Union Bank Of India — digipurse wallet virtual card not working | |||
R/sir/madam I have added rs 5000 on 22/01/18 to my digipurse wallet. The amount is added successfully and virtual card is also generated but i am not able to use this virtual card anywhere for online transaction neither i can transfer the money back to my account. Every time it says card restricted or invalied card. I have mail many times to customer care but no reply. Pl solve my problem and return my money. My saving account has been wrongly debited with an amount of Rs4000/- through debit card. Please, refund it to my saving account with your mahalaxmi, mumbai branch. Please, let me if any further procedures.
