I paid Rs 2933 for electricity, but not received final reciept. Attached the receipt for bank paymeny.

मैं ग्राम गुढ़ा ( थाना - मौदहा, जिला - हमीरपुर ) का निवासी हूँ। मेरे गाँव में 5 दिन पहले आंधी और तूफ़ान आया जिसके कारण बिजली के खम्बे टूट गए और एक फलदार वृक्ष की क्षति भी हुई।

मैं आपको ज्ञात करना चाहता हूँ कि पिछले 5 दिनों से न तो हमारे यहाँ बिजली आ रही है और न ही बिजली विभाग की तरफ से कोई कदम उठाया गया है। बिजली न आने से हमें दैनिक कार्यों में कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। पानी की बड़ी समस्या है, रात में रौशनी का भी प्रबंध नहीं है। खेत, बाग़ और कछवारों कि सिचाई नहीं हो पा रही है। जिससे ग्राम के किसान बहुत परेशान है।

कृपया इस समस्या के निदान के लिए जल्द से जल्द कोई कदम उठायें ।

A pole was broken on 04/05/2020, due to a severe storm which took place in my area. We tried to reach to the electricity consultants and they said that they will repair it. But 8 days have passed away and they are not showing any ray of hope for repairing the electricity. We (The villagers) are really in trouble as we are not able to do any household work dur to ahortage of electricity supply.

Bill pay slip is OK but bill print ruppees one slip, -9156.00, , OK but sacond slip -5361.00, not bill amount pay.. But uppcl is provided two slip and me pay all amount...

I inform to you VILLAGE BAKHAT KHERA AKOHARI THANA MAURAWAN VIKASH KSHETRA HILAULI TAHSIL PURWA DISTRICT UNNAO 209821 Power line need repair after 10th May 2020 storm. Electricity supply closed after fault but no body noticing and consumers still waiting for lineman.

Even during this lock down when we are at home, we are not getting regular power supply and faults occur usually. Although, when conditions are normal we don't get adequate power supply.
We are not able to study at home conveniently during lockdown, kindly handle our issue asap!

Need new Transformer

My name is Samarth Niranjan. Today, I paid the electricity bill for 10, New Gole Market, Mahanagar, Lucknow. My UPPCL account number is [protected]. But as I paid the bill, error 404 popped on my screen. I would like to have full refund of the amount I paid. I will attach the transaction detail of my bank account and the error 404 also.

I have made the electricity bill payment through the ICICI Bank debit card for amount Rs.341/- for consumer account no. [protected] ( dariya prasad) But no acknowledgment is received, neither through e mail nor through SMS. Amount of Rs.341/- has been debited from bank account.

Why I'm facing elecrtricity cut off atleast 10 tyms a day... In southcity area lucknow.. They said 24 hours.. I thnk it is nt 24 hrs.. Pls tell ys the reason of cuts..

I live in Ujjwal Nagar, vikas bhawan road, Barabanki ... we are facing low voltage problem in our colony... Due to this low voltage we face a lot of difficulties ... Can anyone please look into this matter

I paid the amount of electricity bill 3 times of the same bill so that I paid 2 times extra amount (2*837) of my bill which I have to be paid.

I have paid the electricity bill through upi (Google pay) and in g-pay it shows the amount is paid. But i got no confirmation from uppcl at my registered mobile number. Also, the website shows the payment is pending (Account no : [protected]). But the photo i am attaching, shows clear receipt of payment. Please resolve this issue and confirm the payment through sms on registered mobile no.

I had mistakenly paid electricity bill of bill no.[protected] of dinesh kumar srivastava on 12 april, 2020 of an amount of 1154 rupees. So, i lodged a complaint online on google pay using bbps and later it showed query resolved status without informing me and paying my balance back to me.
Please do the needful and help me return back my money from uppcl.

Mera plot sector 135 noida maine ha mere plot ke front side par transformers laga diye maine complaint kari to department ne estimate bhi bana diya or merrut se sign bhi ho gye but there is no action on this since 9-10 month please help

I am residing in Paschim Puri, New Delhi and I have purchased a plot in Loni, Ghaziabad. This is regarding complaint about Electricity Theft, since no one is residing on this house which is in LONI. And what local people of this place is doing, they connect our electricity wire illegally to the direct line and use our electricity. Due to this I got the bill from UPPC of Rs. 2342, what i can do here, since I am not using my electricity and their local people using this illegally.

So, I here requesting you to remove the wire from my connection so the local people will not use again. Due to COVID-19 I am not able to visit there to solve this issue but here I want to clarify on this to please help me on this situation. And remove the wire so that local people will not misuse our electricity again.

I will be able to come their after Lockdown will fiinish so meantime please look into this matter and solve the same at earliest.

Since I am unable to arrange the high amount bill which is Rs. 2342 so please help us on this matter and solve my query at earliest. For more information please call me on below no. +91 [protected]/ [protected] for further process.

On 13 April 2020 during online electricity bill payment through Google pay transaction failed but amount debited form bank account but still 23 April debited amount not refunded, please resolve this issue and refund the amount as soon as possible

Dear Sir I requested to 11000 High etention line wire is very loose. This is very serious case for very danger. My agriculture land is baste because tractor is not working due to Loose wire. I requested to you please take the necessary action.

There is no electricity in sector 47 since yesterday Request for immediate restoration of the same.Also request at least some intimation in advance if there is ever power cut etc
