Phapharana road janta colony me apke sabhi meter reader consumer se 100 rs, 200 rs leker reading kam likhte hai jisse unka bill minimum aata hai aur baad mein kisi bhi tareeke se meter change yeah kuchh ishi tareeke ka unko pravdhan bata dete hai taki koe prob naa aaye gali no 2 janta colony mein kahi char air condition hai uska bill[protected] ka, 1 ac hai to bill[protected] jo imandari se karta hai uska bill 3000 se 4000 ka please ispe dhayan de. Apke thekedaar hi milkar consumer se paisa lekar uski reading kam likhte hai kyunki gali no 2 janta colony me ek ke ghar me chaar ac hai bill 1600/- rs ka jabki saare ac day night chalte hai.

I have a flat in kendriya vihar, sector-82 noida but no one is staying there for more than an year. Hence, no electricity is being consumed. However, i have regularly been paying minimum charges every month. This time they have shown an outstanding amount of rs 71728, which needs to be rectified by uppcl authorities so that only authorised payment is made correctly

I am writing to point your attention towards the above-noted subject. Recently i have received the electricity bill of rs. 4037 for 20 days consumption which is far higher than my avg. Monthly bill.

This concerns me a lot since i have only 2 fans, 2 led tube lights, 1 tv, 1 cooler and the avg bill ranges between rs.250-300 per month. I would further highlight that i was away from home for 7 days hence actual consumption would be for 15 days which is 640 units. I have been charged 15 times higher than my avg monthly bill, the entire building doesn't have this much of billing.
I am sure there has been some mistake during preparation of the bill or meter reading.

Therefore, i would request you to please take a look into this complaint and rectify it as early as possible.

Dear sir,
I am facing problem due to electricity pole.
My house width is 7m and electricity pole is situated at corner to my house. I want that pole at the corner but my colony and neighborhood are saying that it would come forward to more than 3 to 4m it this happens then it will affect my shop and i want it that electricity pole should not move forward.
This is my request to help me in this case because it will affect my business and if i buy car then i would not be able to stand my car inside the house because pole will be in front and between my house.

In this week 4 time same transformer blown

So shamefull electricians will come take 2-3 hours to repair

They do nothing they are also not educated
And after repairing next day transformer blown again and again
This is soo risky some time wires scater on ground please improve your tecnicians
And educcate them

Today is the 4th time it blown

In one bill security deposit is shown rs 0/-
In 2nd bill security deposit shown rs2000/-
In 3rd bill security deposit shown rs24000/-
No interest on security deposit is added in any bill.
We request you to see the matter and revert accordingly so that the bill is paid correctly.

Dear sir, i want to complain about the street light of akbarpur - behrampur, near yr junior high school, gali no. 1, opp. Green hotel, budh vihar not having electric wire on complete pole, wires only half gali althrough electricity connection every home since last 18 years and bill paying everyone on every month. Half street-connected through long wires with gali no. 02.

Secondly, street no. 02 big pressure on poles, therefore every time struggle and everyday fight with gali no. 01 and gali no. 02.

Kindly allow wires on every pole for every home connection in gali no. 01.

Sir, this is matter about daily power failure in my village - matiyari sarai (Ishagarh) in power supply is available only 3 to 4 hour in in whole day from one month that not sufficient, specially in the night there no power that's why people can not sleep whole night.

They still the electricity. So on the behalf of stilling of electrity a legal process through the laws will be taken.

Therefore they are not pay the electricity bill and being currupeted with j. E and illigal meter. I requested you to stop their electricity and take strong action.

My bill for my flat no j 203 neelpadm kunj - account no [protected] is very high. No one is staying there. It's locked for over 2 years. Only rental should be charged.
But now almost every month i have to request to uppcl on their toll free number for rectification of the bill amount, which was being rectified till last month.
But this month when i saw the inflated bill of rs562/- & called uppcl on toll free number my request was not attended and phone was disconnected twice by the reception saying i have to pay the bill. She refused to listen.
I am a singleold woman with no means of income. It is very difficult for me to pay the amount which is charged wrongly. Pl redress my grieviance.

My uppcl account number is[protected]. It was detected when reading was taken on[protected], however a bill of rs. 1450/= was paid on line on26-06-19. Next bill no.[protected] for rs.1444/= dated 27-07-19, for reading upto11193, was informed through message on my registered mobile number [protected], was paid online (Transaction no. :qur[protected]).
Till 28-08-19 no bill has been sent through message.
Irequest for rectification or change of meter

Sir i'm from rupaidiha village i've to inform that from morning onwards there no electricity in our city. We've tried to call/ reach to our nearest electricity branch but they have no reply for that i hope you will understand what i want to say. So kindly help, & order to speed up the service. Bcoz there is so much trouble in business & residential living without electricity.

Respected sir/mam, i am living in ali miyan colony. We are having a proper electricity connection and are paying bills on time. Its some 4-5 months back, many gumtis are been kept at the entrance gate of our ali miyan colony (Near champa devi mandir). These gumtis are now some 10-12 in number. These peoples are running many electrical appliances like fridges, freezers, hot oven, bulbs, tubes, fans, coolers, etc on these illegal electrical connections. They do not have any installed electric meter to read the readings. As a result, some wires broke out as a result of higher load and lights are been rostered.

Please have a look at these issues. I would be grateful.

We are consumer. Our account no. Is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. At the time of connection, we have wood poll temporary. But duration of time it is fall down. Now all the wires are on houses roof it's too dangerous many times we face so many problems.
The maximum distance from meter to poll is 45 meters as per government rule, but here the length is more than 180 meters.
Hence i am requesting you please take necessary action against it for installing poll

Dear sir, i want to complain about the street light of moh. Shaeednagar in front of meenaxi printing press house. That is not working since 1-2 months. Every time people come to correct it but after 2-3 days it stops working. Because of this, people living in this area faces problems. Children can’t able to play properly. People also face problem in searching someone’s home. Therefore i request you to take necessary step as soon as possible for the working of street light so that the problems face by people can easily be resolved…..

Sir actually light nhi mil raha h ar je sir ko v call krne pr call receive nhi ho paa raha h... Then unse milne k baad unkaa khnaa h ki jaiye light mil jaiyegi but light v 2 -4 hour k liye hi aa raha h... Power house pr milne ka koi profit nhi ho rha h... Wahi ar jghoo pr 16-18 hour light mil raha h... But mere village k kya huaa h isse koi mtlb nhi h...

I was applied in 132 kva electricity house, modi nagar road hapur (Up) (Office address: awash vikesh, meerut road (Hapur), 2kw new commercial electric connection on 31 jul 2019 by online with 100/- processing fee also paid by online.

I applied for jhatpat connection through online where it was claimed that get connection within 10 days from date of applying, now it has been more than 12 days when i applied for connection paying 100rs processing fee but unfortunately no one visited my site within this time frame.

After that i was visit electrical office at awash vikesh (Hapur), they are harassing like:

1. Some time the said you has already one connection. I said who has given connection on plot.
2. Some time they said bring pnb challan of 250/-.
3. Some time they said bring pt report.
4. Some time said computer not working,
5. Je said i can not do anything
6. Sdo and office staff also saying wait i am doing but as per instruction for new connection, following documents submitted:

1. Address proof
2. Voter i card
3. Xerox of plot registration.
4. Photos
5. Aadhar card
6. Affidavit
7. Ex-servicemen i card copy
8. 100/- processing fee (Paid by online)
9. Application form (Provide by bijli office)

Now till 21 aug 2019 i am not get meter connection.

Looking forward for a favorable reply.
