This PAN card is urgently required by the department in which I am serving. Please look into the matter at the earliest. I can collect the same from the Post Office at Railway Station, Jammu my self. please arrenge to resend the same immediately.

Here with i bring to your kind notice that i had applied for a new PAN Card in the name of GANGARAM D which was dispatched to my corresponding address in the month of November. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as I was out of my town and my Home door was found locked when the local Post Man reached my Home. Later, after couple of days I contacted the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.
Therefore, I request you to resend my PAN Card to my address mentioned below as well as I have mentioned my details below.

But i have submitted all the required documents through speed post (Rt[protected]in) on 15th november 2016, to the pan office at guindy-chennai. And the post is delivered on 17 nov 2016. But still i have not received any call or intimation from pan service provider.

Therefore, i would request your good self to kindly look into this matter urgently and do the needful as soon as possible.

I had submitted an application through utiitsl online for the alteration of my surname and change of residential address reg. My pan aslps6542e on 17.9.2016 and also paid their processing fee of rs.107/- immediately. Later i sent the copy of online application (Ref. No.[protected] duly signed along with documentary proofs as per requirement through speed post to their asaf ali road, new delhi - 110002.

Later i came know through online status that my said application was withheld due to some discrepancy. As advised i contacted their office on phone and was asked to submit the form annexure - a duly attested by the gazetted officer with his or her copy of id card which was sent again through speed post on 30.9.2016 duly completed in all respects as required.

But even after 5 days since then their online status shows the same as before. I am trying to contact their land line nos but always going busy.

I am a house wife and can not visit their office personally in their working hours. Please help me.

I had applied for a duplicate pan card on 29th february 2016, against coupon code[protected] with the income tax department. However, since all these weeks i am getting the updates that it is still withheld for some duplication issue. Can i please know the exact reason why my pan card is on hold since such a long time?
I was asked to send an annexure a form to utiitsl mumbai, but that form was never acknowledged. When i called, after so many difficulties the utiitsl customer care took the call and asked me to send a mail and then only they will send annexure a. I told them i has already sent a signed and attested annexure a.
I have sent them the mail, but no reply. They have some very unhelping customer care number which is not at all approachable and hardly anyone takes the call.
It is a pan card issue, which is quite serious.

Hello sir... 3 weeks ago I applied for a duplicate pan card but on tracking it in d given website I found that it has been withheld due to the mismatched date of birth in ITD and application form. All the details provided by me states that my date of birth is 05.05.1994 and not on 06.05.1994. It is just a typing mistake from your side.Plz sir consider the fault and issue me the pan card as soon as possible...

I had applied online for date of birth & address correction on my pan card no-aqspb2277q, payment was done online and was successful as well. Now the status showing is "application is withheld for processing with information to the applicant; awaiting reply from the applicant." they did not mentioned about the detail of the information which is required and did not mentioned the reason clearly for withhold my application. I have applied for the new pan card on 06/08/2016.
There was no option to fill the AO Type and Location of AO.
As a result an incomplete online application was generated and the transaction fee of rs 107.00 was deducted from my account.
This was the problem of the portal and no mistake was done from my side.
The incomplete form is of no use to me. I no longer want to apply for the PAN. Please refund my charges.
There is no email id for the complaint listed on website and there is no sort of customer support.

I had applied online for the pan cards as per the token numbers (u-n[protected], n[protected], n[protected], n[protected], n[protected], n[protected], n[protected] & also dispatched its hard copies via trackon courier receipt no. [protected] on dated 27/07/2016 at the address o[censored]ti pan card office delhi. by tracking the courier receipt it is clearely shows that the hard copies of the same has been successfully delivered to the address of the company & they have also get the receiving stamp of the company. but on the other hand when i track these numbers on the uti website, it shows that the documents has not been received yet. these are total seven pan cards & i have also paid the fees @107/- each (total rs. 749/-). there is only one contact number for helpline i. e.[protected], which is 24 hours busy & never replied. now, it has been passed more than 15 days & there is no response by the company, even after sending the several e-mails one by one to their address i. e. utiitsl. [protected]@utiitsl.com. what an irresponsible behavior of such a company which is a famous name in the country. if, there will be no reply/response with in 7 days by the company for clearance, helplessly, i'll have to file a case against them for the loss of my time, money & inconvenience caused to me together with mind botheration.

I've applied for the new Pan card 1 months back. From last 17 days pan card online status is showing as " application is received and is under verification".

As per my knowledge any pan card processing time is maximum 15 days.
My request to process my application asap.

I have filled the application form online o[censored]ti and made the payment online. When i went to submit the form to a nearby uti office, vv mohalla, adipampa road, mysore[[protected]]. They rejected saying that i have filled the application form wrongly and rejected it. If last name initials as[bp] are not allowed then online application should not get submitted. It is a mistake with online website.


But now they are asking me pay again and submit the form again. Please do rectify this issue.
