मैं तिलहर डिवीज़न में मीटर रीडर के पद पर कार्यरत था एक दिन सुपरवाइजर द्वारा मेरे ऊपर टेबल बिलिंग करने का फ़ोन आया मैंने टेबल बिलिंग करने से साफ मना कर दिया जिससे सुपरवाइजर ने मुझे तथा मेरे भाई को काम से निकाल दिया और मेरी जगह पर खुद किसी लड़के के कागज लगाकर फ़र्ज़ी id से फ़र्ज़ी बिल बनाकर कंपनी को धोखा दे रहा है इस सूचना को गुप्त रखकर इस पर करवाही होनी चाहिए

    Electricity has been cut without notice, claiming that there is a Rs 7000/- cheque which has bounced. All payments have been cleared regularly (every month) via online payment. There is no outstanding amount payable in the online payment portal.

    We request that the power be reinstalled and if there is any due mount, we may please be intimated at the earliest.

      Hello, I made the electricity bill payment on 9th November. While making the payment, the amount was deducted but the payment stayed still and I did not receive any confirmation of payment. I waited for a few days assuming the failed transaction would be reversed but nothing like that happened. Then I wrote an email to this address: [protected]@gmail.com but haven't received any reply yet.I can't find any good medium to convey this problem to the company directly, hence now I am writing my complain here, in hope of help.

      P.S. I have attached the proof of payment.

        श्रीमान जी मेरा खाता[protected] है, मीटर 2.11.2020 को स्थापित हुआ और लाइन चालू की गई, 9.11.2020को रीडर ने रीडिंग ली जोकि मात्र 9मिली है।जिसका बिल 450 आया है।

        ऑनलाइन बिल में यूनिट 432 ओर बिल 2156 दिखाया जा रहा है, जोकि नितान्त गलत जेनरेट हुआ है
        बिजली अभियंता कोंछोड का कहना है कि तकनीकी त्रुटि है, कंप्लेंट कीजिए ठीक हो जायेगी
        कृपया मेरा सही बिल संशोधित करने की कृपा करें ताकि में बिल जमा कर सकूं।

          Dear Sir I paid electricity bill of October 2020 through net banking which also reflected in Last bill payment as reference no : VIOB[protected] on[protected] amount 498 after payment through net banking from my account UPPCL show some error now bill is paid from my account but when i am seeing my account in UPPCL it is showing amount 498 as due but i already paid it.

          please help me regarding this as soon as possible.

            By mistake, the electricity bill of my house has been paid twice. 1st payment was made using Google Pay app on 16 october 2020 and the 2nd payment was made using paytm app on 19 november 2020.

            Please resolve this issue by adjusting in next month's cycle or by refunding the amount.

              Dear Sir.
              Up to last 4_5 years I have received EB bill[protected] R's.
              Now from 23/10/20 to 12/11/2020.no meter running no electrician coming in village in any month for reading or checking the meter has drop a box type it's working or not.
              Then how to generate this Bill 1301.87 R's.
              It's totally default by EB office.
              Kindly correct the Bill so that we pay on-time.if not correct any extra EB department is responsible.

              Also today I have already meet with AE Salem per Lar he is telling why you not complaint against meter it's ok.
              But you tell me why if you install meter your electrician is not coming up install meter?
              Then how can you taken reading every month paying 100-300 R's.now in this month 23 10 20 to 12 11 20 how to generate this Bill 1301.
              Why not generate as per previous recording previous Bill?
              AE is telling if meter has been coorect then we charge 460 R's why you tell me.
              I could not pay any extra amount if not solve the issue will, free for consumer court.
              And who is seat home for every month go to EB office.
              People are having work or not.hole lar block and my village like this issue.

              Kindly correct the Bill and meter then will pay on-time line.
              Your AE bimlesh Maurya is telling if correct the meter will generate from 2018 why ? What are you telling it's not a proper method for that I will complaint against EB department how to working without seen the meter till you generate bill and I paid nothing is pending.
              It's your EB department fault.
              Lastly I am telling you correct the Bill or meter if meter is working from same date you have to power generate the Bill.

              Please inform me how much time I have to complaint against Bill and meter not working.
              Then how can you generate every month bill.
              Why you are doing wrong Bill.
              And why not refund my extra EB amount to my next Bill.
              It's showing how to you are working.
              I'm telling you kindly adjust my extra amount to my next Bill.
              Otherwise will be next complaint to consumers court.

                  Respected Sir, I'am a rural electricity connection user of Account No.[protected]. Electronic meter installed to my connection on month Sept 2020 but billing is not calculated according to meter. I'm continuously paying installment of my pending dues but remaining amount is not yet decreasing.
                  Connection is named my father who is no more now hence please transfer connection on my name and correct my bill so that i could make one time payment and clear my dues.
                  I'll highly obliged.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have applied for advertisement no.:- 04/ विसेआ /2020 ARO.
                        I filled the form and go to payment page and pay the fees Rs.700/- then after 10 sec it redirect to form but shows your previous transaction was unsuccessful on 28 Sep 2020.
                        I called and mailed to the helpdesk [ [protected]@gmail.com &[protected] ]o[censored]PPCL ARO they said again pay the fees and excess amount will be credited back in your account.
                        Next day, I pay the form fees Rs.700/- it was successful on 29 Sep 2020.

                        For my excess amount Rs.700/-, I contact to both [UPPCL & Bank] so many times { I have written proof also}, UPPCL say contact to your bank for refund when I contact to bank they say contact to your merchant(UPPCL).Now I am tired with contact again & again to both of them.

                        Still I didn't get my excess amount refund yet.
                        Kindly request to you please refund my excess amount.

                                  I would like to inform you that my meter is not working for the last 2 months. There has been no meter reading and therefore i am not getting any electricity bill.
                                  i also complaint to company but they only register my complaint since last 2 month but no solution till now.

                                  In front of my house the poll has been fallen for a year long duration. no one is trying to get it fixed and install new electricity poll .it has great risk to life and property.
