I was deposited rs.100000/- on 12.3.2013 for the period of 1 years. Maturity date 12.3.2014. I got interest value of rs.12126/- only. The principle amount is not refunded so far. The information about repayment of fdrs are also not known. Kindly convey the information about repayment please.

I have invested rs 150000 in the unitech com in fixed deposit scheme for a period of three (3) years. My maturity amount after due period is 217826 / but i have not paid any amount by company so for. I am in badly need of money for my daughter marriage. My fdr no is 1247511. I have invested the above said amount for hoping that i will get it at the time of my daughter's marriage. But my dream is appears to be shattered as company is not releasing my payment. It is my hard earned money. Please release the payment as early as possible so that i can make payment for those people who are helping me in my daughter marriage.

I have invested rs one lakh in unitechlltd fixed deposit fdr no-1196785 account no-015559. F d matured on 16/11/2015. Two yrs passed but company not refunded principal amount of rs one lakh & interest.
I am sr. Citizen of 70 years old i need money for medical treatment.
Please help to get my f d money back form unitech ltd.

I have deposited an amount of rs 170000/- from year 2010 to 2013 for a period of 3 years.
Maturity of these fdr are due from 2013 to 2016 but still no refund has been made. Original fdr have already been submitted for maturity.

Dear sir,

More than 614 days/20 months has been passed;but still maturity amounts, which was due on 26/02/2016 against my fdr nos.1210932 & 1210933 has not been recd.; in spite of both said fdr duly discharged was dispatched thru registered post vide rh[protected]n 27/01/2016, to be initiated at the earliest.

An early & favourable action on the above cited subject is requested please, due to as i am senior citizen & badly need of the above said maturity amounts.

I'm one of the flat buyers of the above mentioned project which was supposed to be completed in 2016 but till date nothing much is done in construction and now they are asking for more money, please suggest what legal action can i take as it was my hard earned money. Also i bought this flat in resale so i've paid almost half of the price of the flat value. Now my money is stuck and i don't know what to do and where to go. Now they are asking for more money which i don't have know as my financial condition is not good now, please help

I would like to inform you that i book two fd in unitech limited in 2012-13 but i can not received interest amount as well as fd is matured but not received maturity amount also not received interest. When i search on internet consumer portal so many people having same issue since 2010. I already complain so many time on unitech complain portal but nothing is done and no i am in treble. Please help me to taken back this amount from unitech they are fronde. I am leaving in vadodara and my income is limited so 50, 000 is very big amount for me and my family. I need this money with interest.

No power at vistas project, sector-70 since 28.09.2017. For reference meter detail tc-536 & tc-556. We approached to concern authority related this matter they were told us that there is fault in underground ht cable, so you are requested to do needful to rectify the fault and correct it as soon as possible,
Hopping for you cooperation and early action.

I had a Fixed Deposit of Rs.50, 000/- with Unitech which got matured on 26/10/2015. The FDR No. is 1194449 and A/c No. is 015641. The FD Certificate has been sent under 'Speed Post' on maturity and the same has been received by M/s Unitech. I had tried to contact them over telephone several times, but nobody lifted the telephone. Finding no other alternative I wrote this complaint.

Please arrange to pay the maturity amount with interest immediately.

Following FDR O[censored]nitech group have been matured in the month of December 2016 but we have not received the maturity amount till date .I have deposited through Karvy office in the month of December 2013.I tried to contact the Unitech groups office but no response, PL help me to get maturity values.Fdr jpg file are attached for your reference.

My fdr no is 1210599. Date of issue is 28.02.2013 and date of maturity is 13.01.2016. So far no communication from unitch or its representative. My maturity amount is rs 43565/=. Even after a long wait for the maturity, i did not receive any money. I hope my hard earned money is not lost.

Till the date of maturity i. E, 24.6.15, almost 2 year and 3 month passed neither company relied nor paid the maturity amount with interest. Even after so many phone calls to company no body reply, even many time phone hangup by company executive.

My fd bearing fdr nos - 1200179, 1200180 & 1225781 one lakh each (Principle amount) have completed tenure/maturity on 27/11/2015 & 4/7/2016. Several requests for payment of fd amount along with the interest they promised have went in vain. I am now 68 years old with no much income for my living, depending on these fd amount. Kindly arrange to pay the amount at once.

I have invested huge sums of monies in the project since 2012 but see no signs of progress or start of said project. Is there a forum of buyers of the residences (Sector 117) housing project who can be reached out for joint action against the unitech group? I would like to join and take forward the legal action against them. The unitech owners are behind bars for similar failure to make good the projects in gurgaon and denied bail recently. I am not sure if buyers of the residences have done similarly.?? Any advise.

My name is sanjeev kumar and i have taken a fixed deposit (Fdr no. 1236426, folio no. 1248611, date of issue:- 04.09.2013)
Of your company (Unitech limited) for the amount of rs. 25000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) on dated 21.08.2013 which maturity amount rs. 36304/- due on 21.08.2016.

I have already submitted original fixed deposit certificate/ receipt in karvy stock broking ltd., thane on dated 28.12.2016. Which receiving scanned copy already attached herewith.

We got assurance through your agent that we will get the maturity amount as soon as possible but till date we have not received any amount from your side.

I am a working person with private company and responsible for 5 family members. Last moth my job has already left and i am surviving with a very bad condition with my family. My mother is old and she is suffering from chronic decease and now she is hospitalised, i am very much in debt position and taken money from various person as a lone.

To consider my situation kindly refund my maturity amount rs. 36304/- and help me partly recover my lone.
It will be really great full to you if you consider my request and help me to return my hard earned money with sweat and blood saving.

I had sent original fd receipt along with my bank details to unitech gurgaon office address for redemption of amount. I also received acknowledge of receipt on 18.5.2016. Still i haven't got any amount and also no communication even after 16 months.

In 2010, i have booked a flat in e-4 block in unihomes, bhopal. As per the agreement, he is supposed complete my flat at nov 2011 but the project is still in progress. There's no progress for last 7 years..
Let's make a forum and file a joint complaint against unitech and consortium of builders with them.
