Delay in reverse pickup as well as refund for more than 50 days in-spite of calling in company's customer care cell more than 10 times every time customer care representative was giving assurance to resolve the issue within 5 days but still no action has been taken on their part.

Regarding refund

I have purchased three item online from your site in which two item i returned back as the quality of the product was very bed.it is two month over after return of the item but i did not get my refund .i am planning to go to consumer court for to sort the matter.
