I have applied pan to my friend by selecting aadhaar as poi & poa, however after the payment made, it not accepting aadhaar as poi & poa. After i got the error, i sent email to isw.[protected]@utiitsl.com on 19-04-16 addressing to nalini. But no response. After daily chase, atlast i got connection to the telephone no[protected]. Not received till date. Status Shows "Application has been marked for duplicate verification . awaiting confirmation from the income tax department". This status showing from many days. How many days required for such verification from department. What can I do for getting my pan card at the earliest....

March 17 I tried to fill a PAN Card in UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited [UTIITSL]. I typed password otp and all correctly but somehow transaction failed. I tried second times again and again . Suddenly I got two messages in mobile as my account was charged for the two times. Still I didn't getting any refund. No response from customer care.They handle customers like poop. I have all the proof correctly....

I had applied for PAN Card correction through Online & submitted the listed documents to Kolkata UTIITSL office through SpeedPost which was received just within two days.
After 1-2 days, I visited the UTIITSL site to check the status & found that 1 document is required to prove my Father's full name.
