Sir,
I am a businessman. I have a current account in union bank of india dhuri. I need to go to bank daily for payments. I am coming from many days for passbook entry and statement. But the printer of bank is always faulty. When i requested them for this. Deputy manager of the bank namita sharma started argue with me and misbehaved with me. She said get out. I will not do anything, do what can you do against me. I said i will file complaint. She abused me in front of bank customers and staff.
I am regular and valueable customer of this bank.
Please take action as soon as possible
I shall be very thankful to you

I book my movie tickets in book my show the amount will b deduct from.my account but payment will in process and tickets not book so refund my amount in my account number

          Rs.555 /- transaction failed on 15 nov 17 through card swipe intended for payment on petrol pump.
          Complaint no.[protected] lodged on 20 nov 17. Customer care official committed that money will be credited back within maximum 45 days. Yet not credited back to my account. Expected to get back money against failed transaction within 45 days.

          What is the current status.???

            Im a loyal cudtomer o[censored]nion bank having an account from past 7years.
            Recently something really bad happen i was sitting in cafe coffee day rajouri. I received the message i. E. 10000 has been credited from your account after 2 mins again 2 messages of 10, 000 and 5000. All the transaction has been done via atm. But i dont know my atm card was with me how is it possible that my amount has been deducted. This is something very serious.
            My homebranch (Azadpur) is not helping me which is really disappointing
            I request you to kindly take a strict action and solve the issue at earliest because this is a very serious matter

              I haven't received my MPIN through SMS in my registered mobile no. Please send it to me. I have tried it alot but unable to get the SMS .

                fixed deposit is not reflected

                I m shivaji Kumar yadav my account no is [protected] branch name sec 12 pratap vihar ghaziabad, have done two Fixed deposit on 4 DEC 3017 amount is 1 lakh and another is 75 thousand via internet banking but it is not showing details in my online banking science 4 Dec in my deposit account.
                I talk to customer care person but they people is not resolving my problem.

                    I am ananthi account holder at sivaganga branch tamil nadu. I deposited a cheque for 11 lacs and opted for cash withdrawl but the branch manager srinivasan and accountant parameshwaran are not sanctioning the withdrawal they are keep on delaying and not transfering to other account also i have incurred a serious loss due to this delay i request the concerned authority to take action or i would lodge complaint on customer court

                        This is saleem from union bank of india - pudupalayam bank account holder. Dec 5 amount transfer from kvb bank to my account they receive a message settled and amount also taken from their account but i didn't get a salary amount 14, 000. So i kindly request you to register my request as a complaint and check the server to solve this issue as soon as possible.                           Hope you are doing good.

                          My name is sarfaraz ahmad khan and i am facing an issue with regards to one of my recent transaction via atm.

                          I went to union bank of india atm branch 'thatheri bazar' (Saraimeer, azamgarh, uttar pradesh) on 28/11/2017 at 11:21 am (Approx), i did two transactions of rs.10000 each. I never received the cash so i left the atm thinking that there is no cash available in the atm.

                          After i left the atm i received the text message saying my account has been debited with rs.20000 at 28/11/2017 11:25 am (Approx).

                          I spoke to the customer care and raised a complaint against that so that i can get my refund, as i was not at fault. I received a text message that the complaint is rejected without any resolution, without any proper reason. Reference complaint number: 11632674.

                          I request you to kindly please investigate the issue and get the issue sorted for me. This is really very pathetic service from the customer care department they even don't have manners to talk to elders.

                          I hope you have all the sms details that are sent to the customers, please check the details and the cctv footage. This is my hard earned money and i hope that you guys will help me to get it back

                          Also, i researched on your official website and i found the below mentioned details.

                          8.17.4.1 reporting loss / theft / disputed transactions

                          We will reimburse amounts wrongly debited in failed atm transactions within the prescribed time limit. For any delay beyond the prescribed time limit, we will pay compensation as prescribed, provided the claim is lodged with us i. E. The atm card issuing bank within 30 days of the transaction.

                          In case of disputed atm transactions, we will retain the relevant camera footage till the dispute is settled. Access to such footage will be available only if the dispute is raised within the prescribed preservation period of such records.

                          Your response at the earliest will be very appreciated. Can u get it sorted for me as soon as possible.

                              Sir i deposit 7500 rs.in my bank account by cash deposit machine on 09/11/2017 cash is accepted by cash deposit machine but the transaction is failed since i do no have to get back my money on my account. Many times i submit application for branch manager but no reply. Is this a banking service or a banking fraud.? Today is 12/12/2017

                              What should i do...? Need help to get back my money.

                              But they always tell to contact branch manager and branch manager is not to resolve the problem.
                              I have the transaction failed result with dare and exact time. Please do enquiry by cctv of cash deposit machine.

                              When my transaction is failed as soon as i inform the machine security gaurd.and complain resistered
                              I am a regular customer o[censored]nion Bank of India, Sector-O, Aliganj in Lucknow .
                              I get my salary from my Swiss Office in US Dollars . My salary has been transferred on the 1st of December 2017 and till date it has been not credited in my account . Mt s/b acc # is [protected] . On enquiring, bank say they have no clue where it is .
