Dear Sir, This is to inform you that, we have saving account o[censored]nion bank of india last 08 or 10 years old, and also i am facing lot of problem in this branch only. For example- I am trying to updated adhar card & mobile number, visited bank more then 10 times but bank employees are never responding, We have visited last 5 days back again filled the form & also taking the sign. of branch manager of this form, after that branch manager has been told us my emp. is on leave who has update the adhar card/mobile number. Plz find the enclosed attached form & check. Once again today also visited bank he is on leave who has been update the KYC. Sir, if any bank emp. is on long time leave branch manager should be responsible for his work or any other branch emp. why suffering customer?? PFB, the below my bank & personal details. Banking hours is as per RBI guadiline 10.30am to 4.30pm but this Gaisima union bank branch close every day at 3.30pm, please take nassary action.it is rural branch most account holder are farmers. People come to branch after their cimplite field work
Respected sir / madam, I had not get full amount of RD. So plz help me . I request lot of time to our local bank Moga, my last state Haryana bank Pehowa.and R.o also. But nobody is taking pain for this.
