हम आपके बहुत ही अच्छे उपभोक्ता है हमारे विकास भारती स्कूल में ३ फ़ेस का मीटर लगा हुआ है । जिसने ट्रान्सफ़ार्मर तक तो ३ फ़ेस आ रहे है उसमें से हमारे मीटर में २ फ़ेस आरहे है हमें बहुत दिक़्क़त का सामना करना पड़ रहा है । लाइन मैन कहता है इसको मेरा काम ट्रान्सफ़ार्मर तक लाइट देने का है । आप आगे कम्प्लेंट करो । और मीटर रीडर द्वारा हमें बताया गया है की जो first मीटर होता है वो second में लगा हुआ है और रीडिंग वाल meter first no पर लगा हुआ है । means - first meter second meter की जगह लगा हुआ है । आपसे निवेदन है कृपा करने हमारी शिकायत का जल्द से जल्द समाधान किया जाए । आपकी अति कृपा होगी । धन्यवाद

    विषय; खाता संख्या [protected] के अंतर्गत 7 अक्टूबर 2019 के बिल के संबंध में
    आपको सूचित करना चाहूंगा कि सितंबर अक्टूबर माह का बिल 6482 यूनिट दिखाई दे रहा है कृपया हमारे बिजली बिलों का का अवलोकन करें जिसके अंतर्गत हमारा एवरेज बिल लगभग 831 यूनिट प्रतिमाह आता आपके इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीटर में जैसा कि आप जानते हैं की मीटर रीडिंग जंप कर जाती है इसकी शिकायत हमने 19 अक्टूबर 2019 को कस्टमर केयर के माध्यम से दर्ज करा दी थी तत्पश्चात जेई द्वारा द्वारा मीटर का निरीक्षण भी किया गया था और चेक मीटर लगवाने हेतु ₹400 दिनांक 23 नवंबर 2019 को जमा करवा दिए गए थे और मुझे यह आश्वासन दिया गया था की चेक मीटर लगने के बाद इस समस्या का निराकरण कर दिया जाएगा लेकिन हमारे अथक प्रयास के बावजूद भी विभाग द्वारा चेक मीटर नहीं लगाया गया तथा 29 अगस्त 2019 को हमारा बिजली का कनेक्शन काट दिया गया क्योंकि हमारे साथ हमारी वृद्ध माता जिनकी उम्र 93 साल है रहती है अतः तत्काल हमने अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड से ₹44255 जमा करके कनेक्शन चालू करवाया डिफेक्टिव मीटर के संबंध में हमने अपनी शिकायत कस्टमर केयर 1912 पर समय-समय पर करवाते रहें किंतु कोविड-19 के आने के बाद आपके विभाग से मेरा संबंध नहीं हो पाया अब आप से मेरा विनम्र निवेदन है एक चेक मीटर लगवा कर अथवा मेरे डिफेक्टिव मीटर की m.r.i. करवा कर हमसे जो extra बिल जमा करवाया गया है उसका समायोजन हमारे भविष्य में आने वाले बिल में करा जाए
    यह शिकायत में एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक के रूप में कर रहा हूं और मैं इस बात को अच्छी तरह समझ रहा हूं की समस्या का निस्तारण करने की जिम्मेदारी विद्युत वितरण केंद्र के प्रभारी श्री एस के शर्मा एवं जूनियर इंजीनियर आलोक रंजन इन दोनों अधिकारियों की यह व्यक्तिगत जिम्मेदारी है

        Respected sir

        I'm Mrs.Krishna Mukherjee (CA-[protected]) owner of b96, sf2, slf ved Vihar, Dlf ankur Vihar, loni, Ghaziabad.
        Sir, from September 2019 the Flat is empty and my electricity is being stolen. Last reading was 15099 which too was fake considering at 23 August and on 28th August it was 19000 as told by AE Gopal of dlf loni office, verbally.
        When we went there in our flat and checked the meter, it even not has exceeded the bill I paid last for month of June that bill was also falsely made.
        The meter reading was 14846 on 2 SEP 2020 and the bill I paid on June was for meter reading showed in bill was 14955 and in August it came 15099 in the bill as reading.When my meters reading was less, And the bill I paid on June was more than the meter reading which was show on the bill, !! I'am amazed by the crooked mind of the staffs(particularly AE Gopal) in dlf loni office how they are conspiring to raise the meter by their own way without having any practical ground or reading.
        I have made a repeated complaint
        ( PV-[protected] )
        to customer services and to A.E Gopal
        (Ph-[protected]) division Dlf loni, but they are very disrespectful, being a senior citizen I'm facing a lot of harrasment due to them.
        As I was working with national investigation agency and being having knowledge of this kind of fraud I have discovered this kind of behaviour by a A.E who doesn't even know to speak how will he even look into the matter that is caused due to them or the fraud done by them.
        Only by ignoring with their manipulating behaviour they procrastinate the issue for a time being and in the next time they challenge and charge how a concern is raised?!!

        So please
        Help me up sir and kindly look into the matter and do the needful
        I will be highly grateful to you

            Dear Sir,

            I would like to register complain about malfunctioned Street light near the house 645A/471 jankivihar colony jankipuram Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. Sir because of this malfunction there is a complete darkness on the main road and the road connected with it, it is the only source of light for the connected road. Because of this problem it may be possible for any mischievous person to perform his ill-activities, so for sake of our safety kindly resolve this issue promptly.

                    I want to say that my name is rohit gupta. I had purchase chetan vihar phase 1 vrindavan mathura house in february. My electricity meter number -[protected] today uppcl staff cut my light without any notice my bill generate 20 august 2020and due date of my bill 25 august 2020. But they cut my light today, the staff o[censored]ppcl is not gud they wre doing with his own mind they do always wrong with the customer. At that time government don't give any authority to cut light due to covid virus without any notice. And i have screenshot of due date which i attach with my complaint also. So please do or help me. Nd action on that staff...

                      For over years my bill that I got was for about 150-200units consumed per month and costing me about an avg of 500-1000rs per month. But today I received my bill, it was about 2200units used in 20days, it was shocking and kinda impossible since I wasn't at home for a week, and 2200unit is something if I turn on every electrical appliance at my home for 24hrs for 20days, then also it won't cost me 2200 units. Please help

                                  In my area, there are lots pf issue related to power supply. I have raised lots of complaint against this but there are no proper resolution.
                                  If i raised complaint about no power suplly, we face voltage issue and if i raised complaint about voltage issue, we face no power supply.
                                  Only 8 to 10 hours of powersupply we are getting in 24 hours.
                                  And i think, their customer support puts my in block list because from my number there are no comnection eastablish with them but from another number i will able to connect.

                                        Dear sir /madan

                                        I would like to bring in your notice that nausar feeder gorakhpur uttar pradesh electricity department employees who is currently appointed like meter reader, je, and bill collection staff making money by bargaining the customer i will reduce your bill amount if you will give them cash. There are many customers who are the residents of barahua post chhapiya gorakhpur uttar pradesh using under load connection and using air conditioner they are not paying electricity bill as per meter they are paying bribe instead of bill and using electricity.
                                        So i requested you kindly check the meter readings of bill of customers of barahua and amount paid by them monthly. There is a nexus working between nausar feeder electricity department employees and barahua customer.
                                        Kindly look in matter and do needful against such type of corruption.
