My request for new connection via 'jhatpat connection' has been rejected with an unsatisfactory reason for non-feasibility of connection.

My application number: [protected]

Please take a look at the snapshot of non-feasibility reason.
There are already 3-4 houses in the same plotting which have the connection then why it is not feasible to provide me the connection. Please explain.

    I am a resident of aashiyana, sector i, lucknow and i have been noticing that the digital electronic billing meter has not been installed in a few of my locality houses. As a result of which they have been misusing the electricity.

    Please check and ensure that all houses are having same electronic meter installed and nobody should be taking unnecessary advantage due to the lack of it.

      Load issue and excess bill issues

      This is my 4th complaint regarding my electric City bill since last 4 months.
      My existing complaint no. Is[protected] of online complaint in uppcl a/g account no.[protected].
      My problem is of over load because of which I am liable to pay excess bill from 5000 to directly 14000 per month....

      I would like to bring in your notice that nausar feeder electricity department employees who collect electricity bill negociate with consumer and electricity bill is drastically reduce of certain consumer by accepting bribe. The consumer who is paying bill fairly they harrash them by many ways.

          I live in avas vikas colony district-sitapur. I want to inform you that we are facing electricity problems in my colony. We have complaint in power house also but they never gave satisfactory response and not resolved electricity issues of colony. Frequent power cuts occurs in this colony specially. I want to request you to please look into this matter.

            Hi sir/madam,

            We have raised complaint regarding transformer at customer care (1912)
            4 days before on (04-aug-2020).
            Complaint number:-pv[protected].

            Note:-i received message complaint has been resolved (07-aug-2020). While transfer is not working still (08-aug-2020). When i confirm from customer care he says this is closed by electrical department we can not do any thing.

            Please do need full.

                I am lodging this complaint from kotwa power house kushinagar, u. P.
                I am an nit student and currently preparing for upsc 2020 and i am completely dependent online study material.
                Due to frequent power cut problem, my study is drastically affected. I am preparing for last two years.in this crucial time, power cut increasing a huge problem for me and many villagers.
                In daytime, availability of electricity is 3 to 4 hours only.

                  Our house electricity bill is incerased very much even we are not having an A.C. then also our bill is unexpectedly high .When we met SDO for changing huge amount into 5 installments then he said talk to executive engineer . Executive engineer Ram Prakash Ken very rudely behave with my mom and my sister and said you are not submitting bill from long time but we are submitting bill through Phonepe. He also said in disgusting manner that if you don't want to submit bill then don't submit then your connection will be cut. RAM PRAKASH KEN is very ill mannered and is not having any manners how to talk to women.
                  I kindly request to take serious action against executive engineer Ram prakash ken and teach him how to behave with women.

                    Hi,

                    My meter seems to be faulty since June 2020. Last months bill shows unit billed consumption of 520 KWH whereas i hardly had usage of 150 KWH from 8th June to 10th July 2020. I already lodged an online complaint on 20-July-2020 vide Case ID "[protected]" & "[protected]" but no action taken yet by the Electricity Deptt. I have also tried to call the customer helpline multiple times but they are absolutely not helpful.

                      Sir madam my current meter reading 2august20 is 502kw but i received a bill in the month of july is 623kw so u can check the difference between the unit and it is also happened in the last eight months back too so i request you that please do not bother us to send a high amount bill and instead of this send someone to check a meter reading in monthly basis or alternative month please resolve this issue on urgent basis thank you

                                This is regarding wrong bill o[censored]PPCL. During the lockdown I moved to my village & room was shut down from 27 March to 21 July. UPPCL sent me 4 bills which includes 96 units, 33 units, 33 units. If house is closed then how these meter readings increased. This is totally wrong Billing charges for electricity.

But still my bill not revise i visit multiple time in esdo office but listen and says thats please wait 2, 3 days your bill will be revise 2, 3 days but still not revise my bill.

                                      Sir, as i received a bill for the month of june 20, i was shocked to my see meter reading as it was 8590 KWH but when i see my meter the reading is 8449 KWH
                                      for this i register a compliant to customer care via complaint no PV[protected], but my resolving my complain i received a message from customer care that (issue has been resolved) how is that possible.
