I regret to say that no one is visiting my place to take the meter reading and I was using self reading submission option on Uppcl online portal to submit reading and pay bill on time but this month on 7th Nov 2018 when I go to the website, I saw that my bill is already generated with IDF mode and faulty meter but no one came to my house to check my meter readings. So without visiting the place how can someone record the reading and mark meter as faulty?

My meter reading mentioned in the IDF bill generated on 6/11/2019 is same as last month 7/11/2019 which is 2654 I submitted on 7/11/2019. However current meter reading is 2995 as on 7/11/2019 which is more than that as expected because my meter is running continously. It's logical if meter is faulty how come it reading is changing. This is mistake from your UPPCL who are not coming for taking meter reading and put anything by themselves. Are they getting government salaries just to put citizens like us in trouble and ask for bribe.

I have filed multiple complaint using Mvvnl hotline since 7/11/2019 but no one is resolving the issue and I am just getting alerts your issues is resolved.

Can someone help me to resolve my issue? And arrange someone who can visit my place and take a look on meter and it working and if required can add additional meter to check the correct functionality.

For information, I also want to inform that I got this new meter installed in Mar 2019 and I got it replace because I thought previous meter was not working properly and I don't want to get myself into any trouble.

    Abhi kuch din pahle purana meter ki jagah naya smart meter lagaya gaya. Lagne wale ne sahi se wire ko connect nahi kiya hai kisi wajah se meter me spark ho raha hai, atah aap se anurodh hai ki ise jald se jald sahi keraya jay.

          I am pardeep yadav gram laxmipur post dubari district mau uttar pardesh
          Electric pole was danger for whole village in previous there are many accidents doing here one time whole village capture in fire short circuit due to this wire.
          So please i request you check the location and situation of 11000 voltage wire and there are so many trees touched with wire
          So please if possible please relocate this pole back side of trees. It's my humble request.
          Otherwise i am going to higher authority.
          And take legal action against it all village are trouble for this problem not only me.
          Please give solution as well as possible
          Not giving me suggestion to call another person there is game o[censored]ppcl department.
          Raise my complaint and forward it to take action and resolve it immediately as well as soon possible.

              At sbi banthra branch bill was overdue for payment due to fault in our vendor payment system. Even after several requests telephonically made to various officials at lesu our line was disconnected on 01.11.2019. Even though disconnection date as mentioned on bill is 2.11.2019. Is this how consumer that too a psu is treated? Bill date is 12.10.19 which is received in branch on 19.10.2019. Why was this delay of 7 days in dispatching bill to the branch?

                Refer My application No- [protected] dated 22 October 2019. I submitted application on Jhatpat connection portal online o[censored]PPCL site. I uploaded photo & all the documents asked and made the payment of processing fee online. Since that day step-3 is displaying with red “Your request is under process. Kindly wait for three days for the reply of concerned division”

                    Our all previous bills were in between Rs 1, 000 to 2, 000.

                      This is to bring in notice that lots of power get waste from street light and flood lights in various chowks in noida remain on 24x7.
                      Street lights in sectors like 93/137 remain on whole day whether it's inside authority flats area or out on streets. This is happening since last 4 months.
                      The local people don't have access to dc panels and it's not taken care by private company, no sunrise timer or sensor installed

                        I am sumit kumar we have applied for a new connection for our house but since four months there is no electricity meter is available with uppcl in pratap vihar ghaziabad area. The uppcl personal are telling that there is not a single meter available in entire uttar pradesh.
                        Our meter charge has been started since 18.10.2019 but we don't have electricity at our house. This is totally a shameful situation for uppcl that in entire up they don't have electricity meter for consumers. I am not only the single person suffering with this problem there are so many families who are suffering from this problem. The entire pratap vihar have so many case that the families are bound to live with electricity because o[censored]ppcl.
                        I request you to look into the matter and arrange this as soon as possible as we are living without electricity.

                                  I, on behalf of my locality, with to draw your kind attention towards frequent breakdown and low voltage of electricity in rahul vihar - 1st area. Frequently tripping of electricity in this area has become almost a daily routine. During the three hour daily cut, no one expects the supply of electricity. But the unannounced frequent breakdown of electricity is simply nightmarish. At night, one is left half through the meals at the dining table. During the day, there is no rest, no comfort, no protection from the sultry weather. Although due to this students planning for the examinations are the most exceedingly awful sufferers, they can't focus on studies.
                                  Besides this, many times complaints have been lodged complaint with your office and regularly have been dial 1912 help line no o[censored]ppcl for register complaint. But no permanent solution to this menace has been found. It is a pity that even when there is supply of electricity in other localities, our locality remains dark. The wires through which electricity is supplied to our locality, are old and worn out, the transformer where from the electricity is supplied to us, is also an old one. There is always some defect in wires or in the transformer.in fact, all the wires as well as the transformer need to be replaced. Only then the proper supply of electricity can be restored to this locality.

                                  I hope you would look into the matter at the earliest and redress our grievance.

                                    3 guys 2 days back visited my home for new electronic meter change.
                                    They snatched and burglarized to my parents and taken rs 12000 from them.
