I was booking
Ticket from jio rail on 2 february, 2019 but due to some proble my ticket was not booked but my money was deducted from my account after that i complaint the problem to the [protected]@jio.com and after that reply came that your refund has been processed and if you have not got get touch with the bank and i have not recieved my money yet so look after my complaint and please try to solve my problem. My transaction id is cae49de[protected] and irctc id is starr123 and the reference no. Of my refund status is 74332749034903399660043

Dear sar mene 6 date ko 10000 ka transfer kiya tha u mobile app se abitak muje vo refund nahi mila he or coustomer care me call karta hu to koe response hi nahi mil raha

I transferred money through phone pay union bank account to State bank account.due some technical problem money debited from my account but not credited to another receiver
account.please refund my money on urgent basis help as soon as possible.
