Hi, I had applied for name correct on my PAN card. Payment was done online and was successful as well. After that I sent all relevant documents via India Post (Speed Post service) to Delhi Regional office. on 9/06/2016.
India post website showing the status as documents were delivered on 11/06/2016 but even after 10 days UTI webiste showing same status as on day 1 i.e "Your Application in original (with physical documents) is Not Received yet."
I am trying to call on numbers provided on their website but no one is receiving that call. So now I am not sure is there any further step a normal Indian Citizen can take who is paying taxes for past 10 years without fail.
Getting any task done from any government office, still feels like next to impossible. They take money and just relax.
Process is though easier for new pan cards request ( as this is source of income) but way too difficult for getting any correction done on PAN card.

I made online payment on 03/06/2016 of Rs.107/-. payment was not success Ref. no. [protected]IG0CCIWEP5.Again i paid second time that payment was showed successful Ref. no.GSBI[protected]IG0CCIZNJ2. But Still i didn't get refund which is paid 1st time Ref. no. [protected]IG0CCIWEP5 which was unsuccessful. Kindly refund the amount which was unsuccessful.

On Tracking the Status for this coupon number, the message Pops up - "No Record Found"
Kindly speed up the process and update the status at the earliest since am urgently in need of the same.

I had applied for pan card change with coupon number q[protected] on 29 may 2016. Now the status showing is application is withheld for processing due to incomplete details / documentary proof. Please contact to the pan centre where pan application submitted. They did not mentioned about the detail of the missing documents and also they did not mentioned the reason clearly for withhold my application. Please help me to overcome this problem.

Please contact to the pan centre where pan application submitted". What should i do now? I have also tried to contact uti infra mumbai office but i am getting continuously line busy error and they are not giving reply to my mail as well. Please help me & resolve this issue.

I've applied for new pan card my coupon number is[protected] it's showing status as "APPLICATION IS WITHHELD FOR PROCESSING DUE TO INCOMPLETE DETAILS / DOCUMENTARY PROOF. PLEASE CONTACT TO THE PAN CENTRE WHERE PAN APPLICATION SUBMITTED". What should I do now? I've mailed all the documents as I got mail to submit the documents. Please help me soon, I need it for my job hunt. Documents were sent on April 25th, it's already late please help me as soon as possible.

I have applied for correction in pan card details. My application coupon no is u-q[protected].
In the application i had given surname as"dati" and "jayaram"as first name, to which the system is taking "jayaram dati" by default. But my name in all correspondences is"dati jayaram". Same case for my father's name also (Dati nrusingha nath in all correspondences) but in the application form it is taken as"nrusingha nath dati"which is not correct.
Please resolve the issue.

I sent the application form with supporting documents to new delhi uti department. After this, when i see the status of my application : it shows "Marked for Objection - Address mismatch with ID proof".

When i called the customer care, Send the documents again with Address proof and ID proof. He told me that address first part i.e House number is not mandatory. It is actually not present in the address proof.

I sent the documents again .
Now the status changed to "incomplete details"
Every time they just update the status of PAN application .
saying "Marked for objection"

Please look into this matter and help me as i have invested more than 250 rupees where it takes only 107.

I had applied for pan card through uti & my application coupon number is u[protected]. I had not received any information as what happening with pan card. Dear Sir,

I had applied for name change on my existing PAN card around 2 months back alongwith all listed documents on website, but still status is showing as withheld. A month back when i tried to contact, UTITSL delhi office they told me to send an Affidavit which I sent via India Post and it was delivered on 11th April. But application status is same as previous. One more thing which is more painful is that nobody bothers to pick phone calls, although 5-6 numbers are provided on website, but calls are not attended not even on a single number. When nobody has to answer on those phone numbers, then why do you display them on website. Last tiem when I was able to talk was a month back and that too after trying continuously for 3 hrs.
What kind of service you are providing. This is pathetic.

Request you to plz look into this and make employees at least pick up the call and answer to customer queries.

Dear sir/mam am prakash from tamilnadu, am having common service centre and i have applied for the pan card through that nearly one month time finished card didnt process i have attached everything and i paid, nearly 10 cards they are doing like this kindly do needful things, my vle id: tn[protected], , and my contact no: [protected], problem doing company is uti pan card services, and one more application done when i pay payment it was sucessful they told payment not receive, please kindly rectify all those problem am facing more problem in my customer side.

I had applied for the PAN Card for my daughter on the 7th of April 2016. On the 20th of April 2016 we tracked the UTI site and found that the PAN card had been despatched on the 20th of April 2016. On the 23rd we checked the speed post tracking site, where it stated that it is pending. Today, on 25th of April 2016, we checked again and it stated that it had been delivered. When we called the Speed Post helpline number at 4.45 p.m. today, they informed that a number had been allotted for the consignment (ET[protected]IN) but the speed post helpline officials informed that it has not been booked so far. It is more than 17 days and we have still not received the PAN Card. We need to submit the same by tomorrow. We request your good office to take action in this regard.

I have applied pan to my friend by selecting aadhaar as poi & poa, however after the payment made, it not accepting aadhaar as poi & poa. After i got the error, i sent email to isw.[protected]@utiitsl.com on 19-04-16 addressing to nalini. But no response. After daily chase, atlast i got connection to the telephone no[protected]. An executive confirmed that uti is not accepting aadhaar as proof.

My question, why does not accepting the aadhaar since it pm's dream to implement it to entire nation? If you not accepting then why did you keep it in the drop down of list of documents? If not, why did you deduct money and then popup the error for not accepting the aadhar?

Please clarify and refund my amount.

With reference to the above subject, i have to state that i have filled pan application online 25/02/2016 and i got acknowledgement number u - n[protected] and got message on my mail i.E. "your application is withheld for processing.
Objection marked - [ uid authentication mismatch and poi/poa/pdob proof given as copy of aadhaar ]. - application will be processed after deleting aadhaar, provided valid poi/poa/podob other than aadhaar copy are submitted/attached with this pan application."

I phoned many times but not accepted my phones also.

I don't know what mean by poi/poa/pdob but your pune customer care is not gave me any answer.

Please let me know long form of poi/poa/pdob. Also for a long period the pan is pending and no any contact with your pune customer care. So please give me suggestions regarding above.

My wife neha chaturvedi had applied for pan card through online (Application/ coupan no. U-n[protected] following the instructions and had sent it to your office through indian postal service. On checking its status following message is shown.

"application is withheld for processing due to incomplete details / documentary proof. Please contact to the pan centre where pan application submitted."
As she had applied it online and hard copy along with required documents were sent through post office where should i consult. Please also tell what details/ documents are still required. Please reply on the given email id. If not possible please refund the fee deposited through debit card.
