Sir our electricity bill was coming around 500 -800₹ per month but this month it is showing approx 3000₹ . which is impossible because we are using only 2 light and one ceiling fan . we are not using any heavy appliances.

It is regular power failure observed at midnight.Also there are no intimation about power failure and when it will be resumed.
At customer care also there is poor response.
They are saying it is breakdown and will be resolved in half an hour.
But neither the power is resumed and we had to suffer 3 hours .Still there is no response from customer care...

Connection issue: there is no electricity in one phase since yesterday (02/07/2019). This problem has been persisting since two months. It is kindly requested to look into the matter and solve the issue.

As the bill show a amount of 10564 and when i call at supply office they told me the bill is 10615 and there is a amount payable of 15880... How can this much bill came... And they also havent told me that for how much month is this is bill for please look it in and i have checked my meter reading.. Consumer id-[protected]

Power supply not available for past one week at bp lalitpur, masaura khurd, lalipur. It is co. Run petrol pump and only one dg is available in running condition which is running continuously. If it fails sales will be stopped and there will be problem for customers. One pole near masaura barrier broken which is not yet replaced. Despite repeated requests to electricity deptt. Is not yet replaced due to which we are facing lot of problems at our petrol pump due to only one dg available in running condition.
Kindly resolve the issue urgently.

I am taking about amit general store, near jagdamba shool, chahbai, bareilly (243001). That person is stealing electricity from the government street light which is installed on his shop (Roofside) either remove the street light because other government street light is installed on 10 feet away on a pole or stop this theft in favor of the departmental welfare. Second thing is that few people in that locality have asked the labour to install the electricity controller boxes (Which are being used on poles to distribute electricity to houses) to install in front of their house so that they can steal electricity from there whereas all other electricity distribution boxes are installed on a regular distance for 4-5 houses but they installed 3 boxes in front of their three houses which is also the misuse of government properties.

I, rajrani had given application for permanent disconnection of my 1 kw electricity connection situated at f-11, 1st floor, arihant market (Opp. Mukesh jain jeweller), central market, shastri nagar, meerut. Please note down that from last 3 months we are facing this severe issue of low voltage, during the night specially after 10 pm voltage shoots up and down till 3 pm because of which we face a lot of issues like air-conditioning coolers doesn't work at all, we are pissed off with this now. Regular power cut are common now. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. It's getting worse and worse day by day.

Since 2am of 30.06.2019, electric supply has been disturbed in our locality i. E. Ram vihar colony para lucknow. Area comes under rajajipuram old power house. Life has become miserable for want of electricity supply. Power house officials are not attending calls. Customer care told that supply would resume upto 12noon. It is 1.45pm supply not yet resumed. An early action is humbly requested.

The helpline number for getting information is always busy and whenerver be answered get cutted by the attendend for the sake of not registering my complaim sms he number whis is given on the net of our local electricity center is always be busy..

Tiloi, thana mohangaj area is going under extreme power cut on daily basis. Electricity hardly comes for 8-10 hrs that too in pieces. As its summer season its really hard to manage. Today it's been 12 hours there is no electricity. Outages, now a daily ordeal, have meant no guarantee of a good night’s sleep or proper work with electrical appliances during the day. I request the concern department to look into the matter and provide reasonable amount of electricity so that people can manage their day today tasks.

Light not coming in lajpat nagar sahibabad since 11 pm and i have called many times on toll free numbers but they are saying it will take more time because we can not work in night. Temperature is very high so my family facing a lots of problems. Please ask them for providing the light as soon as possible. I called on toll free no [protected] but they did not register my complaint and did not provide me any ticket no.

Meter was installed in the month of dec 2018 with account id no.[protected]. I met with mr. Sanjay yadav, awar abhiyanta on 02.04.2019 at 33/11kv karaundi, varanasi with request letter for meter reading. Mr. Yadav refused to accept my letter and instructed to contact the office at nariya, varanasi.in the mean time i lodged complaint no. Pu[protected] through toll free no.1912. I received message to contact with mr. Sanjay kumar bharti on mobile no.[protected]. I contact with mr. Bharti and asked me to come at nariya office, allahabad with connection details and meter reading. I visited nariya office on 22.06.2019 and after inquiry i got the number of mr. Ganesh. I contacted with ganesh on mobile no.[protected] on 22.06.2019 and requested him to take the meter reading. Since then, mr. Ganesh is not attending call as well as not taking meter reading.

I fell to understand the working of the department despite of vigorous follow up by me to the department.

I request you to arrange for taking meter reading so that my electricity bill will be generated on actual basis.

Hello, its an humble request, i am an ordinary citizen of india leaves in uttar pradesh and i wanted to complain about the poor power supply in my district place deoria, the power supply is very much low as well the voltage also very down to which no machines is operable. As you can see this in hot summer nobody can live without water and fan, you understand please. Kindly help us, improve the power supply to rampur karkhana as fast as possible. Please call the power house of deoria supply line to improve their power supply to rampur karkhana very better.

Sir due to loose electricity wire on the road it is very harmful for our family neighbors. Sir we complain many time in bigli ghar but not a single action was taken. Sir due to these wire a person get electricity shock due to came in contact he is nearly died but people save his life. Sir a lot of problem arise due to these wire. Sir the wire is only 4 to 5 feet above the land. Due to these wire the road of my house is also blocked me cant even take the bike through this road. Sir our bigli ghar is in noorpur which is near muradnagar.., district ghaziabad and sir my village is didwari urf chittora and sir my name is aditya teotia s/o mr ravinder singh teotia (A respected citizen) sir please help my house road is blocked due to these wire and a risk of death also arise on my house road. Dear sir,
I lived at raj nagar colony loni border ghaziabad pin code - 201102. The condition of light supply is very poor here last 01 month and till now. No information about when the light will come
When we are trying to talk with energy supply center - hydel the phone number is always busy or switch off and after complaining no response received from power department. Now, circumstances of this game no 3 is very poor due to power failure. We not able to sleep at night, cook or anything else. You can see the temperature also it is always above 45 degree celsius. So please try to solve my problem at the earliest, please.

Sir/mam i am from umari begamganj gonda and there is no electricity from 26 june 2019 due to transformer fault but there is no any correction done in transformer till now and does not seem to be done quicker and we are suffering a lot due to it and the temperature is high.
It is hard to survive without electricity.
So we have a request to do correction in the electricity.
We have made complaints but still there is no request listened.
It is also leading to unslippiness due to heat.
