I have ordered suit on December 16, 2015 from uttam vastra with order no 74197. The suit delivered was of poor quality stuff and embroidery. The site offers 15 days money back guarantee. I placed return request immediately, when the suit was delivered to me. The customer care personnel assured that money will be returned within 15 days, however it's almost 3 month and I didn't got my money back. Kindly do the needful.

My order no is 196246 and 198670.I have ordered a suit on January 29 2016 and the product quality is not at all good so I have returned the product on 19 Feb 2016 and given all the necessary details required for the refund initiative .
Very disappointingly I haven't received my money back yet.I use to call Uttam vastra daily to get the status of the my refund but the customer care is not all responding properly. As per uttamvastra return policy they have to refund money within 15 days once the pickup is done.Now it is almost 25 days I returned my product and they haven't refunded yet.
The customer care service is too bad and they even don't know how to respond to a customer. They are not even sending a single email requested by the customer. I tried contacting the solution team, but no response from them.They are not even receiving call from my register mobile number.
It is very sad to know that Uttamvastra people don't know the value of customers.I suggest not to buy anything from this site.Its waste of your money and time.They don't value your money or time.Kindly sugguest us what can be done to get our money back.

My product no 221258, I got in 7 feb its a worst fabric.I applied a return form too.but no any response.even 20 times I called to customer care, they r unresponsible always telling a courier will cm to pick the product, but noone is coming.still I HV that product.this uttam vastra online shopping centre is fraud centre, they r selling bad fabric and takes only money.not gives a positive response. Even amazon, snapdeal r better than this.

I received defected product and raised request before a month ago but there is no response..
Its really unprofessional thing..

I will submitted my refund form on13 feb 16 .i will call uttamvastra 5 to 6 times to come and take this order...always they said after 6 to 7 days couries boy has come and take this order.but no courier boy has come to pick up this order.aproxi 50 rs my moblie balance deduct to call uttamvastra again and again.but no body responce.

I have booked two items on 24 Feb 2016 order no 276818 but not received till date . pl refund my amount or deliver items as soon as possible.

I have give my bank account details 4 times..
and also give two bank details...Yes bank and Allahabad bank..
from 18th jan continue you have cheating with me..
snapdeal, amazon, jabong, myntra within 3 days give back my money in my same account number...
but this site are saying that the account number is wrong...

i am a student... and u waste my time and give mental torture

I placed order worth 3315 INR on January 1st (reference number: 126255) and after spending hours calling and mailing you returned 719 INR. It is going to be 4 months in couple of weeks. Pleaaaaaaaaaaase return my remaining money.

After repeated request, item not delivered even after one month, and Uttamvastra failed me in sending a gift to my niece for her birthday on 9th Mar.

I have requested for order cancellation and full refund on 9th Mar.
Complicated refunds process.
They say refund would take another 15 days.

Very disappointing. That way other sites are far better.

I have ordered a Pink net design suit from the uttam vastra site on[protected] and the same i have received on[protected] . But the i had received the suit which was totally different form which i had ordered for . And for return i have speak with the customer care team & the concern person, they told me that they will provide the return order app. form which you have to fill & submit . and the courier will return from the place within 4 days . I do the same but till date courier not return . One month is almost completed.

I am very frustrated with this company . So many times i have spoke with the customer care no, . and the concern person but no one responding properly . They are misguiding and keep on postponing the return date.

I've placed the order for a salwar on 27th Feb and I've received a message that the product is dispatched. My order number is 283920. When I saw the order status it is already showing the order as complete. I request you to either ship me the product or refund me the amount. I was planning to buy clothes for my marriage from the site, but so far the experience has not been good, so I have a tardy mind to risk my money into the venture.

Hope you would consider and find a solution feasible.

Really 1 of the fraud company this is.i cancelled my order from 20 th of december because of no delivery but yet didn't received any refund.please dontbuy aanything from this side. From last 3 months they r promising md that will receive money in next 2 days n now they r saying that they dont receive any money from my side..really fraud compant be aware

I have order one suit from uttam vastra .on 17th feb .suit is in very bad condition .i have submit refund form its 22 days but still i didn;t get my money please take some action

Uttam Vastra Company people are saying that they will refund amount within week but still after 2 month over they are not taking there product also and giving my money. Each time they say that they will refund soon.

The material of the product which i had was very bad, So i had raised request to take back the product and refund my Money.

Its been 2 months they have not refunded my money and the customer care number is given wrong in the website

I had ordered 3 suit materials but two of them turns out to be the same so i am willing to replace one of the same suits with another one .. Please help

My order no. is 170735 and am chasing UV for my refund from 2 monts. Pathetic response from them and lying that amount is transferred.Product quality is worst and not worth shopping from this website at all.

The lehanga shown in add is a ready made. And the delivered is unstitched blouse. There are some stains marks on the dress also

I placed one sari order on dated 11 feb 2016 order no. 238731 . but till date i did't received my product. i communicate by call he always told your order under process ASAP.

I have ordered three dresses but quality of all of them are very poor the length and embroidery is not proper and in one suit is torn also they are not picking up the calls. strongly recommend not to buy anything from this site
