stuck with union bank of india.

                      To take this a step further, i have been regularly emailing [protected]@unionbankofindia.com for a response and resolution to my problem. It seems they respond without any knowledge of the problem.

                      When the app isn't allowing to use the wallet for online payments, how can digi purse support advise to use it for online transactions. Moreover, i did observe this problem happening for many innocent customers. It seems genuine banking is forgotten and union bank of india is gaining profits using taxpayers money.

                      Kindly, take an action on the fraud being done by the banking giant and help innocent citizens like me.

                        I added money into digi purse wallet which is maintaining by Union bank of India. I request them to refund that money to my account which I have used at the time of adding money. They said it will take up to 14 days, and its already 17 days but still I didn't received my money. I called them many times but they keep on telling as soon as possible. I need money urgent. Please do needful as soon as possible.

                              Hi,

                              I am gopal using your digipurse wallet and loaded the amount on 18th of january, but i was unable to transfer it to my bank account or to any other wallets.
                              So i had called to call center and they advised me to register with verified by visa, so while doing this getting an error as invalid card number. Even i tried to make any payments and recharges even that is also not working.

                              From last three days i am calling to call center but they are not giving proper resolution and when i asked them to transfer it to manager they are not transferring the call and saying that no manager is available and disconnecting the calls.

                              Even today i spoke with ms. Gayatri (Supervisor) not giving proper resolution and disconnected the call.

                              I had sent an email twice to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com and [protected]@unionbankofindia.com more than 25 days but still now i haven't received any reply.

                              Request you to kindly look into this and return back the funds to my card from were the amount was deposited.

                                    I registered mu digipurse wallet with contact no [protected]. I deposited rs 10000 in this wallet on 10/12/2017 for further use. But since then this amount is blocked in my wallet. I am unable to login in my respective account. And it is showing error.
                                    I tried to contact digipurse customer care at its email id [protected]@unionbankofindia.com,
                                    [protected]@unionbankofindia.com several times to help me to use my amount. But they are not responding. I sent mail to the customer care to refund my amount but neither they are resolving the error nor they are refunding my amount in my source card. Around 20 times i email them at their respective contact but they are not responding to my email.
                                    Sir please help me. And resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      0n 17th feb 2018, i went to union bank's atm near mit campus kothrud, pune. I swiped my union bank debit card fill the required details and the amount rs 1000 and submitted. Then a screen came out written "transaction failed", then immediately received the msg saying rs 1000 is debited.

                                      I have tried again to withdraw 1000 rupees, then i got cash through atm & message on my mobile too but i only got 1000 rupees & message of 2000 rupees got debited.
                                      Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I have loaded digipurse wallet with 5000 rupees in month of december, after that they have stopped their all services from wallet without informing to me. Currently i have unable to transfer, recharge, pay bills from digipurse wallet, there is no option to utilize my money from digipurse wallet.
                                        I have also complained to digipurse customer care 2-3 times by e-mail but no response from digipurse. Pls. Help & reslove this issue

                                        Sir/madam i transferred 12000 rupees to hdfc credit card on 14/02/2018.still that amount is not added to credit card.i have attached a cyber receit .need a reply
