I have not got the refund of my order even after several phone calls ..Order no 241291.The product was not good so i returned.They did the delivery in 2 days for cod option and after comlaint they took it back so soon but after that no refund one month is already over.Pathetic customer care...

I have placed an order on 25th feb 2016. My order no is - 280791 and i have already paid the amount and it was supposed to be delivered within 10-15 days, but it is not delivered till now. They have set of responses that they use to escape refunding. Either they say a/c is invalid or product is not returned . They ask for images of the a/c details and again start with the next set of responses. They have not given my money from 3 months...Worst company they are cheaters.Please obserrve the mails they have sent

I have ordered my product( order no # 271181)on 22 Feb 2016; it is almost one month now, I haven't received yet, several times I have called, mailed, but now I think they are not in a mood to deliver the product, I have paid online as I wasn't aware that it is such a fraud site....

The response from uttam vastra is very bad as there is no refund even after returning the product. 2 months passed. They have taken the product back after so much of me calling but no refund is made till date. They don't give complaint number or reference number. Very frustrating as a customer and poor response from Uttam vastra management...
