Dear sir

This is vvs raju from hyderabad.. I'm the digipurse customer from last 7 months.. My digi purse registerd mobile number was [protected]..2 days back i had loaded rs 10000 in my wallet.. After loading money i'm trying to send money to my bank account.. That time i got a error message from digi purse.. There is no option for money sending option to bank ac's from jan 1st 2017.. After changing the rules there is no intimation from digipurse.. I didn't receive any message from union bank of india digi purse.. This is totally fraud.. Please take my complaint on high priority and please give me justice against my complaint..

I hope you will solve as early as possible...

    I want my refund.

    Union bank of india launched app named as digi purse. This app is fake app. I have added my 10k and they are not responding to email now. They removed the fund transfer feature from their app and we can not use our money in any way. I tried a lot to talk to them. I had spoken to their customer care services they asked me to send an email. I had send n number of times but no response.

      Yesterday i go to union bank of india at bhuleshwar branch and i talk with manager for buisness loan but manager is did not properly reply to me. He says i am busy for audit so tommorrow come. Than i talk union bank of india custmercare number bt they also not reply to me. I am not saticfied ur servises. Pls forwarded my complain quikly. Reply soon..

        My name is pooja chauhan.
        I ordered a product (Riva enterprise women's georgette embroidered saree with blouse piece (Riva207_orange and red_free size) from amazon on 19th jan18.
        But my product was defected totally so i returned 21jan18 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on
        27jan18, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs 999/-i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no[protected]i called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute

        It was amazon fault that they did not transfer the amount in my bank and told me that we already transferred then after going bank and check then they transfer so that i finally received the amount.. Thanks for the help and support !

            I have 10000 Rs in money Union bank (Digipurse) account. I am unable to transfer to my debit card. I need to pay credit card bill. For that I tried to Verifiy from https://unionbankonline.co.in/ Other services Verified by VISA after concerning your customer care department. But i am unable to login with My transaction pin. It prompted with an error message "password should be 8..15 characters". If Try to reset password by "Forgot password", after entering virtual card details it showed invalid card details.

            Please solve my problem ASAP.

                  On dated 05/06/2018 doing on line banking in my saving a/c no.[protected] name urvi devang dhruva with your borivali west branch for transaction rs5000/ to payment to sharekhan mumbai. Such amount was debited under ref no. Sharekhan/72762444 is oke. But other rs 5000/ debit transaction also debited to my a/c no. Under ref no 00000000/9452726 which is not pertain or instruction by me. Please revers rs 5000 and cdedit to my a/c.

                    I have loaded my digipurse account for rupees 10000 on 23/01/2017, i am unable to withdraw money or neither use in any merchandise through virtual debit card.

                    Then i came to know that withdrawal not available as per rbi guidelines. But why virtual debit card of the platform not working anywhere? Is there any restrictions for that too? When i contact union bank of india customer care, they told me to send email to [protected]@unionbankofinda.com, i mailed on 27/01/2017. But untill now i did not get any reply from them.

                      I have taken agricultural loan but failed to repay due to frequent failure of crops and being attempt to murder has been comitted on me, i remain frequent sick

                      Hence i requested my brother to repay through ots scheme as requested by bank,

                      Loan oustanding is 123706

                      Deputy manager of sanguem branchtold me to settled it for 65000

                      Branch manager is not ready and asking me to pay 90000

                      Since my loan is unsecured i m eligible for 50% settlement

The worse thing is there isnt any customer care properly assigned to this thing.idiotic service. no one is taking responsibility to attend to the matter concerning the app. The registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                            Our edc machine model number is ict220 which not doing work properly. I made a complaint many time in your call centre number but they didn’t do anything. We have so many translations many times because of this machine working problem. So at the end we decided to close the account and machine after complaining so many times.

                              From my union bank mob. App i send 3000 rs/-
                              On 1/2/18 to another account unfortunately that accnt no was wrong. But i didnt get back that money till now. And that money not reached any other account. But from my account 3000rs/- debited. Actually where that money went i don't know. I went and asked my nearest union bank. They told it will come within 48 hours and also they told me to send one complaint to union bank customer care. Please i need that money back. Kindly accept my request

                                First ur company didn't send any msg regarding my bank details when my all colleagues get their slry and msg also from ur bank... This is not a big deal... But after this when i called ubi branch of gurgaon t didn't attend my call... I called them more than 15 times and noone picked up my call... And after this kind of service... U said 'the bank that begins with u' wtf? Plzzz kindly call me

                                  As my mobile is not working properly hence could not attend your call
                                  From my account Rs.295/- has been deducted. As already intimated
                                  1- state bank of India chequer was deposited no-016797 Dt. 06/01/18 Rs. 80000/-
                                  2- chequer was returned with no reason but due to poor scanning.
                                  3- when bank send original chequer the same was cleared
                                  4- your bank deducted Rs. 295/- as cheque returned charges from my account with no fault of customer
                                  The bank deducted amount from me when the fault is of bank of poor scanning of cheque.
                                  The amount should be refunded of no fault of mine

                                    My Aadhaar number was linked to my saving account at Union Bank of India, but not showing at NPCI.
                                    My Aadhaar card was linked with your bank account on 20/4/2017, again delinked and relinked on 07/1/2018, but according to NPCI Aadhaar details is not linked with your bank. I tried using the ATM, web site o[censored]BI, tried linking it again, I received SMS that my Aadhar was successful link to my bank account.

                                    I have visited many times my home bank (UBI), they informed me that Aadhar details is linked with my saving bank account.

                                    Previously I was getting my LPG subsidy to my UBI account, but now it says that my Aadhaar number is Inactive at NPCI.

                                    Due to Aadhaar linking not active, I am not getting my LPG SUBSIDY amount.

                                    Request to look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

                                      Subject: about non acceptance of coins by your branch’s cashier.
                                      Dear sir,
                                      I'm an account holder in your faridpur branch whose ifsc is ubin0568325 and my problem is that, when my son goes to the branch to deposit the cash, your branch's cashier refuse to accept coins of rupees 1000 per day, which is totally violation of section 6 of coinage act, 2011. She (The cashier of above mentioned branch) has refused many times to accept coins and also the branch manager of the branch is not ready to take action. So, i would request you to take appropriate action instantly. Otherwise i will be compelled to go to banking ombudsman for the solution.
