I had bought the attached product on Amazon. The shoe has extremely poor workmanship, more like a street side product rather than a quality product from a global fashion brand. The shoe came almost torn with poor quality stitching that came off within days. The overall look and feel is also not at all premium and is rather squidgy. I think the shoe is not an original product or it is made specially to sell cheap through the web. Extremely disappointed.

I have purchased sunglass o[censored]nited colors of benetton on[protected] from shoppers stop ltd, bhopal-462011 vide cash memo no.3664.
Now problem is that only one time i used it & it's created problem in my eyes & not covered my eyes properely. As i used it my eyes was burning. I went to the shopper stop with bill & as i received sunglass with that condition. But they denied to replace or refund the money. Your policy claimed to exchange & return then how shoppers stop denied to exchange.

Product is not satisfactory as or beyond expectations. I am very disappointed with this product. I want to replacement of this product or refund my money.

Kindly request you to replace the product or refund my money as soon as possible.

I had gone to change my stuff the store manager did not change the stuff nor was ready to give the stuff and today was the last day of sale. I left the stuff in the the store.. I am very upset with such disgusting behaviour. My bill number is 1603, customer i’d is 1013. The bill is worth rs 3099. So you all want to enjoy on people ‘s money and cheat them... Great i am going to post the bills on social media too.

I bought a pair of black jeggings from benetton 2 months back.. After one or two washes, the color of the jeggings got faded. It looks so worn out after just 2 washes.
It is very disappointing to see such a popular brand selling products whivh have quality issues.
I need the refund for my product.
It is my hard earned money.
Also the trouser was washed and dried inside out.. So no question of care not taken.

Bought a pair of brown shoe from the benetton shop at the delhi airport shop (T1). A month later the shoe looks very very patchy with the colour just giving off at various places. I am attaching photos of the discoloured shoe. I do not expect such materials to be sold by such a reputed company. And i have been a customer of benetton for a very long time

Where do i send the shoe. Would you kindly replace them.

We bought 5 tshirts from ucb, noida logix city centre mall sector -32 and all the tshirts have got hole in it without even using them much. What is the point in investing so much of money when it is of no use.
This is a real waste of money, such good brand with no product value.
I hope to have a claim on my purchase.
Give me credits so that we can buy some other stuff. Or else anything in exchange.

I have purchased ucb cotton trouser of rs 4000 from pune stores. After some days the quality issue is been processed. Within one wash the colour or trouser is faded or decolourised, there is also issue arrised in material of trouser, it gets damaged. According to me the quality of trouser is not good. So i would like to refund or exchange the product as soon as possible.

Hi, i'm a very regular customer o[censored]cb - since 1992 or so, so much so that i get only benetton gifts - this is my first ever complaint. I bought ucb leather slippers and the first time, i wore i had my swollen foots and then the second time i kept a parallel footwear along but still coudnt wear it.

It seems the material is so hard or something wrong with the leather sandals. I would like a refund at he earliest!!!

I purchased an ucb slippers online. It was delivered on 04th feb, 2018 and i started wearing it on 05th feb, 2018. The same day it started decolouring. By afternoon, it was unrecognisable as if i have been wearing it since ages. I understand that colours do bleed but not in a day and that too, to this extent. Even locally bought slippers are 10% better in the quality. Highly disappointed with the product and the brand. Also, to mention my husband too, bought a shirt worth rs. 2300/- from ucb store in cp a year back. It too, bled within the first wash and not in a condition to be worn again but we let it go. This is another experience with this brand. Please live up to your words and provide some quality as people are spending their hard earned money. 'united colors of benetton' and colors doesn't even last for a day or a wash. What an irony?

This is to bring to you notice that, i have bought ucb shoes from a store in mahipalpur on 06 jan 2018. The pair of shoes was purchased with 40% discount i. E. ₹1, 329.30. According to me the shoes are of bad quality, as after only one use the sole of the shoes started separating from the body (Picture attached). To be very precise, the sole of the shoes is not losing the connection with the body, but it has been broken. I am using the products o[censored]cb for very long time but this is the forst time i have faced such issue and this is not the quality of the product which is expected from the brand like ucb. I request someone to please intervene and help me.

And now they told me to come next time when new stock reaches to store they will inform me. It was a very bad experience, right now i am just waiting for to sort out this issue, i will never ever visit ucb's store again.

Dear concerned

This is kirti i bought a jegging costs more than rs.2500 from ucb alwar rajasthan on 31st jan 2017 and after 4 uses and 2 washes the color is fading and it is pilling and have small fluff over the item.
This is very disheartening that after paying so much then also it's quality is not up to mark. I want to know if i can go and get it exchanged from any other ucb showroom.
I want to request u to consider this problem as early as possible and give me a solution. I'll be waiting with my best hopes.😑😑😶

Taken wrist watch in dec 2017 rs 2999. Watch not working properly. This watch 1 year warranty but found technical errors in watch. So many times set time but not working proper. Problem is not showing actual time. Technical default in machine. Please arrange the return item or replace the product.

After ordering a coat from the online shop benneton in moscow and receiving my parcel i found out it didn’t fit me. Immediately i sent the purchase back by the post which should have been received by the online store managers in 2 weeks. By the post track the item has been there since 15th of december 2017. I have already called them for several time trying to define the reason of their absolute ignorance. I have only heard that there was some problem with the post office which was the only reason of the delay. It’s already january 2018 and yet i haven’t received my money (No refund) and still waiting for any news. I have no idea how i can act in this unpleasant situation.

I had made a purchase of jogger pants from ucb sometime back.in a span of 4-5 month the joggers pant got torn in the seat area. I had placed a request for return from the outlet that i had made purchase.

It has been almost most than 30 days but there is no revert in this case. They took my pants and said that it will go to the factory for analysis & assessment. Whenever i go to the store they have only one answer that the senior is on leave. Then they say there is no revert from the upper management. I am highly disappointed in the service that i am getting because i have been a loyal customer to ucb and have made quite good purchases. I hope this case gets priority & is resolved asap.

I got a t shirt exchanged at this store.in place of that, i bought three items. When the t shirt was exchanged, the billing guy subtracted the mrp of the t shirt with the highest priced item i had (Offering no discount, while the store was on sale) asking me to pay the difference. While i understand that the mrp of the exchanged would be subtracted from the mrp of the new item, he deliberately picked the highest priced item, thus making it a non sale item. If he would have exchanged the t shirt with the other products i bought (Which were all higher priced than the t shirt), i would have paid less differential and got 40% discount on more expensive items. I pointed this to the guy post billing because that is only when i realized that i was not given the sale benefit of the item i got the t shirt exchanged with, but he refused to re-do the billing. I lost some money but more than that lost trust on the fairness of the store.

My father bought a jeans from delhi for me. Im from raipur. I tried the jeans but it is extra loose. So can i exchange that jeans here at raipur branch of benneton with a one that fits me. Plus.. I have the bill

When my father asked the shopkeeper in delhi about exchanging the jeans, he said that it can be exchanged all over india if you have the bill.

I bought sunglasses in february this year and then had not used them. I had kept then in the case itself. I brought them out to use them this month. As i took them off, they broke from the hinge suddenly. I had barely worn them for 5 minutes. The connections were faulty. One year warranty is there for these goggles but the store refuses to replace or fix them.
