RESPECTED SIR, my father invested in the above mentioned scheme in my name (anjali garg) under the membership no. [protected] . The issued no. o[censored]nits were 150 on 04/09/1998 which were converted to ARS bonds on a later date 01/04/2004 with no. of bonds issued 30 with face value of 3000 rs. Ever since, I have been messed around with demand of various documents by your redemption. These documents have already been provided but unfortunately, each member of the team does not communicate with each other and they all want fresh papers each time. Back in February this year, I have already provided you (1) signature attestation form- duly signed by the bank official (2) Affidavit for the name (3) copy of the passport (4) Copy of marriage certificate (5) a letter explaining the circumstances regarding the address. This is not a change of address but as the original property is under development where the correspondence should go. Though there is no change in the bank details.(6) Cancelled chaque (7) copy of bank passbook. Having complied with all these requirements, your Mumbai office needs all copies again, why ? could anyone explain to me why we need to go through this rigmarole again ? Why can't you get those copies from your Hydrabad office ? Are you so dam lazy that Mumbai office can't get verification from Hydrabad office ? This is really harassment and your unwillingness to make settlement of a legitimate redemption claim. WE LIVE IN U.K. AND TO REDEEM SUCH A SMALL HOLDING IT IS NOT PRACTICAL AND ECONOMICALLY VIABLE OPTION FOR US. INSTEAD OF MAKING REDEMPTION PROCESS YOU ARE MAKING IT MORE COMPLICATED. If this issue goes on any further then I will have no alternative but to make a formal complaint to OIAE (SEBI). Dear Sir, My father had invested on Rajlakshmi unit plan from UTI dated on on 28/09/1994 and the Maturity date was 28/09/2013 . But still we are not getting an update from UTI when this plan will close and get the amount back. Now in some of the blogs we are seeing this plan no more exists . For the UTI certificate no. [protected] Holder an illitrate man is wondering and is cursing himself as why did he made an investment in such a company, which has not given a reply for his letters and not made payment after the maturity even passing of three years then.
