We had recently shopped with united colors of benetton for rs 2273 in the first week of july and experienced a highly disappointing behavior from their staff.
We shopped for some garments for which no printed bill was received by us.
On top of that, we were charged for both vat as well as gst which isn't an ethical practice.
On confronting, the center manager o[censored]cb, nagpur (Central mall) and the employees behaved in a very unethical manner and started threatening us by giving examples of similar incidents that occurred in the past.
Their attitude was very adamant and very harsh.
We had never expected such shocking behavior from such an established organization.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
We will be expecting a full refund of the money as not only charging us with both vat and gst was not the followed norm but the behavior and the attitude of the staff throughout the incident was very disrespectful and unethical.

I purchased three shirts at ucb brigade road outlet but due to some stains and the fullness of one shirt i wanted to exchange it so i contacted the particular store employee and he told me i can exchange the merchandise at any ucb store so i approached orion store and found a frock which cost 3999 which was in the sale counter only but the shirt i wanted to exchange was 2299. The person at orion outlet o[censored]cb disagreed to give me 50% sale discount as mentioned.

I recently purchased the sunglasses from shopperstop outlet. However i noticed a black dot on the glasses. When i brought it back at the outlet, they advised that they will send it to the service centre, and asked me to pay certain charges when the sunglasses are still under warranty.

I have called the customer care number 4-5 times yesterday. Every time they pick up my call and transfer it to some "vinay sharma" who is never available. I have left voice messages as well, but still haven't received any call backs.

I called the customer care twice today. Either they would transfer my call to "vinay sharma" or they would disconnect the call slightly after answering it.

I have also attached a screenshot of my call log to show the number of times i have called your customer care number.

Can you kindly look into this issue and resolve this at your earliest.

Dear sir,
I purchased a gift for my friends daughter on11.6.2017 from sevoke road unit o[censored]rs along with other clothing.
My friends was impressed with print and product and assured of making future purchase with ucb for their family,
But to his and mine too the dress got faded and cut only after the 1st wash,
My friend went to the store where she was not responded at all and refused any service after lots of request the store sales person accepted the defect but refused service as it was a discount product, on assuring him that the product was offer of 10000+10000free offer and not on sale, store incharged changed tone and said it was more than 15 days.
On the whole it was clear that somehow not to give any service to the customer.
Really unexpected and highly disappointed with such stores o[censored]cb

I purchased a t shirt of rs 1699/- with bill no e37s16/5021 by your united colors of bention kankarbagh shop on dated[protected].
After first washed i found some holes in the t shirt. I m out of town since march 2017 to june 2017. So i am unable to reach your shop for exchange within 15 days. Now when i reached your shop on 11/07/2017 your shop owner told me that there is a time bond for exchange within 90 days. But it is no where mentioned in your bill. So why i am don't know this fact. Please do something about my complain for exchange the t-shirt. Otherwise iwill be takecare of that in future me and my family members, relative will never purchased any product of your shop and company. Photos of t-shirt is attached.

Bought ucb wayfarer from amazon of rs 3000, on 16 dec 2016. It's been broken from temple side. They are under the warranty against manufacturing defect. Tried to contact ucb customer care through email id and on fb. Email id given is not valid and they have not responded yet on their fb page. Having bill of the described item. I want it to be replaced.

The UCB outlet at Crown Interiorz Mall Faridabad is charging GST on the discounted amount and passing it on to the customers which is wrong. The discounts offered by the company sales and promotional offer of the company and all tax liabilities on account of the offer/sales is to be borne by the company and not passed on to the customers. Moreover these offers are on jacked up prices which does not reflect the actual cost (including all incidentals) of the product. Thus, this is exhorting money in the name of GST and indirectly a double taxation on the same product. MoF should give clearcut guidelines and directions to the companies regarding charging of GST on the discounted amount so that these are not illegaly passed on to the customers

I have purchased one t shirt and formal shir at United colours of Benetton at Forum Mall (Chennai-Vadapalani) branch 2 days back. They are running sale up to 50%. I have bought the cloths which was 40% off. The salesman (Sabashkhan) has billed my product and cheated me by adding GST 12% after lessing 40% in the manual bill. When I questioned him, he said this is the instruction which we received post GST. I had a doubt and cross checked the same with other UCB branch (Express Avenue). After checking with them I came to know that they are supposed to sell inclusive of GST after giving all discount. I went back to forum mall UCB branch and asked him to refund. He has shouted at me in a very rude manner and told me to take action against them and do whatever I want. He behaves like a rowdy when I questioned him to check the other branch procedure and follow the same.

I would request you to take an immediate action against this branch befire he mints more money from innocent public. He keeps selling everything by putting manual billing and looting GST amount. I have the proof and bills with me.

I have purchased the clothes of rs: 6307/- after 50% discount on dated 5th july 2017 from pune central mall, i was worn the t-shirt only 6hrs after that t-shirt got lint issue and this tshirt is looking very bad condition.
Main thing is your customer care numbers are incorrect how could we contact to you.
Please look into this issue and resolve this?
How could i change this product please let me know.

I bought a vibrant pair of slippers on 20th june 2017, it hasn't even been a week yet and it has lost 80% of its colour. I paid 499 rupees for a commodity which would have given me a much better utility had i bought it from somewhere else. I as a consumer feel duped and request the matter be taken into consideration.

Heya i have an issue with one of your retailer here in vadodara, gujarat, india whose store is in inorbit mall, gorwa.

I bought 5 apparels together on 4/5/17 and at that time i told them that i am flying to dubai so if there will be any change in the merchandise i will come back and ask for replace the salesperson informed me that if you don't remove the tag we can do that and so i also agreed upon at that time they did not inform me any time limit that you need to come in these many days and also did not tell me that when you purchase in scheme you cannot replace it.

Today when i returned to the store they simply denied for replacing and told me that i am speaking lie.

I am a regular customer o[censored]cb and faced such an issue for the first time. I think this retailer of yours don't worry for your brand name and customer value.

I feel sorry that you will now loose one customer forever and my feedback for the brand will not be bad but for store definitely be bad.

Hi, i have purchased a jegging from vadodara inorbit mall, united colours of benetton on[protected] invoice number 735306, however the jegging lost its shape just in fewhours... I had such problem in the past with ur brand product, when i told the branch manger o[censored]cb of the same he said that they would send the product for quality check n get back to me after 10 days, when they got back to me... They said the product is in good condition.. N did nothing for the same... Hence to avoid the same issuse this time i have also resigered a complain with consumer court (Jago grahak jago) complaint number (314240)... Hope u look into my issue and get back to me with help... Or else i will have to proceed further by sending u a notice, for filling case against ur company... Thanking you...

On further investigating, these sites are genuine & sell original products only. So why there is this much difference in price.

I’m a loyal customer o[censored]cb brand & often buy products from your retail outlets. And this is really shocking to me. I feel like cheated.

The price difference was good rs. 1000 which will make all my future purchases from online shopping companies & not from any of your retail outlets.

I have purchased a jeans of high waist for my wife in delhi, where i confirmed from the seller that if it is not matching the size then can i change the product anywhere in india.He gave a confirmation but when i went for returning the same in patna & ranchi but they have not done saying that they dont have this product. I am really disappointed as i am regular customer & this is huge money loss for me.please suggest what should i do.

I bought a slipper o[censored]cb on 17 May 2017 which is very comfortable. But the main thing is that the print of that slippers is starting erasing too fast. This is to inform you that i bought a jegging from one of your ucb stores which i kept with me for 2 or 3 weeks as i did not like it, later i went to that store again to get that changed but no new stuff was there, i asked them to give me a credit note but they said that keep the product with you and you can get it changed just dont pull off the tags.
Few days later on 7th may i went to pacific mall subash nagar, new delhi to check out the ucb store, but there also i did not find anything. So i was actually forced to keep the product.
After keeping it for few weeks i wore it one day and when i washed it, i was surprised to see that the jegging was too loose. It was too fitted but now it has changed to one size bigger. It's a product of 3k and it was not at all acceptable from such a brand that product will get destroyed after only one wash. I'm a regular customer o[censored]cb but this is the first time i'm facing this issue. I want a resolution for this b'coz i wont take it.

Would appreciate a quick and positive response.

I bought UCB shoes through an e-retailer two years ago, and within a year, the sole of the shoes began to wear out, to the extent that there is a crack in the sole. I haven't been able to wear the shoes since then. I went to one of your showrooms in Rajouri Garden Market in West Delhi but they refused to fix it.
I think the shoes are fine and can be worn again, provided the sole if changed.
