Order no 263254. Not satisfied with the product and want 100% refund ASAP. Even after sending emails and calls no reciprocation received. Very disappointed with such unprofessional attitude.

My order number is 227942. I've ordered a product from your website for 699 Rupees about 40-45 days ago. When i received the product (Green Patyala Suit), i disliked it as its quality was very poor and it was completely different as described in the website. I raised a return/Refund request. I returned the product on 3rd March and it was picked up from my home. Its been more than 15 days now and i haven't received my money yet. I called several times and i always receive the same reply that I'll receive the money after 4-5 working days but its been more than 15 days now. I've sent my bank details as well. This is really annoying and I'm fed up of waiting and repeatedly calling, its a waste of my time and money. If i do not receive my money within the next 3 days I'll take the necessary legal action against uttam vastra, its already been to late now and I've had enough of all this. Thank you.

I have not got the refund of my order even after several phone calls ..Order no 241291.The product was not good so i returned.They did the delivery in 2 days for cod option and after comlaint they took it back so soon but after that no refund one month is already over.Pathetic customer care

I have placed an order on 25th feb 2016. My order no is - 280791 and i have already paid the amount and it was supposed to be delivered within 10-15 days, but it is not delivered till now. After many complaints done by me on customer care they have given me a tracking code which was not valid(As it is not tracked on dotzot company portal, which is supposed to deliver my courier according to their information), and now they are also refusing to refund my payment and also saying that they have refunded the payment.For this when i told them that i have not received any payment, then they asked me for my bank transaction details from february till now rather than giving me any refund receipt or any other proof of refund. Kindly look to the matter at the earliest.

My Order number is 278856, Its booked on 25th Feb But the cloth quality is very bad, So trying to return it from the day i received . On the day of booking I called to Customer care & got the information that the return policy is very smooth & they will pickup the product if i dont like .But now they are telling the policy has changed & i have to drop the product .
But now i am not believing them as may be after taking the product they may not refund my money, So any one can help me to get their management number or mail ID .

After 3 and half months of fight, at last I got my money back completely.

This post is not a complaint but a request to make things faster and more efficient like other websites.

You should reimburse the money as soon as possible, if the product is not available.

I have place a order on 29th Feb 2016 the order No: 290814 with reference no[protected], which I have not receive till yet and every time the customer care executive gave the ridiculous execuses that they have not receive my payment due to various reasons and at the same time they confirm my payment details through email at the end of talk . When after two three days of email conformation I call to the customer care executives to know my order status the again start with same reply that their system is showing payment due.THey have vary poor coordination and fail to update order status on their systems

They have set of responses that they use to escape refunding. Either they say a/c is invalid or product is not returned . They ask for images of the a/c details and again start with the next set of responses. They have not given my money from 3 months...Worst company they are cheaters.Please obserrve the mails they have sent

My order no is 187636. its orange color lehanga. But i got very cheap quality of cloth and different color product. 2 time i sent his my a/c detail. but still waiting for my money :(

As i have placed order in january 2016 but the product which i saw in your website is differrent from which i received.
So, i just raise refund request through online but it did't work and 10 -15 days passed. After that i made a call on your customer care number for asking why my refund is not done? Then some executive told me that i'm sending bank detail form on your email id, so just fill that form and send us and when our courier person come and take the product then after verification of that product you will get your refund. And i did the same as she/he told me. But that time also many days passed and again i did'nt got my refund.
When i saw it's has been 15-20 days when product was taken by your courier person and refund not done then again i made a call on your cc then somebody told me that it will come within 10-15 days, i said ok, then i waited for those days but after that i got a mail thai your payment is succesfull but your account do not take refund amount, after that i again send the bank details then after did many calls and passes many days today i got a mail regarding the same that your payment is succesfull but your account do not take refund amount.So, i'm totally fed up of waiting so long & making calls & calls, i;m just giving you last time all the details and if this time i won't get my refund i will take action only useless time for amount of 800 .
And in future i will never shop with this ridiculous website. And i used to shopping with many online website and their feedback is very good . So, i'm sending you the passbook image as you people told me. And give my refund asap because it's allready too late.

I have ordered my product( order no # 271181)on 22 Feb 2016; it is almost one month now, I haven't received yet, several times I have called, mailed, but now I think they are not in a mood to deliver the product, I have paid online as I wasn't aware that it is such a fraud site.

I order a suit with order number 173343 on 20th jan 2016 with online payment. I wont receive my order after 1 mnth, and when i cancel the order they wont be able to refund my money back till today inspite of long mail chain and 100 of call.
I really want to do some strict action against this fraud site.

My order no 247628... I have received defected product.. so I have loadge the complaint.. I have given the product for replacement but its been 10 days I dint receive my parcel.. I have paid the whole amt ...so I would request u to pls either give me the parcel or refund me...

My order no is 252336, i bought a product on 17.02.2016 and amount was paid by online. Till today on 16.03.2016 i didn't received the material nor any tracking no. Please either provide material or refund my money with interest .

I have ordered two dress material vide order no 258596 product no UV 199808 & 259292 product no UV 89780.by paying on line on 19/2/16. On 20/2/16 I received a message on my mobile, that the ordered items has been dispatched without any tracking no. Since then in spite of several telephonic talk with customer care no[protected] I have not received my items till date. I think this company is cheating the customers. Kindly look to the matter at the earliest.

Hi myself swati pandey my order no is 199505. I have ordered a material on 26 th jan. I got it on 6th feb. I dislike it and same day i filed fr return. I returned the material on 12th feb. But still till date i haven't got my refund of 999.
I always call and executives say u will get refund in 4-5 days.but still i m waiting fr my refund.
Kya uttam vastra ke passs refund ke liye paise nahi hai...i want my money back
If i didn't get my money back in next 2 days i m goi g to file a case against you in consumer court.

The response from uttam vastra is very bad as there is no refund even after returning the product. 2 months passed. They have taken the product back after so much of me calling but no refund is made till date. They don't give complaint number or reference number. Very frustrating as a customer and poor response from Uttam vastra management

220208 and 213668 are the order numbers of the orders i placed. I placed the order on february 4th and paid via my debit card. Their policy said that the products will reach the customers within 15 days and when i didnt receive the product after feb 19th (15 days after) i started calling them. They said that the products are in transit and all and mailed me two track id which i later found out that they were fake. I frequently called their customer service centre to enquire about my orders and all i could hear was that they have dispatched and is in transit. Days passed by and on March 13th which is 40 days after the placement of order i called them to enquire about my products. Then one among their people said that they didnt even dispatch the products from their warehouse. This sums up to the fact that most of the team i was cheated by the customer support . They gave out false information to their customers. When i asked about the refund policy they said that they would mail me the link for refund procedures. Eventhough i have filled it out i'm still worried seeing the complaints in here were lots of people are still to be given the refund cash. Uttamvastra is one of the biggest fraud site in India. 10k of my hard earned money is in hold right now. Respond to this complaint ASAP and take necessary actions for the refund procedures else we will have to settle this in legal ways. Give me refund ASAP
