On 13/11/2017 at 13:45:38 hrs, by mistake i transferred an amount of rs.2000/- to an incorrect account in union bank from my account in united bank of india, bearing account number[protected], account holder mr. Prabhas tiwari, tansen marg new delhi branch.
I had to transfer the amount to mr. Rahul dande, to account number - [protected], ifsc - ubin055980.
But instead, i typed [protected], ifsc - ubin055980.
Despite the mismatch in the name of the account holder i. E. Mr. Rahul dande, the amount got transferred. Requesting for reversing the transfer. The amount was transferred using upi.

    I beg to say that, i was withdrawl the money 2500 at3 oct 2017 in the evening through the axis atm but a money was deduct through the atm and no money comes out through the atm, i did many complaint in the bank but no solution comes out, so tell me what will i do, i cant delay more time,

          On 30th october i took discharge from kj somaiya hospital and made a payment of 10, 000rs through my card. The amount has not been received by the hospital yet, though i received a message on the same day saying that the amount has been debited.
          I made many customer care calls, had several visits to my bank branch, (Fort, mumbai) though they couldn't help me.
          I hope filing a complaint here will be useful and this issue will be solved.
          Please contact me as soon as possible.

            Dear sir,
            On 16 and 17 nov i tried to purchase goods from ebay 4 times (Three times on 16 and one time on 17) amounting 410 each totalling a sum of 1640and all the times amount have been deducted from my accounts and the transaction could not be materialised. So, an amount of 1640 (410 each) have been deducted from my account for which i had not made any purchase. My customer id is[protected]. And account no is [protected] please provide refund for the same.

            I have been changed mobile number on I haves linked to the bank account
            On 11.11.2017 Rs 38/- was debited to my Union Bank saving account [protected] and the same was to be credited to PayTm wallet. but the same was not received in my Paytm wallet, till now.Neither it is credited to bank account back.

              Hi,

              On 17th Nov 2017 I tried to recharge my number using the airtel app, twice, amounting 169 each and both the times amount have been deducted from my account, but the transaction failed, again both the times. So, an amount of ₹338 (169 each) have been debited from my account and still my number has not been recharged.

              The failed transaction messages :
              Rs.169.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile; txn ID 634741 has failed. Please contact your bank.
              Rs.169.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile; txn ID 634785 has failed. Please contact your bank.

              Please provide refund for the same.

                I done my transaction using BHIM on 31/October/2017. BHIM showing my transaction is failed and my amount is refund.

                But my amount is neither refunded nor credited in receiver account. I try complain in BHIM but they did not reply email and phone calls.

                Below I mention all details of Transaction. Please solve as soon as possible.

                I did my transaction using BHIM on 3/April/2019 2 times. BHIM showing my transaction is failed but from my account 2 times Rs.500 get debited.
                But my amount is neither refunded nor credited in receiver account. I try to complain in BHIM but they did not reply to email and phone calls.
                Please solve as soon as possible.

                    I made a inline transaction to pay my electricity bill failure message stated it's a problem with secure service however the amount was deducted from my account, i called the customer service and was told it could take up to 45 working days to get the amount back. My issue is if my electricity bill remain unpaid d who is going to face the consequences, my supply might be disconnected. My account number is 4937*14393

                      This bank is cheater.

                        Respected sir / madam, i had gone to nearest union bank of india branch in mirzabad, mania, ghazipur, up for sending money to some one, when i reached at gate of the bank, the bank was locked with a lock and guard said the there is no working time, working time is is 1000 to 1300, after requesting he send inside the bank, and money was send but behavior of guard was not good and in favour of bank, and pls mention working timing, regards thanks

                          Our company prompt act security services private limited account in state bank of india taranagar branch (31143). Your union bank branch jaisalmer (Gandhi colony) rajasthan one cheque no. 97006 amount 48507 rs drawn on last wednesday. On monday the above amount credited in our account but after some time the same amount deposited by yr bank. 177 rupees charges also remitted. Many times the same problem created. No responsible behavior yr bank worker they have not collect our phone also. Please do needful help as soon as possible.

                                  Respected sir/madam,

                                  1.11.2017 i have transferred rs 20000 amount 4 times (Each time 5000 rs) for my very urgent requirement through my credit to digipurse account ([protected]) and got the sms from digipurse your payment of rs 5000 successful (Like this 4 times), amount will be reflected in your digipurse 4607 xxxx xxxx 6975 in 24 hrs. Info topup but still no money has been credited to the account.

                                  The money has been deducted from my credit card but when i am trying open digipurse app am getting the below error.

                                  In order to sort it out this issue i have sent a mail to digipursecustomer care but no response yet. When i call the customer care they are saying that we will not support for digipurse.
                                  Then whom do i need to contact..?
                                  Hence am approaching you people because of my urgent amount requirement. Please help me to get it back to my account.

                                    I tried to send 1000 rupees two times to one of my friend through google tez application and both failed but very next day in evening money debited from my union bank of india account on 31/08/2017

                                    When i contacted to bank they simply told that it is upi issue and they can not do anything but advised me to contact upi application customer care and application customer care told that wait for 3 working days either it will come to your bank account or since it is simply due to the server failure of bank so i have to contact bank
                                    Then i sent mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com
                                    And [protected]@unionbankofindia.com
                                    And no one is responding to my complaint.

                                    I am a student and i hope you will understand for a student 2000 rupees how much worths.
                                    I don't have money for my rents so how would i pay my rental.

                                    Please resolve my issue

                                      I have two complaint is as the follow :-
                                      1. I have used ubi atm card on 29/09/2017 to during fuel filling station in my bike from handa petrol pump, jabalpur payment failed during use swipe machine and deducted balance from my saving a/c no. [protected] of rs. 240/- in two times (240/-+240/- = 480) because tried to two times swiped but payment status declined. Next day i complained filling station of handa petrol pump, jabalpur they after checked his records said not received payment from my account but i have not got refund yet from union bank of india.
                                      2. On 26/10/2017 i was booking of movie ticket from “book my show” of golmal again but using during the payment gateway for payment o[censored]nion bank of india atm payment failed of amount rs. 477/- in two times (477/-+477/- = 954/-). But not refund found yet from union bank of india.
                                      I humbly request you to kindly registered my complaint and resolve as soon as and refund my total deducted amount of rs. 240/-+240/-+477/-+477/- = 1434/- (One thousand four hundred thirty four only).
