I have been doing contact with customer care many times but till now have not received any responce. Please send technician asap as the geyser is not working since one month and not even completed 1year.. When you keep on the geyser it produce some abnormal sounds and get socks.. Please do the needful as soon as possible. It is being very needy for me..

I have purchased Usha Halogen Oven on 22/9/18 and from that day no one came to give Demo and today its almost 21 days completed. Everytime I am calling customer care they are giving new dates and no engineer is visiting to give demo. I am in very big problem as I don't know how to use and no one is helping us out.
Inspite of calling to Usha Co rep Mr Amit Ph No [protected] as given by M/s Bonny Sales, Kolkata for providing demo on new purchase o[censored]sha Auto Sewing Machine, no response has yet to received. Pls send your technician for demo earliest.

    The most rubbish company ever i bought an electrical appliance.
    The company is good for nothing i think ppl reading the msg and those raising complaints have learnt the lesson of not buying any usha products further.
    Next step left for me to is go to consumer court for the irresponsible behaviour and unproffesional attitude.
    The company ppl are so inefficient that if there is any award for inefficiency undoubdetly usha workers will bag it hands on.
    All are trained liars sucking public money.

      I have bought water gyser and raise a request for installation and got a call from service center and they are asking me to bring my own plumber and confirm that my site is "OK" for installing your product after that they will come and install the product and now they are not taking my call and its been 2 days now. Is this the process you do for installing your product. If so then I would highly recommend to all the customers not to buy USHA product because they have unskilled engineers to do the work. Now whenever I called to customer care executive for this complaint they simply says it will take another 2 days for installation and cut the call. I am sure that you are giving false commitment to the customer that installation duration is 24 to 48 hrs. I strong request to look into this matter ASAP or let me know if I need to reach out to entire USHA management and on social media as well.
      I have complained about Geyser on 04/10/2018 but not yet (11/11/2018) resolved. So many times reminded to customer care but they don't bother about customer. This is the pathetic service o[censored]sha

        Please take away the street dogs near by tilak nagar school & sai baba mandir dombivli (East) as some of the dogs have bitten the small small children and because of this they are in trouble now.
        Request you to kindly look in to this matter seriously and take the necessary action immediately as we residents is also facing a lot of problems majorly during early morning and night hours.

          I was purchased a water pump (Moter) on dated 24/06/18 with one year guaranty and warranty. But now moter is not working last one week. I was called to customer care many times they always replied due to technical issue cal again after 10 minute. We are facing lot of problems regarding my home water supply. So please look into this.

              I purchased usha dream stitch sewing machine from flipkart (Invoice no fabmu[protected] dated 23.08.2018). I booked a demo if the machine by calling on the toll free number of the usha on 28 aug (Ref. Id is cc[protected]). Nobody has approached me till date. I wrote an email also to their corporate office ([protected]@ushainternational.com) with a reminder today. But it seems all are sleeping in the company and nobody bothers about the customer.
              Cc [protected] ref 3346 not responding complaint registered more than 3 times to rectify the Ceiling fan purchased within one year
              I bought a ceiling fan on 20/02/2018.Now it not start.

                The hyde park sector 78 noida builder has given usha ceiling fan to me in october 2017. I call customer service they are saying please provide fan bills. But builder has not provided fan bills and all fans are from usha company. What is warranty and till now these fans are in under warranty.
                Fan sound is irritating me whole night.

                    I purchased usha helix pro high speed pedestal fan on 17/03/2017. But the is not functioning for last two months. So i raised a complaint in customer care for three or four times but no response. Representative not attending our complaint. I feel very bad about your service. Even 1000 rs local fans running properly. But your highly reputed company high quality and high price fans not working properly. Please try to maintain proper service.

                      I purchased usha wonder stitch sewing machine through amazon. I have requested for demo. No representative has contacted yet. Even after raising 'n' number of complaints the issue is not resolved yet. It is being said by customer care it will be resolved definitely in a a day or two from last 3 weeks without any action. Couldn't expect this worst service from a brand like usha. Would be helpful if resolved at least now.

                        I have purchased a water cooler o[censored]sha international on 28th april 2018 of rs. 11000/-. However its fan is not working i have already lodged a complaint on 25th july and their engineer visited on 27th and confirmed that the motor of the fan is not working he will change it next day but till today there is no update and i am calling him on daily basis but the revert is same " sir we will come tomorrow.

                        Request you to please look into this or refund my amount or get it repaired.

                          I bought a USHA window cooler a month ago.I have frustated after requesting to MYUSHA many a times in a month.Their service team has come and failed to solve the issue.

                          They have committed to replace this cooler as this problem is found many of the cooler of this perticular model.

                          Also commited to replace this cooler but till date no response found from USHA team.

                            Complaint has been lodged on 22.06.18. But due to nonavailability of spare part it remains unattended till date. I have been given excuses for quiet sometime with the assurance that it will be resolved. However, the spare part, which is filament of the oven, has still not been delivered.

                            I would like it to be resolved at the earliest. Preferably during the weekend.
                            If that is not possible the oven may be replaced by a new one with 50%dicount. The oven is quiet new. The model no of the halogen oven is ho 3212

                              My brother, Rajendra Sharma, Rani Sir Bas, Bikaner has purchased one "Memory Craft 200E machine" from Gurunanak Enterprises (India), Station Road, Bikaner vide bill No. 1434 dated 13.06.2018 for Rs. 53, 000/-. After two/three days of its installation, the machine started giving trouble and he lodged the complaint. However, your technician visited set right the problem, but again after two days the problem occurred. The problem is occurring very frequently which gives an impression that the machine is having some manufacturing defects and needs to be replaced. My brother has lodged complaints with your dealers many a times e.g. on 29.06.2018 i.e. after 15 days of its purchase, again 03.07.2018, 18.07.2018 (complaint No. [protected], [protected] etc.). Is it right; Is it appreciable for a internally known company; then what is the use of going in for "Usha" brands ?

                              I am very surprised that a company of international repute is not heeding to replace the said machine which is having a manufacturing defect due to which it is regularly giving trouble. In my life, I have also used the other appliances of "Usha", but never faced any problem for years together even after warranty period, but in the instant case my brother is facing the problem from the day when the machine was installed which is not appreciable. "Usha" is known by its brand name, not only in India, but it is of international repute. I am also surprised that your dealer at Jaipur, who might have fed up with noting down the complaint of a particular customer i.e. my brother once or twice in a week, has blocked the mobile No. of my brother which is not desirable from a Company of international repute, like you. I am writing with great dismay that if this is the attitude/behaviour of the Company''s dealers or the Company itself who are not genuinely dealing with the problem and not ready to replace the defective machine, then it is not worthwhile to recommend the products o[censored]sha.

                              Through this letter I request you to kindly replace the machine at the earliest so that my brother does not face problem, otherwise we shall be constrained and will have no other option except to go to the court for sorting out the matter as it is hardly one month's time and the machine is not working as per the standard norms of the Company itself for which the Company would be held responsible for all the losses/damages/expenses likely to be incurred on this account.

                                Worst response by usha. I bought new usha geyser at girias 3 months back, and it is not heating water now. I had to complain so many times in customer care and still they didn't take proper action though warranty exists. Person whom they sent first time, didn't do proper service and again i had register the ticket in customer care for repair. Customer care people didn't open the ticket and the people in service center in bangalore says that they don't have any open ticket. Finally they didn't resolve the issue and they keep on pushing days.

                                Usha provides the worst service. I am really struggling after purchasing this geyser.

                                  I purchased usha coffee and spice grinder model no mg 3410 on 18.10.2016 from kitchen queen lumding during this period said product several times repaired by his machanics but this product is totally unusuble i have been done several times complain for this product i am totally harrased by usha international it was again out of order from 07.07.2018 i complained about this product on 11.07.18 but till date no anyone contact me.
                                  I want to replace my product otherwise i will be file a case in consumer court.

                                    I purchased the above stove on 30 october 2017.
                                    On using it i noticed that the burners would light after several clicks (Battery operated) which in turn escaped a lot of gas and the flame almost coming on to me. Also, the flames of all three burners even after turning the knobs to the lowest point are still relatively high. Food meant for slow cooking burns and remains uncooked.

                                    As i was tied up with other matters, i overlooked this drawback and lodged a complaint no.[protected] on 12 june 2018.

                                    A technician came over and after seeing the hob he said there is not much he can do. He too experienced difficulty in lighting the burners. He took photographs and a video of the 3 burners and departed.

                                    As my complaint remained the same i called up the shop from where i had purchased the hob and they gave me the number of a mr. Amrish who apparently is the supplier. On explaining to him the nature of my complaint, he requested me to call a mr. Pankaj - service manager in mumbai.

                                    I called up mr. Pankaj and explained to him my complaint and he asked me to send a video of the hob on whatsapp which i did. He told me that the hob is as per standard and blocked me thereafter.

                                    As my complaint remains unresolved i formally put this redressal for action by you. My complaints are 1) difficulty in lighting the burners and 2) no slow cooking facility.

                                    I hope you will look into this matter as early as possible.

                                      We had given our janome dream stitch sewing machine for service at showroom since the warranty expiry was getting nearer. When we got back the machine, the bobbin spinner was not working. When we raised another complaint they visited and informed that the bobbin spinner rod is worn out and needs to be changed. He charged Rs.240 and closed the complaint mentioning that no charges was collected.

                                      When we took back the machine after service, nothing was mentioned to us that the bobbin spinner rod is worn out.

                                        We bought 3nos 1200mm Striker fan from Police Canteen @ Dindigul, Tamilnadu..on 06th june'17..
                                        Last may month we got a complaint in our fan..(Not Working).
                                        So I complained to Usha Customer care ([protected])….but they are no response for me
                                        I'm very dissatisfied with Usha Service.

                                        15 days before I directly went and gave my fan for service @ RSK Electronics... they collected my fan, then I followed regularly... but No responded from them.. So today I went and collected my repaired fan from RSK Electronics...Still complaint is pending...

                                        VERY WORST SERVICE IN USHA INTERNATIONAL...
                                        IN FUTURE I WON'T PURCHASE THESE PRODUCT...
