    Dear Sir,

    Refer UBI complaint number CGO 7740

    I am Krishnakumar Panditrao Thakur from Nashik Pune, I am working as Assitant Account in Govt Sector.

    This complaint is about passing fake cheque by Union Bank Of India (UBI) Nashik Branch. The Cheque issued to me by a school was cleared by UBI to some other payee, payee name on that cheque was changed and cheque was deposited in UBI Nashik bank for clearance, which was later cleared by UBI. Now upon investigated I found the Cheque was cleared from School bank account but money was not deposited into my account.

    When I inquired with School they gave me the details from UBI the cheque was cleared and money was paid to Mr Yogesh Bachave (UBI account holder) to his UBI bank account. Now this account is not traceable, the person is not traceable, UBI cannot reach out to this person. In this process I lost my Rs10, 000 because of careless banking by UBI executive. I need my money back from UBI, request you to look into this matter and repay my Rs 10, 000 as early as possible.

    Please refer to the attached complaint application I gave to UBI Nashik branch but there is nothing happened so far.

    Hoping to resolve this issue on priority.

            There had been a deduction of 8000 rs from my account 1 month back. I made a transaction via mobile over yatra.com which didn't happen but unnecessarily the amount got deducted. I filed a complaint too 14180509 but no progress has been made. I want you tolook into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.

              Met your banking officer and complain regarding automatic deduction in my debit card. He saying its used in itunes. I dont use iphone . There are Three entries for the same auto deduction . And nor me nor anyone has use my card. Please do something. Rest wont be able to trust Your Banking Transaction in future.

                  Not able to login to my internet account

                  I have internet banking account o[censored]BI since 5 years. Till recently as early as December 2015 my internet a/c was ok. but since last week i am unable to login to my internet banking account with valid login and password. after entering login and password display screen shows message "application error". i tired in all browsers the error message is same. i have complained to customer care and concerned branch. i did not get my problem solved....

                  Sir .298 mobile recharge has been failed two times...but amt was debited ...but refund process is not cmpleted yet.i have used umobile app for recharge purpose ..but due to technical fault my 298 +298 amount debited frm ubi [protected] @/c madanmhl branch jbp .do pls check my account credited these amount ..so i can use proper use of this app...

                          I purchased a Lenovo P780 from amazon.in on 01/07/2014 having S/N: HB020EGZ and imei 1: [protected] imei 2: [protected].

                          The phone was working well till october 2015 and then it started creating trouble, it got network issue and charging problem, the phone used to stay always low on signal and the phone was not charging when it is power on, only when it was turned off then only it was charging.

                          I talked to Lenovo Service Center in Dhanbad, and they told me to submit your mobile so they can look into the problem, I gave them handset on 05/10/2015 and got receipt having serial no. 2204.

                          They told me to talk after 2 days as they will find out the cause of problem, After 3 days when i asked about my phone's status they told that we need to change the Motherboard of your phone and will cost you 7500rs approx, since the amount was too much to repair the phone, i said that i m ok with my phone so please return back my phone as i do not want to repair my phone. They told me to come next day and recieve your phone.

                          Next day when i was there to get my phone back they refused to return saying your phone was opened by our Engineer and he has not packed the phone and he is on leave today. So come tomorrow and get your phone, I waited for two days and talked to them they said your phone is ready, come and get that, again when i reached there they refused again saying that we forgot to tell the Engineer to pack mobile, so kindly come after a week, as it will take time and our Engineer is very busy.

                          After a week again after getting confirmation over the phone call i went to the center and they replied same like before. I was completely clueless that what is going on with my phone and why they are not returning my phone back.
                          Well after a week when i talked to them they told that your phone's switch is lost by our engineer so give us some time we will order your switch button and will return your phone as it was before.

                          I waited and called them 2 times in a week to know my phone's status but they always tell we will get courier on monday so talk on monday evening, when i call them they says i got some courier and we are searching your product so give us a week to repair the phone. And after the week they say your item was not in the courier so wait for next monday.

                          And the same thing is going on till last 05/10/2015.

                          So i need to ask whether i will get my phone back ever?

                          4 months are sufficient time to get the courier or order a switch which was lost due to their own engineer's fault.
                          I am having no phone since 4 months and facing lot of difficulties.

                          There behaviour is very bad whenever i say that i will complain about this, they say do whatever u want to do, or file a F.I.R, we dont have problem with that. I am frustrated from last 4 months so i thought to write to you.

                            This is in reference to the DIGIPURSE android application o[censored]nion bank of india which i loaded on my mobile as other apps from ubi so as to do hastlefree banking.
                            i have my account with ubi since long time approx 15 years. i added 1000 rs in the app wallet but since then no transactions happened i was unable to recharge mobile pay bills etc. My money is now blocked in this app. I spoke to customer care UBI at [protected] they told me to write to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com i wrote several mails to them but no buddy helped me to took my money out of that fraud Wallet i still have blocked amount of 715 rs in it .
                            Such fraud was never expected from renowned bank . after so much of phonecalls and emails i m writing this complaint.
                            kindly take legal action against this and return money of people that is still in DIGIPRSE WALLET..

                                Sir, i am respected citizen of india n i am a pension holder and i want to complain of your branch manager of khagaul branch.one day when i went to your branch to open my account but your branch manager ignored me and pissed me off and always say i am busy in meeting and his misbehaviour is at 7th peak and you can enquire with any consumer.i am not physically well n he always say come tomorrow. how can i always travel a long distance from my house.please look onto the matter i shall be obliged to you.
                                and please take a stringent action so no customer will be treated like this.

                                  I have an account in Union Bank of India and I am using ATM debit card of that bank but that card is not useful for any online services. They can't any valid answer or can't give a such response of this kind of problem. I told their clerk a twice but he said that is not our fault, that problem is "Head Branch". They can't guide to solve this problem.

                                    I had applied for Union Bank IRCTC Physical Prepaid card last in December 2015, Though the call with UBI customer care service and lots of email to their authority, no one sending any status or taking any action.
                                    Though the amount paid for this card is 500, but this kind of service is not expected from bank. Moreover, I did not find any option to cancel the card. I am clueless now.

                                    Hope, this way I could get some option.
