Dear sir,
There is insulated wire and pole are assembled aprox 2 year back but the problem is the connections of the houses in this row are not live with the new insulated wire we complaint so many time but due to neglegence of department the situation is as it is. And the problem is the old wires are so close to earth that any budy can touch and any time any accident may happen.
In this no budget is require so why so delay...

Complaint is that 01 nos. thimble is got burnt of B Phase near CT and PT section and before HT meter and by this when rain is occurred than after some time power fail occurred . Its repairing is comes under the UPPCL.
So please resolve this issue at priority basis.

I have a complaint about electric pole is located in front of my home can see in attached photo. It is very dangerous on safety point of view almost all wires are in open condition i make complaints lot of time to shift the pole at chinhat as well in kamta lucknow office but nobody taking action for that.

We are legal consumer of electric connection,
Facings problems by katiya connections. Our t/f is not working properly due to katiya connection. Even all the je and lineman know the problem but they are not taking any action to them. Whole new line is damaged by cutting by katiya connections.

I have gone though my this month bill and this month the bill amount is too huge. It is approximately 2000% of last month.

Checked the bill details too. This huge amount of bill is recorded in one week.
That is the last reading date is 16 november with reading : 13921 and latest bill date is 22nd nov with reading : 17877.

Barsana sector, kalindipuram, prayagraj area is having very un-even power supply voltage. I have 5kw 3phase connection. Two phases are showing higher than 300 volt which goes upto 360 volt and the third phase is showing near about 125 volt which fluctuate upto 150volt. This un-even and fluctuating voltage is dangerous for home appliances. Please rectify it....
