I paid the fees through Internet Banking of Rs 2450 for the quarterly fee of my sister Afrin, class 9th, KV New Cantt Allahabad on Jan 20, 2018. The transaction was failed, but the amount was deducted from the account.
When i get refund for the failed transaction? (transaction Ref No. IGACTLQTGS5 on 20-JAN-2018 from SBI)

I loaded the money 3, 000.00 rupees to Digipurse. Then I debited from Digipurse app to send money option in Digipurse mobile ([protected]). But i registered the Jio number ([protected]). Please put the payment rupees 3000.00 and 50.00 rupees back to digipurse wallet.

    I have added money in wallet 15000 on 9/01/18. But i am unable to use this amount for any type of transaction, i have tried to recharge or bill payment then show msg (Maxium limit reched) error code 5 & error code 10 also no option for send in bank a/c, how can i will used my money, i have sent so many mail to coustome care, but they no one to me reply

    My problem was not solve last one month ago. union bank customer care team is so poor, they are not given to me any response regarding my problem.
    Very bad response by union bank customer care team, my problem was not solve last one month's and not take any response by customer care team.
    I have not recived any response by union bank customer care and not solve my issue
    Very bad experience of digipurse wall at service. I have not received any refund and problem are not solve.

        On 19th december, i made a payment to rgpv for inr 250 but payment was failed and money got deducted. And yet it is not credited back to my account. I lodged a complaint against it on 27th december but yet it is not resolved. Please resolve and send my money back.

          This is to bring to your kind knowledge that i am holding an account in union bank of india nahra nahri road
          Bahadurgarh branch in the name of pinki traders.
          I want to convey my concern over degrading attitude of
          The bank employees as they are turning incooperative day
          By day. My issue is regarding their way of taking currency
          Notes as they always check the currency notes before
          Taking them but on monday after working hours they call me
          And say that there are six notes which are not appropriate as per them however they had checked the same at the time of depositing upto their satisfaction
          And today they denied taking the amount of rs.5, 00, 000 and returned
          The money saying that the previous issue of six notes should be
          Settled and i had to come back with the money.


          I request you to take urgent action against the bank cashier
          As she talks non sense and works in a complete incooperative
          Manner. An early action would be appreciated.

              Digipurse Error since December 2017, Still it is not rectified. Total amount : 8, 150.00 Rupees
              Respected Sir,
              This is Ragavan. I have an issue with fund transfer through Digi Purse Mobile app last two months ago. I raised a complaint from 16th Dec 2017 onwards. Still they are not rectified my issue. I am very frustrated they are locking my funds. Please can you resolve it ASAP.

              I have two issues for Digi Purse fund transfer details are given below :
              First Issue :


              First, I registered on digipurse app in my Jio number([protected]), then I Loaded the amount of rupees 3000, 00 on 16 december 2017 and 50 rupees on 19 december 2017 After I make the payment through the Send money option like Digipurse Mobile. I pu the my airtel number ([protected]) mean while I registered on other bank account.

              Now, i don't know where the funds gone. And also I uninstall this app like jio number and again re-install on airtel number. It shows you have already account with us. Please put the previous Transactin PIN. Once i put the transaction PIN that it shows invalid Transaction pin.

              1. Please rectify this error asap or else please make the re-payment to my account . Account details are given below :

                I am using the DIGIPURSE app .I loaded Rs.10000 from credit card on 13/01/2018. IMPS option was disabled at the same time NEFT also not working. I couldn't able to transferable my money to my account. I spoke with customer care service also . But there is no acceptable answer.still now (18/01/2018) i am struggling to get the money anyway. At the same time i sent lot of emails also. But there is no reply .
                Any body having some ideas to get my money from UNION BANK OF INDIA plz suggest me.

                  I did transaction through upi android app (Tez google app), and it was debited on 4th dec 2017 05:56 pm.
                  But not credited the money to my friends account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response.
                  Even i talked twenty times to call center people of tez app, axis bank and union bank.
                  Always they told me "you will get money within 48 hours or three working days" and at the last they told "call center can not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via mail on"[protected]@unionbankofindia.com."
                  Then i send mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com on 29th dec 2017, now its over 20 days but i have not got a single response.
                  Now finally i want to say that today is 19th jan 2018 and my transaction failed on 4th dec 2017 its around more than 45 days and i did not get my money refund till now.

                  This is my request to you to send my money back, hope you can understand that now i am frustrated.
                  And if you will not give me a response then i don't have an option i would have to twit to #pmo #rbi #unionbankofindia, will be my last option along with all attached proof.

                      It is submitted that i have paid the fees of amitabh jha (Student code-[protected]) of kendriya vidyalaya, jawahar nagar on dated 10/1/18 through sbi net banking. The amount of rs.2400/- already debited from my account but i have not got the payment challan. I have sent 3 mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com, but they are not responding. I tried contacting on their helpline no.[protected] / 33, but they are not lifting.

                      Even after 6 days they are not responding. The transaction id is igacrwdgc78 dated 10/1/2018 paid from sbi to union bank.

                            Sir.. I have visited union bank, sundaridia branch, barpeta (Assam) for opening a new sb account on 12/01/18... But the bank staff has not provided me account opening form by simply telling me that account opening form is not available in the said branch. The bank staff even neither allowed me to meet bank manager nor they supply me any acct opening form. They discouraged me to open new sb account. So i am very satisfied with service of branch.                               I recently recharged my newly created digi wallet account on android phone but still after adding funds, digipurse wallet shows nill balance but transaction history on that app says 500 topup/[protected]... This states payment z done from my side but stuck somwhere in the banks pocket or they might have forgotten to credit tht amount to my new digi wallet... I mean seriously thts enough evryone can be patient and its 24 hours!!!... Please sort out this as soon as possible...

                                I have added 5000/ in digipurse today. Amount is debited from my credit card. But unfortunately amount not added in digipurse. I got message after added money in digipurse is "monthly transaction limit reached".

                                How i can get my deducted money back to my credit card?

P.) ka commission agent field manager se santh ganth kar rakhta hai aur kisan credit card banane ke badle men 10 pratishat dalaalee mangta hai. Aur hme kaee mahino se pareshan kar rah hai par card naheen banaya. V hamare sath durvyavhar karta hai v kahta hai ki bank ke sahab ko paisa dena hai tabhee tumhar card banega.
