This is regarding the digipurse app.ive loaded money into the app. Now its not working and even i couldn't make a transaction. The worse thing is there isnt any customer care properly assigned to this thing.idiotic service. no one is taking responsibility to attend to the matter concerning the app. The registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
I ask to ubi emloyee for my sign change or not then he talk to me very badly he dont give me good responce..in nagpur wardhaman nagar bank branch...so i requested you ..pls u take action on my request

      This is informing you that we have edc machine in your bank, and a current account also. Our current account number is [protected].

      Our edc machine model number is ict220 which not doing work properly. I made a complaint many time in your call centre number but they didn’t do anything. We have so many translations many times because of this machine working problem. So at the end we decided to close the account and machine after complaining so many times.

        Respected sir/ madam,
        From my union bank mob. App i send 3000 rs/-
        On 1/2/18 to another account unfortunately that accnt no was wrong. But i didnt get back that money till now. And that money not reached any other account. But from my account 3000rs/- debited. Actually where that money went i don't know. I went and asked my nearest union bank. They told it will come within 48 hours and also they told me to send one complaint to union bank customer care. Please i need that money back. Kindly accept my request

          First ur company didn't send any msg regarding my bank details when my all colleagues get their slry and msg also from ur bank... This is not a big deal... But after this when i called ubi branch of gurgaon t didn't attend my call... I called them more than 15 times and noone picked up my call... And after this kind of service... U said 'the bank that begins with u' wtf? Plzzz kindly call me

            As my mobile is not working properly hence could not attend your call
            From my account Rs.295/- has been deducted. As already intimated
            1- state bank of India chequer was deposited no-016797 Dt. 06/01/18 Rs. 80000/-
            2- chequer was returned with no reason but due to poor scanning.
            3- when bank send original chequer the same was cleared
            4- your bank deducted Rs. 295/- as cheque returned charges from my account with no fault of customer
            The bank deducted amount from me when the fault is of bank of poor scanning of cheque.
            The amount should be refunded of no fault of mine

              My Aadhaar number was linked to my saving account at Union Bank of India, but not showing at NPCI.
              My Aadhaar card was linked with your bank account on 20/4/2017, again delinked and relinked on 07/1/2018, but according to NPCI Aadhaar details is not linked with your bank. I tried using the ATM, web site o[censored]BI, tried linking it again, I received SMS that my Aadhar was successful link to my bank account.

              I have visited many times my home bank (UBI), they informed me that Aadhar details is linked with my saving bank account.

              Previously I was getting my LPG subsidy to my UBI account, but now it says that my Aadhaar number is Inactive at NPCI.

              Due to Aadhaar linking not active, I am not getting my LPG SUBSIDY amount.

              Request to look into the matter and inform me accordingly.

                Subject: about non acceptance of coins by your branch’s cashier.
                Dear sir,
                I'm an account holder in your faridpur branch whose ifsc is ubin0568325 and my problem is that, when my son goes to the branch to deposit the cash, your branch's cashier refuse to accept coins of rupees 1000 per day, which is totally violation of section 6 of coinage act, 2011. She (The cashier of above mentioned branch) has refused many times to accept coins and also the branch manager of the branch is not ready to take action. So, i would request you to take appropriate action instantly. Otherwise i will be compelled to go to banking ombudsman for the solution.

                      Several time sent this same message to different email address as per provided and suggested by customer care representative still there is no response from your side. So now you please suggest me what should I do. Because I cheased up to make you understand. Now again I request you please read bellow content and resolve it soon..

                      This is to inform you that i got transfer money from HDFC credit card in digipurse wallet with Rs. 5000 by 17/01/2018. 24 hours later i was trying to transfer in my other saving account it was not transferred. because of RBI Guideline . then i came to know about this issue. then your customer care representative told me about RBI Guideline. and he suggest me that if you can not afford this respected money for online shopping or pay your bill etc. you suite a mail([protected]@unionbankofindia.com, [protected]@unionbankofindia.com) and request for get back your whole money in debited account means HDFC Credit card.

                        Your ubi branch chetganj varanasi does not entertain customer even after lunch hours... It's 3.30pm on 29.01.18 and yet none of your teller are on counter just saying every one is on lunch beyond the alloted time which proves the violation of guidelines issued by union bank of india as well as customer right to be serviced under issued protocol please take appropriate action...

                        Your UBI Negamam branch coimbatore district not functioning after 3.30 they won't allow innocent people after 3.30pm its not acceptable they are poor people coming from different villages. It should be highly noticeable. Customers relationship is very poor.

                          I added Rs 5000 into my Digipurse wallet, money was added successfully however I am not able to make any transaction neither am I able to pay any of my utility bills. I have dropped several mails to the concerned team, however I have not received any response. I have contacted the B.O. and customer care several times and everytime they ask me to mail it to the ID and there isn't a single authority to resolve the same.

The amount is added successfully and virtual card is also generated but i am not able to use this virtual card anywhere for online transaction neither i can transfer the money back to my account.                               I recharged 2 times on number [protected] of telenor for rs. 25 on 26 january with the id registered on number [protected] and debited the amount from rupay card o[censored]nion bank, account no - [protected], but the recharge got failed while the money from account got debited both the times. When first time this happened, i again repeat the recharge but both times i got same results with no refund for failed transaction. Not expected such worst service from true balance and also slow response for refund from the bank
                              So i request the bank to refund my money soon of 50 rs. Back now as early as possible

                                I have loaded 9000 rs in digipurse wallet and now nethier i cannot withdraw that money to my bank nor i cannot use that online as thier card is not accepted anywhere in the india.. I tried every website n app where debit card is accepted but digipurse is not accepted anywhere.. Funny part is thier card not working on thier wallet itself when i tried to recharge or paying bills it didnot work..

Base branch of daman is only giving assurances from last 10 months. Regional office of rajkot is not even picking up the phone ([protected]) and this continues from so many months, i have registered an online complain in april on the ubi website but nothing has happened yet.                                       I tried to recharge a number with rs 349. Due to technical glitch recharge was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I did the recharge on 9th jan 2018. Even after 15 days transaction reversal has not been done to refund the amount

                                      I have even talked to "billdesk", the merchant. They say that they have done their part of the process and now it is up to the bank to refund the amount.

                                      I have even tried contacting union bank of india. But i don't seem to get any kind of support from them.
