no generate upi pin in my debit card

My debit card no generate upi pin. I use, application name is tez app and phone pay and union upi app. I do try. The debit card rispons - debit /atm card not recognized. Please check and try again.
And *99# /bhim app is not genrated upi pin. Find result - account /card/expiry date does not match.

not handing over debit card

I am meenakshi soni, citizen of india and i have a saving bank account in union bank of india, (Branch - yusuf sarai, account no. [protected]).

My debit card has been expired and i requested for the new debit card.
As i am not in india as of now, i am unable to come and collect my debit card from the bank personally. I sent an authority letter with me real sister along with her adhaar...

transaction failed but money deducted

Rs.555 /- transaction failed on 15 nov 17 through card swipe intended for payment on petrol pump.
Complaint no.[protected] lodged on 20 nov 17. Customer care official committed that money will be credited back within maximum 45 days. Yet not credited back to my account. Expected to get back money against failed transaction within 45 days.
