Bought ucb wayfarer from amazon of rs 3000, on 16 dec 2016. It's been broken from temple side. They are under the warranty against manufacturing defect. The UCB outlet at Crown Interiorz Mall Faridabad is charging GST on the discounted amount and passing it on to the customers which is wrong. The discounts offered by the company sales and promotional offer of the company and all tax liabilities on account of the offer/sales is to be borne by the company and not passed on to the customers. Moreover these offers are on jacked up prices which does not reflect the actual cost (including all incidentals)...

I bought a vibrant pair of slippers on 20th june 2017, it hasn't even been a week yet and it has lost 80% of its colour. I paid 499 rupees for a commodity which would have given me a much better utility had i bought it from somewhere else. I as a consumer feel duped and request the matter be taken into consideration.

I have purchased a jeans of high waist for my wife in delhi, where i confirmed from the seller that if it is not matching the size then can i change the product anywhere in india.He gave a confirmation but when i went for returning the same in patna & ranchi but they have not done saying that they dont have this product. This is to inform you that i bought a jegging from one of your ucb stores which i kept with me for 2 or 3 weeks as i did not like it, later i went to that store again to get that changed but no new stuff was there, i asked them to give me a credit note but they said that keep the product with you and you can get it changed just dont pull off the tags.

I bought UCB shoes through an e-retailer two years ago, and within a year, the sole of the shoes began to wear out, to the extent that there is a crack in the sole. I haven't been able to wear the shoes since then. I went to one of your showrooms in Rajouri Garden Market in West Delhi but they refused to fix it.
I think the shoes are fine and can be worn again, provided the sole if changed.

I was sold a wallet in a local shoe shop in New Zealand in a sale. It had a Benetton identity card inside. The original price said $99 but I paid $10. I thought I had a great deal until I took a closer look and discovered the colour flaking off the wallet. I have therefore concluded I was sold something fraudulent and not the genuine article.

I purchase some clothing from benetton store at wtp jaipur on April 1, 2017.
Tshirt and jeans is loosing it colour even in a normal water without detergent in first wash (i use esay for washing).
And please don't suggest me the process of careful handling about clothes, which i always do.
Very disappointed with the poor product quality.
I don't know what quality control team do at your company...

I'm dr. Phanendra imandi, purchased a brand new sun glasses model no. Bs 570si4, at shopper's stop, visakhapatnam. On 05/02/17, got repaired within few days.
The screw in the right temple lost and glass fell down on 01/04/17 and i returned back to showroom. They have sent it to company and given back to me after 20 days i. E., on 24/04/17, and the same complaint repeated the next day.
Crew lost in right temple and glass fell...

I bought a jeans from Myntra and received on 21st March. After a month o[censored]se, jeans is worn out from various places. UCB is a multinational brand and I did not expected this quality from them.

I have written to Myntra regarding this but I'm not hoping any support from them and that's why I'm writing in this forum. Please do the needful and help....

Blue washed mid rise skinny fit jeans rs.2899 from dlf mall of india, noida sector 18 and having bubbles inside which produce after use or rubbing... But i havent used that yet... I want to exchange same with the fresh piece... Staff are coperative but they are not having the fresh piece what will be its solution... I need to exchange till 26 april 2017..
