Hi sir/mam,

I am staying in one village name : kandharapur, in this village three transformer kept 6 month before, but in all three transformer is not working from date of connection and whole village (Approx 600 people) is suffering because of this situation, they submitted the complaint approx 3-4 times but no action taken by the electricity department.

So please take the necessary action on this.

    I am senior citizen about more than 73 years old request you to kindly help me to solve my problems in near future without any delay to save an innocent employee o[censored]p state electricity board and harnessed by the officers from the llast forty three years. And facing problems time to time

    In the year 1977 an f i r was lodged in the name my self syed qamar abid on the ground of the false and under prejudice statement by the executive engineer electricity test division sitapur on the basis of some cutting in the day book without the consent or approval given by superintending engineer, electricity distribution circle, sitapur as the f i r was lodged on 13.12.1977 but the suspension order was placed on 28.12.1977 by the other superintending engineer. The case was proceed in the court of chief judicial magistrate sitapur from 1977 and after more than five years the charge sheet were given by the chief judicial magistrate sitapur in that case against five persons such as two executive engineers with two assistant accountants and one cashier. After some pleading in the case one executive engineer was expired and one executive engineer and one assistant accountant were acquitted by the high court and one cashier and one assistant accountant remain in this case and in the month of october 2017 assistant accountant also discharge by the chief judicial magistrate, sitapur and after that only myself was involve in this case. Then i appeal to the court of district judge sitapur and an appeal made to the court o[censored]pper session judge 2, sitapur from october 2017 in the learned upper session judge 2 passed an order against the case after 42 years and i was free in all cases provided in f i r of 1977 i acquitted in all respect cases on 30 09 2019

    In the order o[censored]pper session judge 2, sitapur stated clearly in his order that the dandik appeal of syed qamar abid presented to this court are accepted and he quieted in all cases of involve no. 2312/17 and 919/77 under sec. 409, 468, 477a, p. S kotwali sitapur and no one case neighter involved in 2314 / 17 nor in charge sheeted and proceeding be made by this court hence the appeal is accepted.

    In the month of last december 2019, i met the superintending engineer electricity distribution circle and executive engineer, electricity test division sitapur with a copy of judgement dated 30.09.2019 attested by the court and requested that to see the matter and clear my previous dues as well pension may also be granted so that i may be feel better and both are assured that they will be intimated at the earliest as possible. But about more than six months already passed from the date of judgement, no attention are to be given in my application till date. During this period so many repeated request also made but no reply or action are to be taken the officers and officials.

    The government has already ordered that the work of department will be work out from home but i am feeling that the executive engineer is not taking interest or responsibility to solve my problems to make the arrears bill o[censored]npaid salary by the officials from home as well to complete the pension papers as per government records i was retired from services from october 2007. But both officers and officials have not any intimation given to me and i have suffered in all respect without any payment. Will you please lodge my complaint in this respect and asked to both officers of sitapur to make the payment order and pension papers for payment without any further delay and oblige.

      My meter reading at 11 feb 2020 was 30857 and bill paid and meter reading at 21 march 2020 is 30943 total consumption 86 unit but bill amount is high rs 3203 so pl correct it and check the same. I am reasiding out side pl send to meter reader for checking meter and confirm the reading provided by me and take necessary action for raising higher bill i am already paid pevious bill about 5500 rs previous two month due to wiring fault if any provision pl refund me uppcl complain portal not taking complain shows specil corrector use but no any specil corrector.

      I have applied for a new connection theough jhatpat poratl. My temporary meter was taken off. I was made to make payment of Rs 2800/- for new coonection. It has been more than a month and i could not get a new connection. If not reaolved in3 days I will esclalte the issue with our CM Shri Yogi Adityanath.
      Our transformer get fire before two days back... in pratapgarh district, u.p.

The person doesn’t come regularly to take readings and then after one month, I receive the bill with arrears included.           I live at house number 2122, sector 16 a vasundhara ghaziabad uttar pradesh. For past one month two dead bats are hanging on the high tension wire in front of my house. I have complaint about it to rwa of sector 16 a vasundhara ghaziabad about it but no action taken to remove it. They have informed the electricity department about it but no action taken.
          Looking at the present scenario of corona virus spread this is a serious threat to the lives of people residing in sector 16 a vasundhara ghaziabad.
          It is requested to get it removed as soon as possible.

            The account no.[protected] of late dhanawatti devi having service connection no.[protected]. The above connection was used as an agricultural purpose but the bill was raised in the year 2016 for rs. 60000 approx and line was disconnected without giving any notice.
            Though we have objected for the commercial rate but we have told to pay atleast 50% for reconnection as that time rabi season was prevalling. We have paid rs. 30500 on 19/11/2016 wide receipt no 765559 and we requested the sdo kerakat to rectify to agriculture code. He ordered to get field report from assistant engineer. He inspected my 3hp submersible pump and given report to sdo kerakat.
            No rectification is done as yet though 36 months has passed but the bill was charged as per commercial rate.

            And now it comes to 115000 approx as on 30/11/2019.
            I again approched sdo kerakat on 9/12/2019 to modify to agriculture code the sdo asked for field report from mr. Gajanan chowdhury (Jr. Engineer) under chandawak power house. He confirmed and written that consumer had installed 3hp submersible for agriculture purpose and letter was duly signed by him on 11/12/19 and the same letter was forwarded by sdo kerakat. And the same letter was submitted by me to hxn of jaunpur room no.3 on 12/12/19. He assured me for the rectification but till today bill is still coming as per commecrial rate i;e rs 1513.60 monthly totalling to rs 125000 approx.

            I request your goodself to look into the matter as we are poor farmer and cannot pay huge amount of bill erroneously raised by the department and now they are turning deaf ear towards our bonafide request.
            I hope that you will resolve this matter by giving me relief to calculate the bill as per agricultural code and not as per commercial code with retrospctive effect.

              Sir, i want to inform you that we are getting approximately 279 voltage in household supplies from last 6 months in chandauli, which is greater than rated value and it is affecting household appliances.
              I have complained many times in power house but nothing happened and no action was taken from their side. Please help out us with it.

                There is fault in my meter or low quality meter because of that it show reading very much high than expected so we have submitted amount of rupee 1405/- to uppcl district mau sahadatpura u. P on date 25 feb 2020 but still there is no action taken for meter exchange by ae/je of mau hydil. The document of bill and application is attached. As there is very loss beared by us already.

                Please help me to cure this dog. It's very easy to ignore these street animal. But if we don't care than who will do.

                    Dear sir,
                    There is insulated wire and pole are assembled aprox 2 year back but the problem is the connections of the houses in this row are not live with the new insulated wire we complaint so many time but due to neglegence of department the situation is as it is. And the problem is the old wires are so close to earth that any budy can touch and any time any accident may happen.
                    In this no budget is require so why so delay in connection with new wire. Are we waiting for any casuality.

                        Reference my application dated 13th january 2020, registration complaint no. Mv[protected] dated 22nd january 2020 and application dated 23rd january dated 23rd january 2020

                        It is submitted the following few lines for your necessary action:-
                        That i am the employee of govt. Of india, ministry of defence working as a udc of defence estates office, 53, serpentine road, bareilly circle, bareilly cantt. My job is also transferable any where in india.
                        On 20.10.2019 :
                        Meter reading is 1058 unit which was noted by your meter reader and deposit the bill amounting to rs.522/- on 28.10.2019 accordingly.
                        After 2 days
                        On 22.10.2019: electricity meter was replaced which is to be shifted in other place in respect of my house no.428, pavan vihar, phase-vi, harunagla, bareilly due to near the gass connection meter. New electricity meter was changed by shri sachin agarwal who has written in meter ceiling certificate “no supply” whereas meter was running properly and providing the correct reading and electricity supply was also running at the time of meter change. Shri sachin told/informed me that you are no need to come in the electricity meter lab after 2 days i. E. On 24th october 2019 because your meter seal and meter supply is in proper way.
                        I have seen the meter reading of two days which was shown 6214 unit total unit 5156 increased (Bill period 20.10.2019 to 29.11.2019) (Because my meter reading 1058 on 20.10.2019 and meter replaced on 22.10.2019) by electricity deptt. When i see my online bill january 2020 i saw the unit which was increased 5156 by electricity deptt. Which is illegal and the amount rs. 20, 745/- which is to high and impossible to pay for me. I requested to concerned electricity deptt. Vide my application under reference dated 13th january 2020 and 23rd january 2020.in between, i also complaint on toll free no. 1912 two time. My complaint registration no. Mv[protected] dated 22nd january 2020.
                        It is also intimated, since after 3 or 4 months, in my new meter which is changed by shri sachin also and the reading wef 22.10.2019 to 25th january 2020 is 256 unit only. Which will be compared from my previous meter reading are same of my new meter. I requested/tried to meet several times x-en and other staff also like sdo, je etc. To show my previous meter and solve my problem but no proper response was given to me and today i. E on 29th january, i am totally harassed by electricity deptt. Kindly amend my bill immediately so that i can pay as early as possible.

Meter reader is not giving bill as we demand they always say your meter in not in our record..                               We are legal consumer of electric connection,
                              Facings problems by katiya connections. Our t/f is not working properly due to katiya connection. Even all the je and lineman know the problem but they are not taking any action to them. Whole new line is damaged by cutting by katiya connections.

                              From jan 2019 to Apr 2019 the bill was standard and was paid online through amazon bill payment. Then in may 2019 the bill was shown as 4000 rs aprox. From then it kept on increasing. As we were supposed to pay standard bill of 400 aprox how the bill was increased.
                              My house had no electricity for last 24 hours because the balance was over in my prepaid meter.
                              I went to AASHIYANA POWER HOUSE and there was no one there to ever accept the paytm. Another counter of postpaid was open and I asked him, he replied- " Kal aana, aaj nhi ho payega". What is this??

                                From last 4 month i am following the same with linemen and also visited at shastrinagar electricity office no one is ready to update me about why my bill is coming so high even i am not residing there from last 4 month.

                                Just 2 month before i came to know that my meter is not working due to which line men is generating my bill as per the previous uses. However he is aware that my meter is defective.

                                No one is bother to change it and resolve the issue.

                                I would request you to please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  I have paid my electricity bill in uppcl via paytm but my bill not paid according to paytm bill paid successful in paytm side but in site of www.uppclonline.com my bill after 3days still show unpaid also my new bill is added in previous bill by uppcl my uppcl.
                                  When i compain to paytm then they say to complaint in uppcl and gave operator reference no. So i want to say solve my problem as soon as possible.. I have also try to customer care o[censored]ppcl but call was not connected from morning to till now.

                                    I had apply for a new connection of my house on 25 december 2019 i had submitted all my documents through jhatpat sewa and i received a date for verification on 27 december 2019 but no one had come for verification from consented office i hal call in head branch i got a number of j e and i call more than 20.30 time but he didn't response of my call it is humble request to you please take some action in urgent base because me and my family living without any electricity from last 1 week.
