Dear Sir,
I have applied online for correction in my pan card and paid the money also through online which has already been debited from my account on the same day.but I have so far not received any reply and also poor response from Chennai office when enquired and there is no one available to help or guide the customers who are in need.
Details are given below.

On[protected] i applied for a new pan application and filled up the form as per attachement, and paid for the same through my credit card. The payment got deducted from my account.

But no token or receipt no is given to me on account o[censored]ti site crash.

I tried to contact customer care, but no response i get from them neither i got my payment back nor i receive the token number

March 17 I tried to fill a PAN Card in UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited [UTIITSL]. I typed password otp and all correctly but somehow transaction failed. I tried second times again and again . Suddenly I got two messages in mobile as my account was charged for the two times. Still I didn't getting any refund. No response from customer care.They handle customers like poop. I have all the proof correctly. My account number is [protected]. I ll definitely go to consumer court if it is not refunded in 5 days.

I apply for new pan card application no.U-n[protected] dated on 05/02/2016. But they were showing some document problem. Again i sent document . I sent document three times according to them which they asked by indian speed post. Speed post no are ed[protected]in dated on 10/02/2016, ed[protected]in dated on 26/02/2016, eh[protected]in dated on 05/03/2016. All hard copy sent on delhi region brach pan pdc incharge. I sent e-mail many time at last i got mail from uti delhi region ok but after that i didn't get any update my pan status. Help me to make pan card as soon as possible.

I had applied for PAN Card correction through Online & submitted the listed documents to Kolkata UTIITSL office through SpeedPost which was received just within two days.
After 1-2 days, I visited the UTIITSL site to check the status & found that 1 document is required to prove my Father's full name.
I again sent all the documents along with the requested one to the same office through Courier & it also reached within 1-2 days time. But I am unable to see any status update online.
I even called the office number Tel No:[protected] / 22424774. They asked me to send a mail to PAN.[protected]@UTIITSL.com which I did along with a reminder. But till now absolutely no response nor any update in online status.

Dear sir/madam i have applied for pan card in the month of february 2/02/2016 and i got acknowledgement on 07/02/[protected] .And it was successfully accepted and the card was printed (Pan no :azbpv7427n) and dispatched from bpc uti kokan bhavan . (Postal reg id rm[protected]in) on 05/03/2016 and reached our nearest post office on 08/03/2016 .But due to the insufficient address furnished by pan card service center .It was returned to bpc uti kokan bhavan on 11/03/2016.But they even did not call us .So please kindly send my pan card to the above address and kindly do the needfull .

My csf pan application no is Q[protected] and pan no is AKCPR4859C submitted 19/01/2016 after some time not track application no. and not received pan card .

I have applied for the correction of my mother's name in Pan card. As in previous card her name was mentioned Shakuntla Sharma. Which is wrong, her correct name is Shakuntala Sharma, of which i have produce her Aadhar card as a document. I have applied for the same on 27 jan 2016. But still it's showing PAN provided in your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' has been deleted / deactivated by Income Tax Department and is under examination at ITD.

What is that means as i know it will take minimum 15 days for the correction but it's 40 days passed still pending showing.

Please revert on urgent basis, I have applied for her passport, and it required the Pan card mandatory. So please revert on urgent basis.

I try to payment for pan card application on utiitsl, tranjection id is fb[protected] on date 04/03/2016. Payment is debited from my account, but the conformation page come.

I have applied for correction of my pan card bearing no APCPK2945R but the company has put an observation stating that my father name is not matching with ITD data from application, whereas my pan card having the same name of my father as i mentioned in application for correction.

Kindly suggest me next course of action.

I do not beleive how pathetic is your service and the executives. I am sorry to say these harsh words but that's the truth.

First i send application with attaching my passport - for your information passport is considered as one of the priority identity proof.

When i come to know the pan card application is on hold or rejected due to no address proof; i sent/resubmitted an address proof - (which is wellknown and nationalised bank fyi) bank passbook and last 3 months mobile postpaid bill (i hope you understand now-a-days no one uses ordinary telephone landline).

On the very next day when i receive returned application from you - i immediately sent/resubmitted the application with the same documents - bank passbook and mobile postpaid bills last 3 months.

Without any reason i come to know that now you guys need identity proof and date of birth proof.

Instead of making the process easy as we live in digital india you and your team making it more cumbersome for indian citizens (by birth).

I sincerely request you guys to process refund of 107 rupees as soon as possible.


Ps : none of your landline or phone lines are working so stop mentioning them in your email signatures and website.

Pleases find below Pan Application number and the status for the same which I got to know by your On-line application status link,
which state that contact the application centre where I submitted the form, however their is no one who can address me on below issue reason is no one answer the given numbers which available in your website and not even replied on my previous mail.

I want to know which document is missing and from and which incomplete information I provided or what is the actual issue here I fail to understand that.

I have applied a PAN CARD in October 2015 with application number N[protected].
A PAN CARD has been issued in my name but is not delivered to me, since I was
out of station. Please issue me a new pan card.
